電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯(fan)煲烤紅薯味道(dao)同樣(yang)也不(bu)錯。

電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材:紅薯10個,清水100毫升。
做法:
1、首先把紅薯的根須掰除干(gan)凈,再放入清水中搓揉干(gan)凈紅薯表面的泥(ni)土,一個(ge)(ge)個(ge)(ge)搓洗干(gan)凈。
2、然后(hou)放(fang)入電飯煲中擺放(fang)整齊,大(da)的放(fang)在(zai)鍋底就可以,這(zhe)樣熟得比較均(jun)勻。
3、再倒入100毫升的清水,記住(zhu),水不能多,要不就變成水煮紅薯了,口感就會差很多的,蓋上鍋蓋,設(she)置煮飯鍵(jian)即可(ke)。
4、待煮飯(fan)程序結束,再(zai)燜上10分鐘,一開蓋,鍋底一滴水都沒有,這時候紅薯也是(shi)香甜撲(pu)鼻而(er)來的,表皮金(jin)黃(huang)金(jin)黃(huang)的,咬上一口,真的香甜流油,太好吃了。
