用料:
糯米粉500g、紅(hong)糖或白砂(sha)糖250g、水、食用油、黑芝麻適量。
做法:
1、糯(nuo)米(mi)(mi)粉加水揉成(cheng)面(mian)團(100g糯(nuo)米(mi)(mi)粉加70-80ml水)切成(cheng)黃豆大小(xiao)放進油鍋里炸(zha),糯(nuo)米(mi)(mi)球浮起來之后就能撈起來。
2、炸好之(zhi)(zhi)后就是這(zhe)樣,然后紅糖(tang)加水熬成糖(tang)漿,熬至粘稠(chou)之(zhi)(zhi)后將(jiang)炸好的糯米球(qiu)放(fang)進去翻炒。
3、最(zui)后加適量黑芝麻拌勻裝入長(chang)方形盒(he)子里。
4、冷卻(que)之后(hou)切(qie)成塊(kuai)狀,口(kou)感香(xiang)酥清甜。
