魯北冬棗品種介紹
魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)是(shi)魯(lu)北地(di)區(qu)的(de)(de)一(yi)個優(you)質晚熟(shu)鮮食(shi)(shi)品種(zhong),又稱沾化冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)、黃驊冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)、冰糖棗(zao)、蘋果(guo)(guo)棗(zao)、雁來(lai)紅等。魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)一(yi)般在10月上中(zhong)旬成熟(shu),魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)的(de)(de)特點是(shi)果(guo)(guo)實近圓形(xing)(xing),果(guo)(guo)面平整光潔,果(guo)(guo)形(xing)(xing)酷似小(xiao)蘋果(guo)(guo)。平均單(dan)重(zhong)16克,最(zui)大果(guo)(guo)重(zhong)36克。皮薄肉脆,濃甜微酸(suan),啖食(shi)(shi)無渣,可溶性固形(xing)(xing)物含量34%—38%左右(you),最(zui)高達(da)40%-42%,可食(shi)(shi)率達(da)96.9%。而且不裂果(guo)(guo),果(guo)(guo)皮深紅光亮,營養極為豐富(fu)。魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)含有天門冬(dong)(dong)氨(an)酸(suan)、蘇氨(an)酸(suan)等18種(zhong)人體所需的(de)(de)氨(an)基(ji)酸(suan),還(huan)含有豐富(fu)的(de)(de)蛋白質、脂肪、膳食(shi)(shi)纖維以(yi)及(ji)多種(zhong)維生素和鉀、鐵(tie)、銅等礦質營養。
