永(yong)城(cheng)棗(zao)干為永(yong)城(cheng)豐莊特(te)產,明朝天啟年間(jian),監察御史練國(guo)事將棗(zao)干帶入京中獻(xian)給熹宗皇帝(di),熹宗贊許(xu)。遂列為貢品,明清兩代歲貢不綴(zhui),并為天壇必(bi)用之祭(ji)品。
永(yong)(yong)城(cheng)棗干主要產于(yu)永(yong)(yong)城(cheng)市演集、蔣口等。
永城棗干橙黃錚亮,質軟稍(shao)韌,香甜如蜜(mi),營養豐富,能食用(yong),可入藥(yao),具有活血養顏、補中(zhong)益氣,潤肺化痰,清熱生津等功能。
棗干用(yong)鮮長紅棗去皮去核,日曬(shai)或烘(hong)烤(kao)待水分蒸發、肉質柔軟(ruan)時,用(yong)取(qu)核器撞出(chu)(chu)棗核,隨即回(hui)(hui)炕至(zhi)果肉松(song)軟(ruan)取(qu)出(chu)(chu),用(yong)細白(bai)面粉拌勻后造型(xing),再(zai)回(hui)(hui)坑或箔曬(shai)而成。
