云南滇紅茶的種類
1、滇紅功夫
滇紅功夫外(wai)形條索(suo)緊結,肥碩(shuo)雄壯,身骨(gu)重實,干茶(cha)色澤烏潤,色澤調勻,金毫顯(xian)露,沖泡后(hou)湯色紅(hong)艷(yan),金圈突出,香(xiang)氣鮮(xian)郁高長,滋味濃厚鮮(xian)爽,富有刺激(ji)性(xing)。葉底紅(hong)勻嫩亮,國(guo)內獨具一格,它(ta)以(yi)出類拔萃(cui)的品質(zhi)受到國(guo)內外(wai)茶(cha)葉界行(xing)家(jia)的高度(du)贊賞(shang),系(xi)舉(ju)世歡迎的工夫紅(hong)茶(cha)。主要產自云南的臨滄、保山等地,是中國(guo)工夫紅(hong)茶(cha)的后(hou)起(qi)之秀,屬大葉種類型的工夫茶(cha)。
2、滇紅金針

該款茶制(zhi)作和命名(ming)上是滇紅金針的(de)兄(xiong)妹茶品,在(zai)采摘一(yi)芽一(yi)葉的(de)茶料,精制(zhi)而成。市(shi)面價(jia)格上相對要比金針低,口感等卻也特別(bie)優(you)質,以鳳(feng)慶產的(de)為最(zui)“明顯(xian)”。
4、滇紅金芽
為滇紅茶中高檔(dang)商品,選萃云南省大(da)葉種明(ming)前單(dan)芽為原材(cai)料,選用傳統手工藝特(te)制而成。其外觀(guan)設計(ji)金毫公布,伸(shen)直似針(zhen),湯色艷(yan)紅光亮、香高韻長,純鮮回甜(tian)。
5、滇紅金絲
滇(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)金(jin)絲也(ye)(ye)叫云南(nan)極(ji)品(pin)滇(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)茶,俗稱(cheng)金(jin)絲疙(ge)瘩也(ye)(ye)叫小(xiao)金(jin)螺(luo),代表云南(nan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)茶(滇(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong))最高工(gong)藝水(shui)準。極(ji)品(pin)滇(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)香氣(qi)高雅持久,韻味無窮。極(ji)品(pin)滇(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)采用(yong)古老(lao)茶樹的(de)鮮(xian)葉(xie)制(zhi)作完成(cheng),采用(yong)全手工(gong)制(zhi)作而成(cheng),外觀(guan)鵝蛋黃,茶芽細嫩(nen)完整,松軟,無碎末,滿披金(jin)毫(hao)。沖泡后湯(tang)色(se)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)鮮(xian)明亮(liang),金(jin)圈突(tu)出(chu),香氣(qi)鮮(xian)爽,滋(zi)味濃強,富有刺(ci)激性,葉(xie)底紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)勻鮮(xian)亮(liang)。香氣(qi)淡而悠長(chang),蜜香味,茶湯(tang)琥珀色(se),純凈。
6、野生紅茶
野(ye)生紅茶(cha)外形(xing)烏(wu)黑油潤有光(guang)澤,干茶(cha)香氣(qi)怡(yi)人且自然。湯色紅橙金黃(huang),干凈剔透(tou),茶(cha)湯表面(mian)似覆蓋(gai)一層油光(guang)。滋味醇(chun)厚飽滿(man)無澀感(gan)(gan)、香氣(qi)持(chi)久(jiu)悠長。出湯迅(xun)速(su)、回甘(gan)生津持(chi)久(jiu)。葉(xie)底油潤光(guang)澤,耐泡度好,連續(xu)沖泡10次(ci)以上,香氣(qi)依然芬(fen)芳,甜醇(chun)之(zhi)感(gan)(gan)縈繞充溢口腔(qiang)。獨特的(de)山野(ye)之(zhi)氣(qi)、杯底留香的(de)氣(qi)韻、回甘(gan)生津的(de)持(chi)久(jiu)。野(ye)生紅茶(cha)內含(han)營養(yang)物質豐富,所(suo)含(han)兒(er)茶(cha)素、茶(cha)黃(huang)素、茶(cha)紅素等多種對人體有益的(de)成分。
7、貢品滇紅
貢品滇紅就也是滇紅的簡單劃分,在鮮葉選擇、制作工藝、香氣上面都有卓越表現,所以貢品滇紅成為滇紅禮盒茶品中的暢銷品。另(ling)外最為有名的還有滇紅特(te)級(ji)(ji)禮(li)茶(cha)(cha),亦稱“鳳慶(qing)特(te)級(ji)(ji)禮(li)茶(cha)(cha)”、“滇紅特(te)級(ji)(ji)工夫紅茶(cha)(cha)”。產于云南鳳慶(qing)的工夫紅茶(cha)(cha),1958年研制。以(yi)采摘鳳慶大葉(xie)茶(cha)一(yi)芽(ya)(ya)一(yi)葉(xie)和少量初展的一(yi)芽(ya)(ya)一(yi)葉(xie),經室(shi)內(nei)勻(yun)(yun)撒(sa)薄(bo)攤(tan)自然萎(wei)凋、揉捻、發酵(jiao)、干燥制成。條索緊直肥壯(zhuang),苗鋒秀麗完整,金(jin)毫顯(xian)露,烏黑(hei)油潤,湯色紅(hong)濃透明,滋味(wei)濃厚鮮爽,香氣高醇持(chi)久,葉(xie)底紅(hong)勻(yun)(yun)明亮(liang)。是國務院(yuan)定位國家外事禮茶(cha)。
