藥王(wang)孫思邈在“千金要方,食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)療”中指出(chu)“藥(yao)(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)同(tong)源,醫食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互(hu)補(bu)”,“安(an)身(shen)在(zai)體,必資(zi)于食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”,提倡“食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能排邪(xie)而安(an)臟腑(fu),悅神爽氣(qi),以資(zi)血氣(qi)。若(ruo)能用(yong)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)平疴,可(ke)謂良工”。推(tui)崇(chong)“補(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)以味(wei)者(zhe),莫若(ruo)以飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)”,“藥(yao)(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩攻,則病無(wu)逃(tao)矣”藥(yao)(yao)(yao)王(wang)孫思邈這些防病養(yang)身(shen)、藥(yao)(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互(hu)補(bu)、追求(qiu)健康的(de)養(yang)生(sheng)觀念,開發養(yang)生(sheng)膳食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)以實物和藥(yao)(yao)(yao)性(xing)材料恰當結合,藥(yao)(yao)(yao)借食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)力(li)、食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)助藥(yao)(yao)(yao)威,是(shi)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)滋養(yang)的(de)首選,尤其(qi)適合氣(qi)血虛虧(kui)、體弱的(de)人食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong),相傳(chuan)有體質欠佳的(de)人連續食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)后,面部紅潤,走路生(sheng)風。
