藥王孫(sun)思邈在(zai)“千金(jin)要方,食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)療”中指出“藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)同源,醫(yi)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互補(bu)(bu)”,“安身(shen)在體,必(bi)資于(yu)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”,提(ti)倡“食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能排邪(xie)而安臟腑,悅神爽(shuang)氣(qi),以(yi)資血氣(qi)。若(ruo)能用食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)平疴,可謂良工”。推(tui)崇“補(bu)(bu)之以(yi)味者,莫若(ruo)以(yi)飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)之”,“藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩攻,則病無逃(tao)矣”藥(yao)(yao)王孫思邈(miao)這些防病養(yang)身(shen)、藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互補(bu)(bu)、追(zhui)求健(jian)康的養(yang)生觀(guan)念,開發(fa)養(yang)生膳食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)以(yi)實物(wu)和藥(yao)(yao)性材料恰當結合,藥(yao)(yao)借食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)力、食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)助藥(yao)(yao)威,是(shi)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)滋養(yang)的首選,尤其適合氣(qi)血虛虧、體弱(ruo)的人食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用,相傳有體質欠佳的人連續食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用后,面部紅(hong)潤,走(zou)路生風。
