一、無刷減速電機什么意思
直流無刷減速電機,即(ji)無(wu)刷齒輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji),是(shi)在直(zhi)流無(wu)刷電(dian)機(ji)的基礎上,加上配套齒輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)箱。齒輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)箱的作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi),提(ti)供較(jiao)低的轉速(su)(su)(su),較(jiao)大的力矩(ju)。同(tong)時,齒輪(lun)箱不(bu)同(tong)的傳動(dong)比(bi)可以提(ti)供不(bu)同(tong)的轉速(su)(su)(su)和力矩(ju)。這大大提(ti)高了(le)直(zhi)流無(wu)刷電(dian)機(ji)在自動(dong)化行(xing)業(ye)中(zhong)的使用(yong)率。

二、無刷減速電機的工作原理
無刷(shua)直(zhi)流減速(su)電機為了實現直(zhi)流電機的(de)無電刷(shua)換(huan)向(xiang),一般將電樞繞組放在(zai)定(ding)子(zi)上(shang)(shang),把永磁磁鋼放在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)上(shang)(shang),與傳統永磁直(zhi)流減速(su)電機的(de)結構剛(gang)好相反。但僅這樣做還不夠,沒(mei)有電刷(shua)的(de)換(huan)流作用,用一般直(zhi)流電源給定(ding)子(zi)各繞組供電,只(zhi)能(neng)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)固定(ding)磁場,它不能(neng)與運(yun)動中(zhong)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)磁鋼所產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)永磁磁場相互作用,來產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)持續的(de)單一方向(xiang)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju),也就無法驅動轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)連續轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動。
無刷(shua)(shua)直流(liu)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)用(yong)位(wei)置(zhi)檢測器(qi)(qi)(有(you)(you)位(wei)置(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)或無位(wei)置(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi))、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)路來取代有(you)(you)刷(shua)(shua)直流(liu)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)刷(shua)(shua)和換(huan)相器(qi)(qi),即用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)相取代機(ji)械(xie)換(huan)相,由位(wei)置(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)提供轉子(zi)位(wei)置(zhi)信(xin)號,經控制器(qi)(qi)邏(luo)輯(ji)處理后,控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)路換(huan)相,使(shi)定子(zi)繞組所產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞磁(ci)場(chang)與(yu)轉子(zi)磁(ci)鋼(gang)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的永磁(ci)磁(ci)場(chang)相互作用(yong),產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)持續不斷(duan)的轉矩,保證減(jian)速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)連(lian)續運轉。
無刷直流減速電機的運行方式因減(jian)速電(dian)機本體(ti)的繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)型式不同而各異,多數無刷(shua)直(zhi)流減(jian)速電(dian)機的定子繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)是三(san)相繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)。
