三、太陽能電池片怎么進行回收
電池片(pian)可(ke)以回收(shou),可(ke)以從太陽(yang)能電池中回收(shou)純硅。
太陽能電池主要含有硅(約91.6%重量)。它還包含其他材料,例如底層的鋁,頂層的銀電極,以及頂層的鉛和抗反射涂層。p型和n型硅晶片位于抗反射涂層和鋁層之間。太陽能電池片藍(lan)色層是(shi)抗反射涂層(SiNx),白線是(shi)銀電極。太陽能電池(chi)片的底部為鋁層。為了(le)去除(chu)這些材料(鋁、銀、鉛和抗反射涂層),需使(shi)用化學處理方(fang)法。

用濃NaOH溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)處(chu)(chu)理(li)后去(qu)除鋁(lv)層。在(zai)反應過(guo)程中(zhong)形成的(de)(de)氫氣被收集在(zai)一個腔室中(zhong)并可(ke)用作燃料。通過(guo)過(guo)濾(lv)從NaOH溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)分(fen)離(li)氫氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)。類似地,通過(guo)用HNO3處(chu)(chu)理(li)去(qu)除銀(yin)和鉛。收集釋放的(de)(de)NO2并可(ke)用于生產硝酸(suan)(suan)。分(fen)離(li)硝酸(suan)(suan)銀(yin),溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)用HCl處(chu)(chu)理(li),形成氯化(hua)(hua)銀(yin)。濾(lv)出沉淀的(de)(de)氯化(hua)(hua)銀(yin)。此外,將溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)用NaOH處(chu)(chu)理(li)以從溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)分(fen)離(li)鉛化(hua)(hua)合物(PbO)。氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鉛轉化(hua)(hua)為氫氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鉛,過(guo)濾(lv)沉淀的(de)(de)氫氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鉛。
