純蒸爐

300°C直噴蒸(zheng)汽的(de)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)原理:首(shou)先把裝滿水的(de)水箱插入水箱座內與整(zheng)個水管(guan)的(de)連(lian)通器連(lian)接,水進(jin)入蒸(zheng)汽發(fa)生(sheng)器內,經過(guo)(guo)加熱(re)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)蒸(zheng)汽(低(di)溫蒸(zheng)汽),再將產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)低(di)溫蒸(zheng)汽再經過(guo)(guo)發(fa)熱(re)管(guan)二(er)次加熱(re)后,通過(guo)(guo)循環(huan)對流的(de)方式進(jin)行不間(jian)斷(duan)循環(huan)加熱(re)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)300°C的(de)高溫蒸(zheng)汽。
普通(tong)(tong)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)形(xing)成(cheng)原理:水經過進(jin)水管流入(ru)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi)I(汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi)由前(qian)(qian)(qian)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi)、后(hou)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi)、蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發熱管組(zu)成(cheng))水受熱以(yi)后(hou)被擠(ji)進(jin)前(qian)(qian)(qian)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi),此過程如同(tong)有(you)泵(beng)一樣,可(ke)以(yi)不停(ting)的將水噴入(ru)前(qian)(qian)(qian)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi),在前(qian)(qian)(qian)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化室(shi)形(xing)成(cheng)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)噴出,普通(tong)(tong)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的溫度在100-150°C。
