電動座椅的工作原理
電(dian)動座椅(yi)(yi)大多數由(you)雙向電(dian)動機、傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)和調(diao)節電(dian)路等組成。雙向電(dian)動機造成動力(li),傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)可以將動力(li)傳(chuan)至座椅(yi)(yi),通(tong)過調(diao)節開關(guan)實現座椅(yi)(yi)不同(tong)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的調(diao)節。
汽車電(dian)動座(zuo)(zuo)椅電(dian)機(ji)的調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)電(dian)路(lu),其響應方式有座(zuo)(zuo)椅前(qian)后(hou)(hou)滑(hua)動調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)、座(zuo)(zuo)椅前(qian)部(bu)的上下調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)、座(zuo)(zuo)椅后(hou)(hou)部(bu)的上下調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)、靠背的傾斜調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)、頭枕的上下調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)及(ji)腰墊的前(qian)后(hou)(hou)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)等。其中(zhong)腰墊的前(qian)后(hou)(hou)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)是通過腰墊開關和腰墊電(dian)動機(ji)直接調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)的,并無存儲功能。
電動座椅結構
電動(dong)座椅一般(ban)由(you)電動(dong)機(ji)、傳動(dong)裝(zhuang)置和座椅調(diao)節器等組成。電動(dong)機(ji)大都采用體(ti)積小、功(gong)率大的永磁(ci)型電動(dong)機(ji),一般(ban)由(you)裝(zhuang)在左座側板(ban)上或左門扶(fu)手上的開關控制,開關可使(shi)某一電動(dong)機(ji)按(an)不同方(fang)向運動(dong)。
開(kai)關接通(tong)后(hou),電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的動(dong)(dong)(dong)力通(tong)過(guo)齒輪、驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)使軟(ruan)(ruan)軸(zhou)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),再(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)座(zuo)椅(yi)(yi)調節器運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。當調節器到達行程終點時(shi),軟(ruan)(ruan)軸(zhou)停止轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),如(ru)此時(shi)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)仍在轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),其動(dong)(dong)(dong)力將被橡膠聯軸(zhou)節所吸收,用(yong)來(lai)防止座(zuo)椅(yi)(yi)萬一(yi)卡住時(shi),電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)過(guo)載(zai)損壞。
當控制開關斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),回(hui)位彈簧能使電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥柱塞(sai)和爪(zhua)形接頭分離,使其回(hui)到原來位置。為了防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)過載,大多數(shu)永磁電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)內裝(zhuang)熔絲。電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的數(shu)量取決于電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)座椅的類型,通常兩(liang)向移動(dong)(dong)(dong)座椅安裝(zhuang)四個電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)座椅使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)最多的可(ke)達八個。
汽車電動(dong)座(zuo)(zuo)椅的(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)裝置包(bao)括變(bian)速器(qi)(qi)、聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)裝置和(he)電磁閥(fa)。座(zuo)(zuo)椅調節器(qi)(qi)是由螺(luo)旋千斤頂和(he)齒輪傳(chuan)動(dong)機(ji)構組(zu)成(cheng)。電動(dong)機(ji)和(he)變(bian)速器(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)間裝有聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)節,傳(chuan)動(dong)裝置和(he)座(zuo)(zuo)椅調節器(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)間用軟軸(zhou)(zhou)聯(lian)(lian)接。
電動座椅記憶功能的工作原理
記憶存(cun)儲式座椅控制系統(tong)的主要(yao)硬件元件包(bao)括電機、傳感器(qi)和ECU。控制系統(tong)以(yi)ECU為核心(xin)連接各(ge)個部件,控制座椅位置(zhi)的調(diao)(diao)(diao)整。駕駛員可以(yi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)整座椅的前端和垂直升降(jiang)、水平滑動(dong)(dong)以(yi)及椅背角度4個位置(zhi)。初始時,駕駛員通過按鍵(jian)操(cao)作,輸入控制信(xin)(xin)號,信(xin)(xin)號通過ECU輸出電機驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)信(xin)(xin)號,驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電機,調(diao)(diao)(diao)整座椅,以(yi)獲(huo)得座椅的最舒適(shi)位置(zhi)。
