1、化油(you)(you)器是(shi)發動機中(zhong)的(de)關鍵(jian)零(ling)(ling)(ling)部件,細小的(de)變動都(dou)可能(neng)會影(ying)響整車性能(neng)。因而在化油(you)(you)器拆裝過(guo)程中(zhong),要使用(yong)合(he)適的(de)工(gong)具,并且力度適中(zhong),以防止零(ling)(ling)(ling)件變形(xing)。拆卸的(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件要按先后(hou)順序(xu)擺放整齊,以防止裝配(pei)中(zhong)漏裝或錯裝。
2、化(hua)油器的清(qing)(qing)洗要在清(qing)(qing)潔的場地進行。首先擦(ca)凈化(hua)油器外(wai)表面,內部(bu)零件的清(qing)(qing)洗可使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)化(hua)油器專用(yong)(yong)(yong)清(qing)(qing)洗劑(ji)或(huo)工業汽(qi)油。除雜質(zhi)外(wai),要注(zhu)意清(qing)(qing)洗零件表面的汽(qi)油膠質(zhi)。清(qing)(qing)洗完的零件用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣吹(chui)凈,不能采用(yong)(yong)(yong)會產生毛邊的布(bu)類或(huo)紙張擦(ca)拭,以(yi)防止再次(ci)污染。堵塞的小孔禁用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼絲等堅硬(ying)物體(ti)捅開(kai),防止改(gai)變孔徑引起化(hua)油器性能變化(hua),應(ying)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽(qi)油或(huo)壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣清(qing)(qing)洗沖(chong)出。
3、在化油(you)器裝配(pei)過程中(zhong),對浮子(zi)室(shi)聯(lian)結(jie)(jie)螺釘(ding)、化油(you)器與(yu)發動機聯(lian)結(jie)(jie)螺釘(ding),切(qie)忌一(yi)次擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)(jin),必(bi)須(xu)分幾(ji)次擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)(jin),一(yi)般擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)力(li)矩在12N.m~15N.m之(zhi)(zhi)間。否則會(hui)造成(cheng)結(jie)(jie)合面(mian)變形(xing),出現漏氣或漏油(you)現象。量孔類零(ling)件擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)力(li)矩一(yi)般在1.5N.m~3.0N.m之(zhi)(zhi)間,擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)力(li)矩過大(da)會(hui)損(sun)壞螺紋,導(dao)致零(ling)件變形(xing),甚至產生金(jin)屬(shu)屑,造成(cheng)二次污染,影響化油(you)器性能。
4、在(zai)清(qing)洗(xi)化(hua)油(you)器(qi)過程中,如發現化(hua)油(you)器(qi)浮子室內有較多沉(chen)積物時(shi),往往是由于汽(qi)油(you)濾(lv)清(qing)器(qi)失(shi)效(xiao)造成的。此時(shi)要對汽(qi)油(you)濾(lv)清(qing)器(qi)進行檢查,如確認其失(shi)效(xiao)則需清(qing)洗(xi)或更換(huan)新的汽(qi)油(you)濾(lv)清(qing)器(qi)。
5、如長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間不使(shi)用摩托車,需將化油(you)器浮子(zi)室(shi)內燃油(you)放(fang)盡,以(yi)防止汽油(you)膠質(zhi)沉積(ji)凝(ning)結,造(zao)成化油(you)器故障。另(ling)外,要特(te)別(bie)強調的(de)是:由(you)于怠(dai)速調節螺釘的(de)位置對摩托車排放(fang)、怠(dai)速、過(guo)渡、油(you)耗等(deng)性(xing)能均有(you)重要的(de)影響(xiang),化油(you)器清(qing)洗時(shi)(shi)一般(ban)禁止轉動怠(dai)速空氣(qi)調節螺釘。如確需拆卸怠(dai)速空氣(qi)調節螺釘時(shi)(shi),應(ying)先(xian)將調節螺釘擰(ning)到底(di),記住擰(ning)進(jin)圈(quan)數(shu)(精確到1/8圈(quan)),裝配時(shi)(shi)按原(yuan)圈(quan)數(shu)返回。
