干煸菜花的做法:
【主料(liao)】:菜花350克
【輔料】:紅尖椒(jiao)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),植(zhi)物油(you)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),鹽適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),生(sheng)姜適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),大(da)蒜適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),花(hua)椒(jiao)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang),醬油(you)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)
步驟:
1.生姜,蒜瓣(ban)切片,紅尖椒切條
2.菜花(hua)洗凈后撕成小朵
3.炒(chao)鍋里倒(dao)入植物油,油熱后放入菜花煸炒(chao)至菜花邊緣(yuan)焦糊,盛出(chu)備用
4.炒(chao)鍋里另倒入(ru)植物(wu)油(you),油(you)熱后放入(ru)花椒、姜片(pian)、蒜片(pian)炒(chao)香
5.炒香后,倒(dao)入紅(hong)椒條,炒出(chu)辣味
6.倒入菜花,調(diao)入精鹽,倒入少許的醬油,炒勻(yun)即可
