1.準備材料;
2.玉米粒和青豆粒放在(zai)自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)中(zhong)解凍,大開洋(yang)去掉(diao)外殼放在(zai)自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)里浸泡,香菇放在(zai)自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)中(zhong)浸泡;
3.浸泡(pao)約1個小(xiao)時后取出玉米(mi)粒和青豆待用(yong),大開洋(yang)切成半(ban)厘米(mi)長小(xiao)丁,蔥姜洗干凈切末(mo),香(xiang)菇火腿切半(ban)厘米(mi)見(jian)方的(de)小(xiao)丁,泡(pao)香(xiang)菇的(de)水留一(yi)調羹左(zuo)右(you)待用(yong),雞蛋打(da)散(san),隔夜米(mi)飯(fan)(fan)中加入(ru)一(yi)勺(shao)熟(shu)油,并用(yong)筷子將米(mi)飯(fan)(fan)撥散(san),使油均勻覆蓋到米(mi)飯(fan)(fan)上;
4.熱鍋倒油(you),油(you)燒熱后調小火(huo);
5.倒(dao)入(ru)雞蛋液(ye);
6.約(yue)5秒鐘(zhong)之后用(yong)筷子將(jiang)雞蛋(dan)滑散,并(bing)用(yong)木(mu)鏟(chan)配合將(jiang)雞蛋(dan)弄成細小的(de)雞蛋(dan)碎;
7.將雞蛋碎盛在(zai)碗里撥散開(kai)待用;
8.鍋(guo)里再倒入(ru)(ru)油(you),油(you)熱后調小火放入(ru)(ru)蔥姜(jiang)爆(bao)香;
9.放入(ru)火腿香(xiang)菇丁稍微翻(fan)炒幾(ji)下,倒入(ru)香(xiang)菇水,稍微煮(zhu)到水微干;
10.放入(ru)青豆和(he)玉米(mi)粒繼續翻炒幾下;
11.再(zai)將米飯和(he)雞(ji)蛋碎倒入(ru),翻炒均勻;
12.調入鹽,再(zai)次翻(fan)炒均勻至米飯(fan)粒粒松(song)散后關火盛起;
