蓮子怎么保存最好 新鮮蓮子的保存方法
一、蓮子的保存方法
1、可以分(fen)為保(bao)持期一(yi)兩(liang)個月與長(chang)久保(bao)持的;
(1)把成熟的蓮子(zi),剝開從蓮子(zi)碗(wan)內一(yi)顆顆摘出,保留綠色一(yi)層外殼;放入冰(bing)箱,以便平常生活中做湯、粥、生吃都可(ke)以;
(2)用太陽光曬干,放入封閉的器(qi)具內(nei)或塑料袋中(zhong),可長久保持不易變質;可以(yi)一年四(si)季用。
2、想要長(chang)久(jiu)保(bao)持,建議提(ti)前把從蓮(lian)子(zi)(zi)碗子(zi)(zi)取(qu)出的(de)(de)蓮(lian)子(zi)(zi),外一層綠色保(bao)護殼給(gei)削去,放(fang)入干凈(jing)的(de)(de)地面進行曬(shai)干;若是(shi)有喜歡吃不苦的(de)(de)蓮(lian)子(zi)(zi),可以(yi)在削皮的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候,連(lian)同內(nei)部的(de)(de)蓮(lian)子(zi)(zi)芯也一起取(qu)出,這時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)蓮(lian)子(zi)(zi)芯可以(yi)曬(shai)干,也可以(yi)長(chang)久(jiu)保(bao)持;也可直接放(fang)入杯中泡茶喝。
3、若(ruo)是(shi)有(you)一次(ci)沒有(you)曬(shai)(shai)干(gan)的(de)(de)時候收到蓮子,等到有(you)太陽的(de)(de)時候,再拿出來繼續曬(shai)(shai)干(gan)。天氣(qi)好的(de)(de)情況下,多(duo)晾曬(shai)(shai),方可保(bao)持長(chang)久用。后續可以做粥(zhou)、湯(tang)等,都是(shi)上等的(de)(de)營養(yang)品。在柜臺里面也都是(shi)高價錢的(de)(de)寶貝。

第二種草蓮:在常溫下可以(yi)放1-3天,在這三天過程(cheng)中(zhong)蓮子外殼會慢慢變黑,如果要放時(shi)間更常,就要放入(ru)冷庫或速凍庫,放的時(shi)間能達到(dao)180天左右或更常時(shi)間。
第三種(zhong)(zhong)加工好鮮蓮:常溫(wen)下(xia)只(zhi)能(neng)放(fang)1-2天(tian),這兩(liang)天(tian)中(zhong)蓮子表面(mian)會氧(yang)化,變得微黃,如(ru)果要(yao)放(fang)時(shi)間更常,就要(yao)放(fang)入速凍庫,放(fang)的(de)時(shi)間和(he)上面(mian)第二種(zhong)(zhong)差不(bu)多。
第四(si)種加工好去(qu)心鮮蓮:常溫(wen)下也只能放1-2天,這種蓮子不適合常時(shi)間(jian)存(cun)放,因為去(qu)掉了蓮子芯(xin),容易壞。
