齊(qi)魯(lu)干烘(hong)茶制作(zuo)技藝,從古(gu)代的(de)茶制作(zuo)技藝逐步發(fa)展演變成(cheng)現在(zai)(zai)的(de)。手工制茶工序(xu)復雜(za),主要由采(cai)青,萎凋,搖青,揉(rou)捻,發(fa)酵,初(chu)烘(hong),渥堆,復烘(hong),初(chu)級原料存放,精制,分(fen)級,足火,拉老火,包裝(zhuang)裝(zhuang)箱。現在(zai)(zai)的(de)齊(qi)魯(lu)干烘(hong)茶種類有大葉(xie)紅,桂花紅,蓮(lian)花紅,蓮(lian)花綠(lv)。
五福茶(cha)(cha)旅園又稱(cheng)“齊魯干烘蓮花(hua)山萬(wan)畝生態茶(cha)(cha)園”,園區(qu)依(yi)托蓮花(hua)山秀美風光,加之(zhi)南(nan)茶(cha)(cha)北引(yin)的差異化茶(cha)(cha)葉種植(zhi)方(fang)式(shi),通過企業+基地+合作社(she)+農戶(hu)的形式(shi)帶動周邊農戶(hu)種植(zhi)茶(cha)(cha)葉。2017年“蓮花(hua)山茶(cha)(cha)旅小鎮”被列為特(te)色(se)小鎮示范(fan)鎮之(zhi)一(yi)。
