特色
黃(huang)天源除按時令(ling)節氣(qi)的(de)變(bian)化供應(ying)各種品(pin)種外,還按蘇州人的(de)風俗習(xi)慣推(tui)出適銷品(pin)種,作為喜(xi)慶吉祥禮品(pin),相互(hu)贈送(song),以示祝賀(he)。供應(ying)老年人做壽(shou)的(de)有壽(shou)團(tuan)、壽(shou)糕(gao)(gao),姑娘出嫁有蜜(mi)糕(gao)(gao)、鋪床團(tuan)子,小孩滿月和周歲生日有剃頭團(tuan)子和周歲團(tuan)子,入學有扁團(tuan)子,新屋上梁和喬遷之(zhi)喜(xi)有定勝糕(gao)(gao)等。
黃天源(yuan)除了(le)各式糕團(tuan)享(xiang)有盛譽外,炒肉、蝦仁面條(tiao)原(yuan)湯(tang)原(yuan)味,亦頗具特(te)色,顧客(ke)百吃(chi)不厭。1995年(nian)4月,在(zai)香港舉辦(ban)“蘇州(zhou)食品(pin)節”,以百年(nian)老字號采芝齋、黃天源(yuan)兩店的產(chan)品(pin)為(wei)主,突出了(le)蘇州(zhou)傳統、風味、特(te)色三大(da)特(te)點,大(da)受江(jiang)、浙(zhe)、滬籍香港同(tong)胞的歡(huan)迎。黃天源(yuan)精制花色糕在(zai)北京舉辦(ban)的1996年(nian)國際(ji)食品(pin)加工技術(shu)博覽會上獲得金(jin)獎。
歷史
