網(wang)紅榴蓮燉(dun)雞的做(zuo)法:
【用料】:榴(liu)蓮 2包;土雞 半只;紅棗(zao) 6個;枸杞(qi) 若干;姜(jiang) 3片;鹽(yan) 少許;
步驟:
1、姜洗凈后切片,枸杞(qi)紅棗洗凈備用
2、榴蓮(lian)切(qie)開去皮,挖出兩個大包
3、土雞(ji)砍成小塊。用(yong)(yong)小鍋裝(zhuang)半鍋水(shui)(shui)(shui),大(da)火(huo)把水(shui)(shui)(shui)燒到(dao)(dao)70-80度左右差(cha)不多沸騰,把砍好的(de)雞(ji)塊放進鍋里(li)焯(zhuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui),繼續大(da)火(huo)把水(shui)(shui)(shui)燒到(dao)(dao)沸騰后把雞(ji)塊撈出,馬上用(yong)(yong)冷水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)凈備用(yong)(yong)
4、用砂(sha)煲(bao)裝(zhuang)大半(ban)(ban)砂(sha)煲(bao)的水,放入(ru)焯過水的雞(ji)塊、紅棗、姜(jiang)片(pian),蓋上蓋子,大火(huo)燒開,燒開后轉(zhuan)小火(huo)燉半(ban)(ban)個(ge)小時
5、放入(ru)榴蓮和(he)枸(gou)杞,開大火將湯燒開,燒開后轉小(xiao)火燉半小(xiao)時(shi)左右
6、準備(bei)出鍋時(shi)根據自己的口味加少許鹽即可
