1.胡蘿卜洗凈擦成(cheng)細絲;
2.熱鍋放油,下入胡蘿卜絲,大火翻炒一分鐘后(hou)舀(yao)出(chu)待(dai)用;
3.雞蛋打散成(cheng)蛋液(ye),下入面(mian)粉,用勺子(zi)將其充分地(di)攪拌成(cheng)糊(hu)狀;
4.下(xia)入(ru)炒好的胡蘿卜絲與蔥花(hua),加入(ru)適量的鹽,再(zai)次攪拌均勻;
5.平(ping)底鍋(guo)內放(fang)入(ru)適(shi)量(liang)的油,擺入(ru)心形模(mo)具(ju)(ju);用(yong)勺(shao)子將適(shi)量(liang)面(mian)糊舀(yao)入(ru)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)中;
6.小火將其煎至底部成型后(hou)用(yong)竹簽沿著模具(ju)的內側劃一圈,然后(hou)輕輕地取下(xia)模具(ju);
7.蓋上(shang)鍋(guo)蓋,待一面(mian)煎(jian)至(zhi)金黃后打開鍋(guo)蓋將其翻(fan)面(mian),最后煎(jian)至(zhi)兩面(mian)金黃中(zhong)間(jian)熟透即可出鍋(guo)。
