桂花銀蝦餃的做法
將澄(cheng)面(mian)、生(sheng)粉(fen)、白(bai)糖放在干凈盤內待用(yong)(yong),把清水沖在澄(cheng)面(mian)里(li)用(yong)(yong)筷(kuai)攪(jiao)拌成(cheng)半生(sheng)熟(shu)粉(fen),然(ran)后加(jia)入豬油、搓透(tou),靜置5分鐘(zhong),然(ran)后把生(sheng)胚按重(zhong)量擠(ji)出,用(yong)(yong)面(mian)棍開薄,包(bao)入餡(xian)料制成(cheng)蝦形狀,上籠蒸(zheng)4分鐘(zhong)即可。
