僑鄉進(jin)口(kou)商品(pin)城位(wei)于(yu)青田縣油竹街(jie)道(dao),總規(gui)劃建(jian)筑面積29.2萬平方米。分兩期(qi)建(jian)設,一期(qi)是4個專業市(shi)場和世界(jie)紅(hong)酒(jiu)中心,二期(qi)是環(huan)球購物綜合體。

僑博(bo)會(hui)進(jin)一步(bu)擴大了僑鄉進(jin)口商品(pin)城(cheng)和世(shi)界紅酒中心(xin)的影響(xiang)力(li),提(ti)升了“青田(tian)洋貨、世(shi)界超市”品(pin)牌形(xing)象,為消費(fei)者和采購商提(ti)供消費(fei)與交易服(fu)務,真正(zheng)形(xing)成“3+365”永(yong)不落幕的華(hua)僑進(jin)口商品(pin)博(bo)覽(lan)會(hui)。第三屆僑博(bo)會(hui)已納入(ru)浙(zhe)江省(sheng)2020年(nian)重(zhong)點舉(ju)辦和支持的展會(hui)計(ji)劃,是全省(sheng)唯(wei)一一個葡萄酒類專業展會(hui),目前正(zheng)在積極謀劃。
僑鄉進口(kou)商品城下一步將推(tui)進三個中心項目(mu),一是(shi)(shi)青田(tian)世界紅酒(jiu)中心,于(yu)2019年1月26日(ri)正式營業,總(zong)面(mian)積(ji)為(wei)1萬多平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),是(shi)(shi)集(ji)進口(kou)葡萄酒(jiu)推(tui)廣、銷售(shou)、培訓、孵化、服務為(wei)一體(ti)(ti)的(de)專業綜合體(ti)(ti)。二是(shi)(shi)保稅物(wu)流中心(B型),一期建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)4萬平(ping)方(fang)米(mi)。三是(shi)(shi)環球購物(wu)中心,規劃用(yong)地約3.5萬平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),建(jian)成后是(shi)(shi)集(ji)商貿、展示、購物(wu)、休閑、旅游(you)、電子(zi)商務、辦(ban)公等功能(neng)為(wei)一體(ti)(ti)的(de)環球購物(wu)綜合體(ti)(ti)。
