健脾養胃的5種按摩手法
1.右手拇(mu)食二(er)指按在(zai)左手臂(bei)(bei)內(nei)外(wai)側正中腕橫紋上二(er)寸之內(nei)、外(wai)關(guan)穴位處,正反各旋(xuan)揉(rou)36次。然后再(zai)以同樣的(de)(de)方(fang)法旋(xuan)揉(rou)右手臂(bei)(bei)。內(nei)關(guan)穴屬手厥陰心(xin)(xin)(xin)包經(jing),點揉(rou)此穴能(neng)(neng)寬胸理(li)氣,寧神和胃。治(zhi)療(liao)心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸失眠、胸脅痛(tong)、冠心(xin)(xin)(xin)病、風濕(shi)性(xing)心(xin)(xin)(xin)臟病、胃腸官能(neng)(neng)癥(zheng)等。外(wai)關(guan)穴屬手少陽三焦經(jing),能(neng)(neng)治(zhi)療(liao)熱(re) 癥(zheng)感冒、偏頭痛(tong)、胸脅痛(tong)、耳鳴、耳聾(long)、上肢癱瘓、肩(jian)臂(bei)(bei)痛(tong)等癥(zheng)。心(xin)(xin)(xin)血管系統疾病的(de)(de)患者經(jing)常旋(xuan)揉(rou)內(nei)外(wai)關(guan),對改(gai)善自我癥(zheng)狀、預防(fang)心(xin)(xin)(xin)絞痛(tong)發(fa)作(zuo)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)效果。
2.用一(yi)只手(shou)的掌(zhang)心貼附肚臍(qi),另(ling)一(yi)只手(shou)疊在上面,順(shun)時(shi)針方(fang)向(xiang)以畫陀螺的方(fang)式(shi)(shi)柔和地邊按(an)(an)(an)邊摩(mo)擦(ca),由肚臍(qi)逐漸均勻畫圈(quan)至全腹,約80—100下(xia),再倒(dao)回到(dao)肚臍(qi),再 按(an)(an)(an)摩(mo)80—100下(xia)。可雙手(shou)交換,逆(ni)時(shi)針方(fang)向(xiang)以同樣的方(fang)式(shi)(shi)再按(an)(an)(an)摩(mo)一(yi)遍。腹部按(an)(an)(an)摩(mo)能(neng)改(gai)善腸胃(wei)(wei)(wei)功能(neng),讓腸胃(wei)(wei)(wei)受到(dao)負載壓力,如果(guo)長期堅持,腸胃(wei)(wei)(wei)排泄也能(neng)有(you)所改(gai)善。建議在晚上上床后按(an)(an)(an)摩(mo),按(an)(an)(an)摩(mo)時(shi),既(ji)不要(yao)空腹也不要(yao)脹肚。
3.飯后、睡前可以(yi)搓熱雙手(shou)以(yi)肚臍(qi)為中(zhong)心順時針環(huan)摩64圈。完畢搓熱雙手(shou)按摩小腹。
4.從經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)絡看(kan),胃(wei)(wei)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)是經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)過腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的第二(er)趾(zhi)和第三趾(zhi)之間,一般胃(wei)(wei)腸功能良(liang)好者站(zhan)立時腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)抓(zhua)地(di)(di)也(ye)很(hen)牢固。因此(ci),經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)常活動(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)可以(yi)起到健脾養胃(wei)(wei)的作用。尤其(qi)現在歲末(mo)將至,不少人應酬多、飲食無節(jie)制,易吃傷脾胃(wei)(wei),常活動(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)也(ye)能在一定程(cheng)度上幫脾胃(wei)(wei)減負。活動(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)時可采取站(zhan)立或坐位,雙(shuang)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)放(fang)平(ping),緊(jin)(jin)貼(tie)地(di)(di)面,與肩(jian)同(tong)寬(kuan),腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)連續(xu)做抓(zhua)地(di)(di)——放(fang)松的動(dong)作60至90次,對腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)絡 形成松緊(jin)(jin)交替刺(ci)激。做此(ci)動(dong)作時可赤(chi)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)或穿柔軟的平(ping)底鞋(xie),每(mei)日可重復多次。每(mei)天洗腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)時,還可在腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)盆里放(fang)些大小(xiao)適中的橢圓形鵝卵(luan)石等物(wu)體,泡腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)同(tong)時練習(xi)用腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi) 反(fan)復鉤抓(zhua)這些物(wu)體。溫水泡腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)有利疏通經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)絡,腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)抓(zhua)物(wu)可刺(ci)激局部胃(wei)(wei)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)的穴位,持之以(yi)恒會逐漸增強胃(wei)(wei)腸功能。但糖尿病患者用此(ci)法時需注(zhu)意所選物(wu)體表面要光滑, 以(yi)免劃傷局部皮膚、誘發(fa)感染。
5.此外,坐、臥時還可從下到上(shang)按(an)摩(mo)小腿(tui),因為小腿(tui)上(shang)集中(zhong)了不(bu)少(shao)消化系(xi)統的(de)穴(xue)位,如脾(pi)、肝經(jing)的(de)足(zu)三陰(yin)經(jing)在(zai)小腿(tui)內側(ce),胃(wei)經(jing)、 膽經(jing)的(de)足(zu)三陽經(jing)在(zai)小腿(tui)外側(ce),能健脾(pi)的(de)足(zu)三里在(zai)膝蓋(gai)下三寸的(de)外側(ce)。常按(an)摩(mo)這些穴(xue)位,也有助(zhu)于健脾(pi)養胃(wei)。按(an)摩(mo)時不(bu)苛(ke)求手法,力度以能承受、按(an)后覺得(de)舒服為度, 不(bu)要在(zai)過飽(bao)和過餓時按(an)摩(mo)。需注意的(de)是,兒童(tong)的(de)穴(xue)位與(yu)成(cheng)人不(bu)同,所(suo)以此按(an)摩(mo)法不(bu)適合兒童(tong)。
