1、沖泡
這是紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)粉(fen)(fen)最基本且最常見的(de)用(yong)法,方便工作忙碌又愛喝茶(cha)的(de)人在閑暇之(zhi)余品嘗(chang)到一(yi)杯(bei)熱(re)茶(cha)。在沖泡(pao)時,紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)粉(fen)(fen)無需像(xiang)茶(cha)葉那般沖洗,節省了大量(liang)時間(jian)。直接將適量(liang)紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)粉(fen)(fen)倒入茶(cha)杯(bei),在茶(cha)杯(bei)里(li)倒入約200毫(hao)升、水溫(wen)70至80攝氏度的(de)純凈(jing)水,攪拌均勻(yun)即可飲用(yong)。
2、烘焙

紅茶粉怎么泡
1、新鮮的冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)注入煮水(shui)(shui)壺里煮沸(fei),因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)龍頭流出(chu)來(lai)的水(shui)(shui)飽含(han)了空氣,可以(yi)將紅茶的香氣充分導引出(chu)來(lai),而隔(ge)夜的水(shui)(shui)、二度(du)煮沸(fei)的水(shui)(shui)或保溫瓶內(nei)的熱水(shui)(shui),都不(bu)適合來(lai)沖泡紅茶。
2、注入正(zheng)滾沸的開(kai)水,以漸歇的方式(shi)溫壺(hu)(hu)(hu)及溫杯,避(bi)免水溫變化(hua)太大(da)。一(yi)(yi)般茶(cha)壺(hu)(hu)(hu)的造型,都有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)個矮胖的圓(yuan)壺(hu)(hu)(hu)身,是(shi)讓茶(cha)葉(xie)在沖泡時有(you)(you)完全伸(shen)展及舞動(dong)的空間。
3、謹慎斟酌茶葉粉量,沖泡濃茶,每人用約2.5g的量,但是想要泡出好紅茶,建議最好以2杯的紅茶粉量來沖泡成2杯,較能充分發揮紅茶香(xiang)醇的(de)原(yuan)味,也能享(xiang)受到續杯樂趣。
4、將滾水注入(ru)壺里(li)泡(pao)茶(cha),水開(kai)始沸(fei)騰(teng)之后約30秒的時間(jian),水花(hua)形成(cheng)像(xiang)一元硬幣(bi)大小的圓形時,來(lai)沖泡(pao)紅茶(cha),最(zui)適合不過的了。
5、靜(jing)心等(deng)候(hou)正確(que)的沖(chong)泡(pao)時間(jian),沖(chong)泡(pao)時間(jian)則(ze)是(shi)從2分(fen)鐘到3分(fen)半鐘之(zhi)間(jian)。
