6軸以(yi)上(shang)(shang)專項作(zuo)業車統一(yi)按6類貨(huo)車執行。6軸以(yi)上(shang)(shang)貨(huo)車在6類貨(huo)車收費(fei)標(biao)準的(de)基礎上(shang)(shang),基本收費(fei)標(biao)準及橋隧收費(fei)標(biao)準每(mei)增加(jia)1軸增加(jia)0.60元(yuan)/車公里(li)的(de)收費(fei)系(xi)(xi)數;機場高速收費(fei)標(biao)準每(mei)增加(jia)1軸增加(jia)5元(yuan)/車次的(de)收費(fei)系(xi)(xi)數。
據《廣西(xi)高速公路實(shi)施差(cha)異化(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)費推(tui)進經濟高質(zhi)量發展工作方(fang)案(an)》,2024年(nian)1月(yue)1日起至2026年(nian)12月(yue)31日期間,廣西(xi)高速公路全面(mian)實(shi)施差(cha)異化(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)費,主要內容如下:
1.分支付方式差異化收費
對所(suo)有使用ETC支(zhi)付的車輛給予車輛通行費(fei)9.5折優惠(hui)(與其他使用ETC支(zhi)付的差異化收費(fei)通行費(fei)優惠(hui)不疊加)。
2.分出入口差異化收費
(1)繼續對通(tong)行融水至(zhi)河池高速公路羅城收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)至(zhi)和睦收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)區間使用(yong)ETC支付的六類合(he)法裝載貨車給(gei)予通(tong)行費(fei)9折優(you)惠(hui)。
(2)繼續實施自(zi)駕(jia)車(che)通行費優惠(hui),引導(dao)車(che)輛高(gao)效使用高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu),實現“引客(ke)(ke)入桂(gui)”“引車(che)上路(lu)(lu)”目標。每周五00:00至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)周日24:00(假期調休除外),7條(tiao)試(shi)點高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(靖西至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)龍邦(bang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、巴馬—憑(ping)祥(xiang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)巴馬至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)田(tian)東段(duan)、崇左(zuo)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水口高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、巴馬—憑(ping)祥(xiang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)田(tian)東經天(tian)等(deng)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大新段(duan)、巴馬—憑(ping)祥(xiang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大新經龍州(zhou)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)憑(ping)祥(xiang)段(duan)、松(song)旺至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鐵山港東岸公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、天(tian)峨—北海公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)巴馬至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平果段(duan))對(dui)使用ETC支付的一類客(ke)(ke)車(che),給予車(che)輛通行費減半優惠(hui)。
3.分路段差異化收費
(1)繼續對通行南(nan)寧(ning)吳圩機場第二高速公路使用ETC支付(fu)的車輛(liang)給予通行費7折優惠(hui)。

(3)繼續停止收取(qu)六寨(黔桂界)至(zhi)河(he)池(chi)(chi)、河(he)池(chi)(chi)至(zhi)都安、隆林(lin)至(zhi)百色(se)、那坡至(zhi)靖西(xi)、靖西(xi)至(zhi)崇(chong)左、三江(jiang)至(zhi)柳州、河(he)池(chi)(chi)至(zhi)百色(se)7條高速公路一(yi)類橋隧車輛通行費。
(4)繼續停止(zhi)收取河池(chi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色(se)、河池(chi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都安、三江至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柳州、馬山(shan)(shan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)果(guo)、來賓至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)馬山(shan)(shan)、百(bai)色(se)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖西(xi)、靖西(xi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)那坡(po)、百(bai)色(se)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)隆林、樂業至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色(se)、崇左至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖西(xi)以(yi)及(ji)賀州至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)巴馬(鐘山(shan)(shan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昭平(ping)段)11條高速公路貨車橋隧(sui)車輛通行費。
4.分車型差異化收費
(1)以政府(fu)定(ding)價收費(fei)標(biao)準為基礎(chu),繼續對合(he)法裝(zhuang)載(zai)的(de)二類(lei)(lei)至五類(lei)(lei)貨車實(shi)行(xing)(xing)無(wu)差別8.5折(zhe)優惠(hui),對合(he)法裝(zhuang)載(zai)的(de)六類(lei)(lei)貨車實(shi)行(xing)(xing)無(wu)差別9.8折(zhe)優惠(hui),機場高速除外(wai)(與試點路段(duan)的(de)分(fen)路段(duan)差異化收費(fei)優惠(hui)不疊加(jia))。
(2)繼(ji)續(xu)對(dui)合法(fa)裝(zhuang)載的20英尺、40英尺、45英尺國際標準集裝(zhuang)箱運輸專用(yong)ETC車輛,在(zai)預(yu)約通行廣(guang)西高速公路指定收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站點進出(chu)北部(bu)灣港三(san)(san)港區(qu)(qu)三(san)(san)口(kou)岸以及西江經濟帶(dai)港口(kou)、碼頭時,實行減半收(shou)(shou)取車輛通行費(fei)(與試點路段的分路段差異化收(shou)(shou)費(fei)優惠不疊加(jia));其中進出(chu)北部(bu)灣港三(san)(san)港區(qu)(qu)三(san)(san)口(kou)岸并通行17條試點路段產生的車輛通行費(fei),在(zai)減半基礎上再給予9折優惠。
(3)對合法(fa)裝載20英(ying)(ying)尺(chi)、40英(ying)(ying)尺(chi)、45英(ying)(ying)尺(chi)國(guo)際標(biao)準集裝箱運輸專用ETC車(che)輛(liang),實行(xing)(xing)單(dan)次(ci)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)“遞(di)遠遞(di)減”按里程(cheng)階梯收(shou)費(fei)方式,在(zai)廣(guang)西境內高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)任一收(shou)費(fei)站駛出且單(dan)次(ci)連(lian)續行(xing)(xing)駛廣(guang)西高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)300公(gong)(gong)里—400公(gong)(gong)里的(de),給(gei)予相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)車(che)輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)9折優(you)(you)惠(hui);單(dan)次(ci)連(lian)續行(xing)(xing)駛廣(guang)西高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)400公(gong)(gong)里—550公(gong)(gong)里的(de),給(gei)予相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)車(che)輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)8折優(you)(you)惠(hui);單(dan)次(ci)連(lian)續行(xing)(xing)駛廣(guang)西高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)550公(gong)(gong)里以上的(de),給(gei)予相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)車(che)輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)7折優(you)(you)惠(hui)(與集裝箱車(che)輛(liang)減半優(you)(you)惠(hui)不疊加(jia))。
(4)對每月通(tong)行(xing)廣西高速公路(lu)(lu)次數在30次(含(han))以上的ETC公路(lu)(lu)客運班線客車,給予相應(ying)的廣西區內高速公路(lu)(lu)通(tong)行(xing)費9折優惠。
5.分(fen)時(shi)段、分(fen)方向差異(yi)化(hua)收費
(1)對7:00—10:00通(tong)行(xing)(xing)蘭(lan)海(hai)高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)(都(dou)安(an)至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)寧段(duan))安(an)吉(ji)收(shou)費站、安(an)吉(ji)東收(shou)費站以及(ji)南(nan)(nan)寧東外(wai)環(huan)繞城高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)高(gao)峰收(shou)費站進(jin)站至(zhi)武鳴收(shou)費站出站,使用ETC支付的(de)一類客車給(gei)予通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費8折優(you)惠(hui)(hui);對17:00—20:00通(tong)行(xing)(xing)蘭(lan)海(hai)高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)(都(dou)安(an)至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)寧段(duan))武鳴收(shou)費站進(jin)站至(zhi)安(an)吉(ji)東收(shou)費站以及(ji)南(nan)(nan)寧東外(wai)環(huan)繞城高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)高(gao)峰收(shou)費站出站,使用ETC支付的(de)一類客車給(gei)予通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費8折優(you)惠(hui)(hui)。
(2)對18:00—24:00通行(xing)(xing)信都至梧州(zhou)公(gong)路(lu),從(cong)仁(ren)義收費站進(jin)站、旺甫收費站出(chu)站并使用ETC支付的合法裝(zhuang)載貨車給予通行(xing)(xing)費5折優惠(與集裝(zhuang)箱車輛減半優惠不(bu)疊加(jia))。
6.自主差異化收費
除(chu)上述(shu)差(cha)異化收費(fei)政策(ce)措施外,支持高速公路(lu)經營(ying)管理單位(wei)按照以政府定(ding)價收費(fei)標準為上限、差(cha)異化下浮的(de)原則,結(jie)合管轄路(lu)段(duan)車(che)(che)(che)流(liu)特征、臨近(jin)(jin)園區(qu)和(he)鄰近(jin)(jin)工礦(kuang)企業運輸(shu)需求(qiu)、城市(shi)周(zhou)邊車(che)(che)(che)輛通(tong)行等情況,探索創新自主定(ding)價方式,對通(tong)行管轄路(lu)段(duan)的(de)特定(ding)車(che)(che)(che)輛,實施分出入口、分時段(duan)、分方向、分車(che)(che)(che)型等差(cha)異化收費(fei),引導車(che)(che)(che)輛通(tong)行高速公路(lu),實現“降(jiang)費(fei)引流(liu),多(duo)方共贏”效果。
(1)鼓(gu)勵高速公路經營管(guan)理單位與龍(long)頭企業協商,通(tong)過“以量定價”方(fang)式實(shi)施自(zi)主(zhu)差異化收(shou)費。
(2)鼓勵高速公路經營管(guan)理(li)單位與鄰(lin)近園區(qu)及企(qi)(qi)業(ye)協商,為(wei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)“量身(shen)定(ding)做”收費(fei)方案(an)實施(shi)“一(yi)企(qi)(qi)一(yi)策”“一(yi)園一(yi)策”差異化(hua)收費(fei)。
(3)鼓勵高速(su)公路(lu)經營管理單位實施“遞(di)遠遞(di)減”差異化(hua)收費,引導長(chang)距離出行用戶(hu)行駛高速(su)公路(lu),提(ti)升行車安全性(xing)。
(4)鼓(gu)勵(li)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)經營管理單位實施“空(kong)車(che)(che)”差異化(hua)收費,引導(dao)空(kong)載貨車(che)(che)行駛(shi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu),充分發(fa)揮(hui)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)能效。
(5)鼓勵高速公路經營管理單位對安裝使(shi)用ETC行駛高速公路的新(xin)能源貨車加大通行費優惠力度(du),促進(jin)交通智慧綠色低碳(tan)發展(zhan)。
(6)鼓勵(li)高速(su)公路(lu)經營管理單位探索“會員(yuan)積(ji)分制(zhi)”差異(yi)化收費,對經常(chang)行駛(shi)高速(su)公路(lu)的車輛,以(yi)及使(shi)用數字人民幣等(deng)其他支付方式的車輛,給予一(yi)定幅度的通行費優(you)惠。
