浙江(jiang)省自(zi)(zi)行車電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車行業協會(hui)、浙江(jiang)省自(zi)(zi)行車電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車行業協會(hui)充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)分會(hui)在杭州組織召開(kai)GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行車集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施 第1部分:技術(shu)規范》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行車充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)防安(an)全技術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)》標準宣貫(guan)會(hui)。人民(min)出行作(zuo)為T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行車充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)防安(an)全技術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)》起草成員單位,受邀(yao)參(can)加此次宣貫(guan)會(hui)。
浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)市場監管局產品(pin)監管處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)長(chang)田軍,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)消防(fang)救援總(zong)隊防(fang)火監督(du)處(chu)(chu)徐(xu)懌,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)公安廳車管所副所長(chang)黃(huang)大勇、浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車電動車行(xing)(xing)業協會理事長(chang)陳(chen)建龍,以及來自(zi)省(sheng)內外(wai)共享出行(xing)(xing)企業、充(chong)換電企業、快遞(di)外(wai)賣(mai)企業等近50家單位共80余人參加了(le)會議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車(che)集中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi) 第1部分:技(ji)術規(gui)范(fan)》于(yu)2022年12月30日(ri)(ri)發布,將于(yu)今年7月1日(ri)(ri)實施(shi)(shi)(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車(che)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)消防安全技(ji)術要求(qiu)》已于(yu)今年5月27日(ri)(ri)實施(shi)(shi)(shi)。該標準(zhun)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車(che)集中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi)的技(ji)術要求(qiu),明(ming)確了(le)(le)對交流充電(dian)(dian)控制器、換(huan)電(dian)(dian)柜和(he)充電(dian)(dian)柜的適用(yong)范(fan)圍,并對電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車(che)集中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi)試(shi)驗方法做出(chu)了(le)(le)詳細規(gui)定。
會上(shang),杭州海(hai)康消防科(ke)技有限公司標(biao)準化工程師(shi)《電動自(zi)行車充(chong)換電消防安全(quan)技術要求(qiu)》主要起(qi)草人(ren)崔國慶,分析(xi)了(le)(le)各行業(ye)的(de)特點及(ji)(ji)企業(ye)面(mian)對的(de)困難(nan),并(bing)從整體情況及(ji)(ji)對應國標(biao)的(de)創新點、主要技術內容、要求(qiu)等(deng)方面(mian)對標(biao)準做(zuo)了(le)(le)解析(xi)。
