二、氧化鋯氧量分析儀怎么標定
氧化鋯(gao)氧量(liang)分析儀標定方(fang)法如下:
1、本底校驗:這個必須是(shi)(shi)在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)校驗,如(ru)果不是(shi)(shi)在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),殘(can)(can)留氣(qi)(qi)體就(jiu)降低了(le)標(biao)定的參(can)考值,不能達到(dao)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的氧量(liang)(liang)值。我們擰下標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口,標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口在氧化鋯探(tan)頭的接(jie)線(xian)盒中(zhong)(zhong),將探(tan)頭放在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),設置(SET)菜單(dan)進入,根據說明書的步(bu)驟,將光標(biao)選中(zhong)(zhong)“本底自動(dong)校驗”,等到(dao)氧量(liang)(liang)表顯示20.6左右即可。由(you)于是(shi)(shi)已經用過的探(tan)頭,內部肯定會有(you)殘(can)(can)留的氣(qi)(qi)體,所以顯示值20.6左右。
2、標氣自動校驗:同樣的是要擰下氧化鋯氧量分析儀標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)口,同樣的(de)標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)口在(zai)(zai),氧化鋯(gao)探(tan)頭(tou)的(de)接(jie)線盒中,我(wo)們(men)(men)通入標(biao)(biao)氣(qi),根據說明(ming)書標(biao)(biao)定(ding)的(de)步驟(zou),選(xuan)型(xing)“標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校驗(yan)(yan)(yan)“,在(zai)(zai)銷售氧化鋯(gao)分析儀的(de)同時,也有標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)提供,客戶可以選(xuan)購使用(yong)。標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)通常有4L和8L的(de)標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)。在(zai)(zai)標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校驗(yan)(yan)(yan)前,我(wo)們(men)(men)通常先進(jin)行本底(di)校驗(yan)(yan)(yan),本底(di)毫伏(fu)信號是否在(zai)(zai)0MV左右,越靠近(jin)0MV說明(ming)越準,待(dai)穩定(ding)后,將濃(nong)度校準到空氣(qi)濃(nong)度。
