歪(wai)把紅山(shan)楂(zha)因果梗部歪(wai)斜呈肉瘤狀而得名(ming),歪(wai)把紅山(shan)楂(zha)單(dan)果比正常(chang)山(shan)楂(zha)大。由于(yu)果大,著色艷麗,耐(nai)貯,品質優良,歪(wai)把紅山(shan)楂(zha)很受市(shi)場歡迎(ying)。歪(wai)把紅山(shan)楂(zha)樹冠緊湊,萌芽(ya)率和成(cheng)枝力均極(ji)強(qiang),花序平均座果率8.9個,適應性(xing)強(qiang),是加(jia)工兼鮮(xian)食(shi)的優良品種,在市(shi)場上的冰(bing)糖葫蘆(lu)主要用它作為原(yuan)料。
歪把紅(hong)山楂的母樹(shu)在山東省臨沂市(shi)平邑縣(xian)天寶(bao)山新華村,為(wei)當地主栽品(pin)種(zhong)之一。
歪(wai)把紅(hong)(hong)山楂的果(guo)(guo)實倒卵形(xing),單重15克左(zuo)右,肩部(bu)較(jiao)(jiao)瘦,頂(ding)端較(jiao)(jiao)肥(fei)大,果(guo)(guo)梗基部(bu)一(yi)側著生較(jiao)(jiao)肥(fei)大的紅(hong)(hong)色肉(rou)瘤是其典型(xing)特(te)征(zheng),果(guo)(guo)皮(pi)鮮紅(hong)(hong)色,有(you)光(guang)澤,蠟(la)質較(jiao)(jiao)厚,果(guo)(guo)稀(xi)且較(jiao)(jiao)大,萼片(pian)開(kai)張反卷,果(guo)(guo)面有(you)殘(can)存苞片(pian),萼筒(tong)陡深(shen),果(guo)(guo)肉(rou)乳白(bai)色,肉(rou)質細密軟(ruan)綿,味酸(suan)爽(shuang)口,總(zong)糖7.52%,總(zong)酸(suan)2.18%,可(ke)溶性固形(xing)物14.5%,每100克含鈣(gai)24.6mg,磷(lin)1.3mg,鐵(tie)2mg,維生素C60.8mg。
歪把紅(hong)山(shan)楂果實10月上中旬成(cheng)熟,耐(nai)貯(zhu)性好。
