滬(hu)蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge),是中(zhong)國江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇省境內連接張(zhang)家港(gang)(gang)市(由蘇州市代管)和南通(tong)(tong)市的通(tong)(tong)道(dao),位于(yu)蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)上游、江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)陰長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)下游,是通(tong)(tong)錫高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)、滬(hu)蘇通(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)、通(tong)(tong)蘇嘉(jia)甬高(gao)速鐵路(lu)共同(tong)的過江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),跨(kua)越(yue)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)張(zhang)家港(gang)(gang)段(duan)主航道(dao)。
滬蘇通長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大橋于2014年(nian)3月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)動工建設;于2019年(nian)9月(yue)20日(ri)(ri)實現全橋合(he)龍;于2020年(nian)6月(yue)定名;于2020年(nian)7月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)建成通車。
滬(hu)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)南起張家港市、北(bei)至南通(tong)(tong)市通(tong)(tong)州(zhou)區,大橋(qiao)(qiao)全長(chang)(chang)11.072千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(其中公(gong)鐵(tie)合建橋(qiao)(qiao)梁長(chang)(chang)6989米(mi)(mi)(mi)),包括兩(liang)岸大堤間(jian)正橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)(chang)5827米(mi)(mi)(mi),北(bei)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)(chang)1876米(mi)(mi)(mi),南引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)(chang)3369米(mi)(mi)(mi);大橋(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)層為雙向(xiang)六車道(dao)高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(通(tong)(tong)錫高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)),設計速(su)(su)度100千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/小(xiao)時(shi);下層為雙向(xiang)四線(xian)鐵(tie)路(lu),設計速(su)(su)度200千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/小(xiao)時(shi)(滬(hu)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu))、250千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/小(xiao)時(shi)(通(tong)(tong)蘇(su)嘉甬高速(su)(su)鐵(tie)路(lu))。
滬蘇通長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)采用主跨1092米(mi)的(de)鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)結(jie)構,是中國自主設計建(jian)造、世(shi)界上首(shou)座跨度超千米(mi)的(de)公(gong)鐵兩用斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),設計建(jian)造技術(shu)實現了五(wu)個“世(shi)界首(shou)創”;大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)總設計師為(wei)高宗余(yu)。
滬蘇通長江公鐵大(da)橋由主航道橋、天生(sheng)港航道橋、橫港沙水域橋、跨長江大(da)堤橋梁(liang)、兩岸引(yin)橋組成。大(da)橋結構為雙塔三(san)索面鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉橋。
(1)主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道橋。為(wei)保證長江主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道船舶通(tong)(tong)(tong)過能力、減小(xiao)船舶撞(zhuang)擊風(feng)險,大橋的主(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)按單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)雙向(xiang)(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)設(she)計,即主(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)凈(jing)寬(kuan)不(bu)小(xiao)于900米,主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道兩側各設(she)一個(ge)輔助通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)單向(xiang)(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)凈(jing)寬(kuan)不(bu)小(xiao)于200米。據此要求,并使通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)水域寬(kuan)度覆(fu)蓋(gai)橋位歷(li)年(nian)-15米等深線范(fan)圍,主(zhu)跨跨度采用1092米,南、北(bei)兩側各設(she)一個(ge)跨度為(wei)462米的輔助通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),從而(er)使得通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)覆(fu)蓋(gai)范(fan)圍達到2016米。
(2)天(tian)(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)航道(dao)(dao)橋。天(tian)(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)航道(dao)(dao)聚集了若干大型(xing)船(chuan)舶修(xiu)造企業,此(ci)航道(dao)(dao)專為這些(xie)企業的產(chan)品進出(chu)提供航路,船(chuan)舶航行密度(du)較(jiao)小(xiao),但噸位(wei)較(jiao)大,因此(ci),跨(kua)越的橋梁提供凈(jing)(jing)寬(kuan)284米(mi)、凈(jing)(jing)高45米(mi)的單孔(kong)單向(xiang)航道(dao)(dao)。為了盡可能減小(xiao)橋梁對通航的影(ying)響,采用主孔(kong)336米(mi)跨(kua)度(du)跨(kua)過航道(dao)(dao),北側主墩(dun)位(wei)于上游最近的碼(ma)頭邊(bian)緣線后方。
(3)橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)水域橋(qiao)。橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)是主航道(dao)和專用航道(dao)之間的一片(pian)淺(qian)灘,河床面標高(gao)在-1.5~-1米,為保證正(zheng)常行洪(hong),橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)水域橋(qiao)采(cai)用多(duo)孔(kong)112米跨徑布置(zhi)。
(4)跨(kua)(kua)長江大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)(di)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁。為保證(zheng)長江大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)(di)安全,跨(kua)(kua)堤(di)(di)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁橋(qiao)(qiao)墩須在(zai)大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)(di)臨水側坡腳以(yi)(yi)外30米、臨岸側坡腳以(yi)(yi)外15米設置。因(yin)此采用112米跨(kua)(kua)徑(jing)跨(kua)(kua)越(yue)南、北兩岸大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)(di)。
(5)兩岸引橋。兩岸引橋總長5245米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),由于(yu)受較大的(de)(de)(de)航道(dao)凈(jing)空高(gao)(gao)度控制,和正橋相接的(de)(de)(de)公鐵(tie)合建段(duan)引橋橋墩(dun)較高(gao)(gao),最(zui)高(gao)(gao)達(da)62米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)跨(kua)(kua)度49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)橋跨(kua)(kua)布(bu)置(zhi);南岸單(dan)建鐵(tie)路(lu)段(duan)橋墩(dun)較高(gao)(gao),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度布(bu)置(zhi);北(bei)岸單(dan)建鐵(tie)路(lu)段(duan)橋墩(dun)較小,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)32.7米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度;其余(yu)部分跨(kua)(kua)越道(dao)路(lu)、河流等節點采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)大跨(kua)(kua)橋梁(liang)。鐵(tie)路(lu)32.7米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)、49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)標準化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)32米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)、48米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)預應(ying)力混凝(ning)土梁(liang)。
滬蘇通長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)線路全長(chang)11.072千米(mi)(mi)(mi),包括兩(liang)岸(an)大堤間正橋(qiao)長(chang)5827米(mi)(mi)(mi),北引(yin)(yin)橋(qiao)長(chang)1876米(mi)(mi)(mi),南引(yin)(yin)橋(qiao)長(chang)3369米(mi)(mi)(mi),其(qi)中公(gong)(gong)鐵合建橋(qiao)梁長(chang)6989米(mi)(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)為(wei)主(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)1092米(mi)(mi)(mi)鋼桁(heng)梁雙塔斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao),主(zhu)塔高330米(mi)(mi)(mi),約110層(ceng)樓(lou)高。滬蘇通長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)主(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)是主(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)1092米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)公(gong)(gong)鐵兩(liang)用(yong)鋼桁(heng)梁斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao),跨(kua)(kua)徑布置為(wei)(140+462+1092+462+140)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。斜(xie)拉(la)索(suo)采用(yong)平行鋼絲斜(xie)拉(la)索(suo),最大索(suo)長(chang)576.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),索(suo)重(zhong)84噸(dun)。拉(la)索(suo)在梁端的(de)錨固采用(yong)錨拉(la)板構造,錨點在橋(qiao)面標高以上1.35~2.15米(mi)(mi)(mi)。大橋(qiao)主(zhu)通航(hang)孔代(dai)表船型(xing)為(wei)5萬(wan)噸(dun)級集裝箱船和10萬(wan)噸(dun)級散(san)貨船,代(dai)表船隊為(wei)4.8萬(wan)噸(dun)4排4列駁船隊,專用(yong)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)代(dai)表船型(xing)為(wei)5.7萬(wan)噸(dun)級散(san)雜船。
滬(hu)蘇通長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)規模之大,施工(gong)難度之大,創(chuang)造了世界(jie)橋(qiao)梁(liang)和(he)中國橋(qiao)梁(liang)建(jian)設的多個之最。(《文匯報》評)
滬(hu)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋是其建成時長(chang)江(jiang)下游最(zui)(zui)東(dong)端、離(li)長(chang)江(jiang)入海口(kou)最(zui)(zui)近的鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)過江(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao),向北(bei)連接渤海灣和京(jing)津冀城(cheng)市(shi)群(qun),向南(nan)由(you)滬(hu)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)接入上海,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過東(dong)南(nan)沿海通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)聯(lian)系珠(zhu)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)城(cheng)市(shi)群(qun)。作為(wei)公鐵(tie)(tie)兩(liang)用過江(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao),滬(hu)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋建成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)后,對提升(sheng)區(qu)域鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)、公路(lu)路(lu)網(wang)水平,優化(hua)運(yun)輸(shu)組織方案,完善交通(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸(shu)結構具有(you)重要意義,將有(you)效促(cu)進長(chang)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)城(cheng)市(shi)群(qun)跨(kua)江(jiang)融合、協同發展(zhan),有(you)力助(zhu)推長(chang)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)區(qu)域一體化(hua)發展(zhan)。(中國國家鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)集團有(you)限公司 評(ping))
2003年,有關方面提出新建(jian)上(shang)海至南通鐵路的三(san)個過江方案(an)。
2005年12月,中華人民共和國鐵道(dao)部(bu)組織“滬(hu)通鐵路預可審查及越江橋隧方(fang)案論證會(hui)“。
2007年(nian)3月(yue),《新(xin)建上海至(zhi)南(nan)通鐵路預(yu)可行(xing)研究》編制完成,跨(kua)越長江方案(an)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)蘇通長江公(gong)路大(da)橋下游9千米(mi)處的盾構(gou)隧道方案(an)。4月(yue)18日(ri)(ri)至(zhi)20日(ri)(ri),“新(xin)建滬通鐵路項目建議書評估會”召開,跨(kua)越長江方案(an)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)蘇通長江公(gong)路大(da)橋下游8千米(mi)橋梁方案(an)。
2008年2月,中國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)部委和江(jiang)蘇省相關(guan)部門開展論證工作,先后(hou)在蘇通(tong)長江(jiang)公路大橋下游8千米(mi)(mi)、5千米(mi)(mi)、3.2千米(mi)(mi)和規劃的(de)錫通(tong)通(tong)道(dao)進行比選和實船試驗,并完成(cheng)了過(guo)江(jiang)工程(cheng)河(he)段河(he)勢等二十幾個課(ke)題的(de)研(yan)究。
2010年2月(yue),對于(yu)跨越長(chang)(chang)(chang)江方(fang)案,鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)與交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)(shu)(shu)部(bu)達成共識,在(zai)規(gui)劃的(de)錫通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)江通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)上建設跨江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),并形成綜合性過(guo)江通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)。5月(yue)11日,交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)(shu)(shu)部(bu)組(zu)織召開“滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)論證(zheng)研究(jiu)報(bao)告審查會”。同月(yue),鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)、上海(hai)市及江蘇(su)省聯合上報(bao)《關(guan)于(yu)重(zhong)新報(bao)送(song)上海(hai)至南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路可行性研究(jiu)報(bao)告的(de)函》,將滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)方(fang)位,由原來的(de)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)(chang)江公路大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)下(xia)游(you)3千米處(chu)調整為上游(you)40千米處(chu)(即沿九圩港(gang)西側(ce)至南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)捕(bu)魚港(gang)附近跨越長(chang)(chang)(chang)江)。7月(yue),交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)(shu)(shu)部(bu)批復滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)凈空尺(chi)度和技(ji)術要求(qiu),確定了橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位、橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式和橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨。8月(yue)25日,滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主跨1092米公鐵(tie)兩用斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)方(fang)案通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)發展和改革委員會組(zu)織的(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁專家(jia)(jia)評(ping)審。12月(yue)19日,滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)安全評(ping)估報(bao)告通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)海(hai)事局組(zu)織的(de)專家(jia)(jia)評(ping)審,標志著滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)(chang)(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正(zheng)式進(jin)入(ru)工程初步設計階段。
2011年4月6日(ri),滬通鐵路長江大橋進行29、30號橋墩地質(zhi)鉆探施工。
2013年11月,滬通鐵路長(chang)江大(da)(da)橋建設(she)指揮部進駐南通。同月中旬,滬通鐵路長(chang)江大(da)(da)橋施工(gong)圖完(wan)成(cheng)設(she)計。
2014年3月(yue)(yue)1日,滬(hu)通鐵(tie)路(lu)長江(jiang)大橋正式開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)設。6月(yue)(yue),滬(hu)通鐵(tie)路(lu)長江(jiang)大橋28號主塔墩鋼沉(chen)井浮(fu)運至(zhi)預定(ding)水域并完成下沉(chen)。10月(yue)(yue)28日,滬(hu)通鐵(tie)路(lu)長江(jiang)大橋29號主塔墩鋼沉(chen)井浮(fu)運至(zhi)預定(ding)水域。2017年1月(yue)(yue)21日,天生港專用航道橋合龍。10月(yue)(yue)22日,天生港專用航道橋主拱合龍。12月(yue)(yue)28日,28號主墩中(zhong)塔柱合龍。
2018年3月(yue)(yue)1日(ri),28號(hao)(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)(shou)組(zu)鋼錨梁(liang)(liang)安裝到位。4月(yue)(yue)27日(ri),29號(hao)(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)墩(dun)(dun)開(kai)始下橫(heng)梁(liang)(liang)首(shou)(shou)次混凝土澆筑(zhu)。5月(yue)(yue)11日(ri),滬通(tong)鐵(tie)路長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)進入橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)鋪(pu)裝階段。6月(yue)(yue)1日(ri),主(zhu)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)邊(bian)墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)(shou)個(ge)超(chao)千噸大節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)架(jia)設(she)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),這是中(zhong)國國內首(shou)(shou)個(ge)超(chao)千噸大節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)架(jia)設(she)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。9月(yue)(yue)9日(ri),南(nan)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全面(mian)貫通(tong)。9月(yue)(yue)25日(ri),滬通(tong)鐵(tie)路長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正式(shi)攤鋪(pu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)瀝青。9月(yue)(yue)28日(ri),北(bei)側主(zhu)塔(ta)封頂。10月(yue)(yue)9日(ri),主(zhu)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)大節(jie)段鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)雙(shuang)懸(xuan)臂(bei)開(kai)始架(jia)設(she)。10月(yue)(yue)16日(ri),天(tian)生港專(zhuan)用航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)鐵(tie)路層(ceng)鋼橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)UHPC鋪(pu)裝施(shi)工完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。11月(yue)(yue)9日(ri),29號(hao)(hao)墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)(shou)節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)架(jia)設(she)。
