滬(hu)蘇(su)通長江公鐵(tie)大(da)橋于(yu)2014年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)1日動工建設;于(yu)2019年(nian)9月(yue)(yue)20日實現全橋合(he)龍;于(yu)2020年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)定名(ming);于(yu)2020年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)1日建成通車。

滬蘇(su)通(tong)長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋南(nan)起(qi)張(zhang)家港市、北至南(nan)通(tong)市通(tong)州區,大橋全長11.072千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(其中公(gong)鐵合(he)建橋梁長6989米(mi)(mi)),包括兩岸大堤間正橋長5827米(mi)(mi),北引橋長1876米(mi)(mi),南(nan)引橋長3369米(mi)(mi);大橋上層為雙向(xiang)六車(che)道(dao)高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(通(tong)錫高速(su)(su)公(gong)路),設(she)計速(su)(su)度(du)100千(qian)米(mi)(mi)/小時;下(xia)層為雙向(xiang)四線鐵路,設(she)計速(su)(su)度(du)200千(qian)米(mi)(mi)/小時(滬蘇(su)通(tong)鐵路)、250千(qian)米(mi)(mi)/小時(通(tong)蘇(su)嘉甬高速(su)(su)鐵路)。

滬(hu)蘇通長江公鐵(tie)大橋采用(yong)主跨1092米的(de)鋼桁梁斜(xie)拉(la)橋結構,是中(zhong)國自主設計建造、世界(jie)上首座(zuo)跨度超千米的(de)公鐵(tie)兩用(yong)斜(xie)拉(la)橋,設計建造技術實現了五個“世界(jie)首創(chuang)”;大橋的(de)總設計師為高宗(zong)余。

建筑設計

橋梁結構

滬蘇通(tong)長江公鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)由主航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、天生港航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、橫港沙水域(yu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、跨長江大堤橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)、兩岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)組成。大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)結構(gou)為雙(shuang)塔三索面(mian)鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。

(1)主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道橋。為(wei)保證長江(jiang)主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道船舶(bo)通過能力(li)、減(jian)小船舶(bo)撞擊風險,大橋的主(zhu)(zhu)通航(hang)孔(kong)按單孔(kong)雙向通航(hang)設(she)計,即主(zhu)(zhu)通航(hang)孔(kong)凈寬不(bu)小于900米(mi),主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道兩側各設(she)一(yi)個輔(fu)助通航(hang)孔(kong),單孔(kong)單向通航(hang)凈寬不(bu)小于200米(mi)。據(ju)此要求,并使通航(hang)水域(yu)寬度(du)覆(fu)蓋橋位歷年-15米(mi)等深(shen)線范圍(wei),主(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)跨(kua)度(du)采用1092米(mi),南(nan)、北兩側各設(she)一(yi)個跨(kua)度(du)為(wei)462米(mi)的輔(fu)助通航(hang)孔(kong),從而使得通航(hang)孔(kong)覆(fu)蓋范圍(wei)達到2016米(mi)。

(2)天(tian)(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)航(hang)道橋(qiao)。天(tian)(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)航(hang)道聚(ju)集了若干大(da)型船舶修造企業,此(ci)航(hang)道專為(wei)(wei)這(zhe)些企業的(de)產品進出提供(gong)航(hang)路,船舶航(hang)行密度較(jiao)(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao),但噸位(wei)(wei)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),因此(ci),跨越的(de)橋(qiao)梁(liang)提供(gong)凈寬(kuan)284米、凈高(gao)45米的(de)單(dan)(dan)孔單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)航(hang)道。為(wei)(wei)了盡可能減小(xiao)(xiao)橋(qiao)梁(liang)對通航(hang)的(de)影響(xiang),采用主孔336米跨度跨過(guo)航(hang)道,北(bei)側主墩位(wei)(wei)于上(shang)游(you)最(zui)近的(de)碼頭(tou)邊緣線后方。

(3)橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)水(shui)域(yu)橋(qiao)。橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)是(shi)主航道(dao)(dao)和專(zhuan)用航道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)間(jian)的一片淺灘,河(he)床面標高(gao)在(zai)-1.5~-1米,為保證正常(chang)行洪,橫(heng)港(gang)沙(sha)水(shui)域(yu)橋(qiao)采用多(duo)孔112米跨徑布置。

(4)跨(kua)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大堤(di)橋(qiao)梁。為保證長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大堤(di)安全,跨(kua)堤(di)橋(qiao)梁橋(qiao)墩須在大堤(di)臨水側坡腳以外30米(mi)、臨岸(an)側坡腳以外15米(mi)設置。因此采用112米(mi)跨(kua)徑跨(kua)越南、北(bei)兩(liang)岸(an)大堤(di)。

(5)兩岸引(yin)橋(qiao)。兩岸引(yin)橋(qiao)總(zong)長5245米(mi),由于受較(jiao)大(da)的(de)航道凈(jing)空(kong)高(gao)(gao)度(du)控(kong)制,和正(zheng)橋(qiao)相接的(de)公鐵(tie)(tie)合建段引(yin)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)墩較(jiao)高(gao)(gao),最高(gao)(gao)達62米(mi),采用(yong)(yong)跨(kua)(kua)度(du)49.2米(mi)橋(qiao)跨(kua)(kua)布置;南(nan)岸單建鐵(tie)(tie)路段橋(qiao)墩較(jiao)高(gao)(gao),采用(yong)(yong)49.2米(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度(du)布置;北(bei)岸單建鐵(tie)(tie)路段橋(qiao)墩較(jiao)小,采用(yong)(yong)32.7米(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度(du);其余部分跨(kua)(kua)越道路、河流等節(jie)點采用(yong)(yong)大(da)跨(kua)(kua)橋(qiao)梁。鐵(tie)(tie)路32.7米(mi)、49.2米(mi)跨(kua)(kua)度(du)均采用(yong)(yong)標準(zhun)化的(de)32米(mi)、48米(mi)預應力混凝(ning)土(tu)梁。

設計參數

滬蘇通(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)線路全長(chang)11.072千米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),包括(kuo)兩岸(an)大(da)堤間(jian)正橋(qiao)長(chang)5827米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),北引橋(qiao)長(chang)1876米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),南引橋(qiao)長(chang)3369米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),其(qi)中(zhong)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)合建(jian)橋(qiao)梁(liang)長(chang)6989米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)航道(dao)橋(qiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)跨1092米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)雙塔(ta)斜拉(la)(la)(la)橋(qiao),主(zhu)塔(ta)高(gao)330米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),約110層樓高(gao)。滬蘇通(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)主(zhu)航道(dao)橋(qiao)是主(zhu)跨1092米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)兩用(yong)鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)斜拉(la)(la)(la)橋(qiao),跨徑布置為(wei)(wei)(wei)(140+462+1092+462+140)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。斜拉(la)(la)(la)索采用(yong)平行鋼(gang)絲(si)斜拉(la)(la)(la)索,最大(da)索長(chang)576.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),索重84噸(dun)(dun)。拉(la)(la)(la)索在梁(liang)端的錨固(gu)采用(yong)錨拉(la)(la)(la)板(ban)構造,錨點在橋(qiao)面標(biao)高(gao)以上1.35~2.15米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。大(da)橋(qiao)主(zhu)通(tong)航孔代(dai)表(biao)(biao)船(chuan)(chuan)型為(wei)(wei)(wei)5萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)集裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)和(he)10萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)散(san)貨船(chuan)(chuan),代(dai)表(biao)(biao)船(chuan)(chuan)隊為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.8萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)4排4列駁船(chuan)(chuan)隊,專用(yong)航道(dao)橋(qiao)代(dai)表(biao)(biao)船(chuan)(chuan)型為(wei)(wei)(wei)5.7萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)散(san)雜船(chuan)(chuan)。

建設沿革

2003年,有關方(fang)(fang)面提出(chu)新建上海(hai)至(zhi)南(nan)通鐵路的三個過江方(fang)(fang)案(an)。

2005年(nian)12月,中華人民共和國鐵道部組織“滬通(tong)鐵路預可審(shen)查及越(yue)江橋隧方案論證(zheng)會“。

2007年3月(yue),《新建(jian)(jian)上(shang)海至南通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路預可行(xing)研究》編(bian)制完(wan)成,跨越長(chang)江(jiang)方(fang)案推薦蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)路大橋(qiao)下(xia)游(you)9千(qian)米(mi)處的(de)盾構(gou)隧道方(fang)案。4月(yue)18日至20日,“新建(jian)(jian)滬通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)議(yi)書(shu)評估(gu)會”召開,跨越長(chang)江(jiang)方(fang)案推薦蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)路大橋(qiao)下(xia)游(you)8千(qian)米(mi)橋(qiao)梁方(fang)案。

2008年2月,中國國家部委和江(jiang)蘇省相關(guan)部門開展論(lun)證工作,先后(hou)在蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)公路大橋(qiao)下游(you)8千(qian)(qian)米(mi)、5千(qian)(qian)米(mi)、3.2千(qian)(qian)米(mi)和規劃的錫通(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)進行比選和實船試驗,并完成了(le)過江(jiang)工程河(he)段河(he)勢等二十幾個課題的研究。

2010年2月(yue)(yue),對于跨越(yue)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)方案(an),鐵(tie)(tie)道(dao)部(bu)與交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)部(bu)達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)共識,在規劃的錫(xi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)上(shang)建設跨江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao),并形成(cheng)(cheng)綜合(he)性過(guo)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)。5月(yue)(yue)11日(ri),交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)部(bu)組織召開“滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航論證研(yan)究報告(gao)審查(cha)會(hui)”。同月(yue)(yue),鐵(tie)(tie)道(dao)部(bu)、上(shang)海市及江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇省(sheng)聯合(he)上(shang)報《關于重新報送(song)上(shang)海至(zhi)(zhi)南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)可行性研(yan)究報告(gao)的函》,將滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的方位(wei),由(you)原來的蘇通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)下(xia)游3千米處(chu)調整為上(shang)游40千米處(chu)(即(ji)沿九圩港西(xi)側至(zhi)(zhi)南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)捕魚港附近(jin)跨越(yue)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang))。7月(yue)(yue),交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)部(bu)批復(fu)滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航凈空(kong)尺度和技術要求,確定(ding)了橋(qiao)(qiao)位(wei)、橋(qiao)(qiao)式和橋(qiao)(qiao)跨。8月(yue)(yue)25日(ri),滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主跨1092米公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)兩(liang)用斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)方案(an)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)國家發展(zhan)和改革委員會(hui)組織的橋(qiao)(qiao)梁專家評審。12月(yue)(yue)19日(ri),滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航安(an)全評估報告(gao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)國家海事局組織的專家評審,標志(zhi)著滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)正式進(jin)入工程初步設計階段(duan)。

2011年4月(yue)6日,滬通鐵路長江大橋(qiao)進(jin)行(xing)29、30號橋(qiao)墩地質(zhi)鉆(zhan)探施工。

建設過程

2013年11月,滬通鐵(tie)路長(chang)江大(da)橋建設指揮部進駐(zhu)南通。同月中旬,滬通鐵(tie)路長(chang)江大(da)橋施工圖(tu)完成設計。

2014年3月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通鐵路長(chang)(chang)江大橋(qiao)正式(shi)開工建設。6月(yue)(yue),滬(hu)(hu)通鐵路長(chang)(chang)江大橋(qiao)28號(hao)主塔(ta)墩鋼沉(chen)井(jing)浮運至預(yu)定(ding)水域并(bing)完成下沉(chen)。10月(yue)(yue)28日(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通鐵路長(chang)(chang)江大橋(qiao)29號(hao)主塔(ta)墩鋼沉(chen)井(jing)浮運至預(yu)定(ding)水域。2017年1月(yue)(yue)21日(ri)(ri)(ri),天生港專(zhuan)(zhuan)用航道橋(qiao)合龍。10月(yue)(yue)22日(ri)(ri)(ri),天生港專(zhuan)(zhuan)用航道橋(qiao)主拱合龍。12月(yue)(yue)28日(ri)(ri)(ri),28號(hao)主墩中塔(ta)柱(zhu)合龍。

2018年3月(yue)1日(ri),28號(hao)主塔(ta)墩首(shou)(shou)組鋼錨(mao)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)安裝到(dao)位。4月(yue)27日(ri),29號(hao)主塔(ta)墩開(kai)始下橫梁(liang)(liang)(liang)首(shou)(shou)次混(hun)凝土澆筑。5月(yue)11日(ri),滬通鐵路(lu)長江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)進入(ru)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)鋪(pu)裝階(jie)段。6月(yue)1日(ri),主航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)邊(bian)墩首(shou)(shou)個超千(qian)噸(dun)大(da)節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)(liang)架(jia)設(she)(she)(she)完(wan)成(cheng),這是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首(shou)(shou)個超千(qian)噸(dun)大(da)節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)(liang)架(jia)設(she)(she)(she)完(wan)成(cheng)。9月(yue)9日(ri),南引橋(qiao)(qiao)全面(mian)貫(guan)通。9月(yue)25日(ri),滬通鐵路(lu)長江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)正(zheng)式攤鋪(pu)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)瀝青。9月(yue)28日(ri),北側主塔(ta)封頂(ding)。10月(yue)9日(ri),主航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)大(da)節(jie)段鋼桁梁(liang)(liang)(liang)雙懸臂開(kai)始架(jia)設(she)(she)(she)。10月(yue)16日(ri),天生港專用(yong)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)鐵路(lu)層鋼橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)UHPC鋪(pu)裝施工完(wan)成(cheng)。11月(yue)9日(ri),29號(hao)墩首(shou)(shou)節(jie)段鋼梁(liang)(liang)(liang)完(wan)成(cheng)架(jia)設(she)(she)(she)。
