浙江永躍(yue)控(kong)股集團(tuan)有限公(gong)司(si)(si)地處東(dong)海(hai)之濱(bin)的蓮(lian)花(hua)洋畔,與(yu)普陀山(shan)隔(ge)海(hai)相望。公(gong)司(si)(si)前身為(wei)舟山(shan)市普陀永躍(yue)海(hai)運有限公(gong)司(si)(si),于1998年12月經(jing)國(guo)家(jia)交(jiao)通部水運司(si)(si)批準(zhun),并在當地工(gong)商(shang)部門注冊登記(ji)成(cheng)立。2003年初企業更名為(wei)浙江永躍(yue)海(hai)運有限公(gong)司(si)(si),并開(kai)拓國(guo)際航運市場。

目前,集團公司(si)總資(zi)產(chan)15億元(yuan),擁有(you)各(ge)類管理人(ren)員800余人(ren),從業人(ren)員共計3801人(ren);擁有(you)各(ge)類船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)(bo)22艘,其中(zhong),船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)(bo)海上總運(yun)力(li)7萬載貨(huo)噸,海港疏浚能力(li)3600M3/小時,客運(yun)能力(li)1547人(ren)/次,船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)(bo)修理擁有(you)30萬噸和10萬噸級船(chuan)塢各(ge)1座(zuo);初步形成了以(yi)海運(yun)為基業,船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)(bo)修造、船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)(bo)管理、島際客運(yun)、港口工程(cheng)、旅游開發(fa)等多(duo)元(yuan)化產(chan)業共同(tong)發(fa)展(zhan)的企業集團經營格局。
