一、助行器的使用方法
助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器,又稱助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)器、走路助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器,是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種通過器械的(de)支撐,輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)體(ti)支撐體(ti)重(zhong)(zhong)、保持(chi)(chi)平(ping)衡和行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走的(de)器具(ju),使(shi)用助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器可(ke)以讓腿(tui)腳(jiao)(jiao)不便(bian)的(de)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走方便(bian),不過使(shi)用的(de)時(shi)候(hou)要注意正(zheng)確的(de)用法:1、助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器高度調節(jie):一(yi)(yi)般調節(jie)到(dao)(dao)尺骨莖突到(dao)(dao)腳(jiao)(jiao)后(hou)跟(gen)的(de)距離再加2.5cm,或者調節(jie)到(dao)(dao)患(huan)(huan)者持(chi)(chi)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器站(zhan)立(li)時(shi),肘(zhou)輕(qing)屈(qu)30度左右(you)。2、正(zheng)確扶助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器的(de)方法:放(fang)松肩膀,正(zheng)確擺(bai)放(fang)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器,緊握兩旁扶手,保持(chi)(chi)正(zheng)立(li)姿勢,雙手握緊助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器站(zhan)穩(wen),放(fang)置身(shen)前(qian)(qian)(qian),患(huan)(huan)側(ce)腿(tui)先邁(mai)出(chu),足跟(gen)落(luo)在助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)?器后(hou)腿(tui)位置,另?側(ce)腿(tui)跟(gen)上。3、步(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)方法:兩腳(jiao)(jiao)掌站(zhan)在助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器入口連(lian)線的(de)中央,先將(jiang)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器向前(qian)(qian)(qian)移動20厘?,患(huan)(huan)側(ce)肢(zhi)體(ti)向前(qian)(qian)(qian)邁(mai)出(chu)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu),雙手支撐助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器,患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)不負重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)情況下(xia),邁(mai)出(chu)健肢(zhi)(健肢(zhi)與患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)平(ping)性即(ji)可(ke)),交替行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走。4、坐(zuo)下(xia)和起身(shen):(1)坐(zuo)下(xia)步(bu)(bu)驟(zou):慢(man)慢(man)后(hou)移,直至雙腳(jiao)(jiao)接觸(chu)椅(yi)邊,按著椅(yi)邊扶穩(wen)慢(man)慢(man)坐(zuo)下(xia)。(2)起身(shen)步(bu)(bu)驟(zou):將(jiang)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器放(fang)于正(zheng)前(qian)(qian)(qian)方,健側(ce)手放(fang)在助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器上,患(huan)(huan)側(ce)手按在床面,臀部向前(qian)(qian)(qian)移,雙膝微屈(qu),重(zhong)(zhong)心傾(qing)向前(qian)(qian)(qian)然后(hou)起立(li)。
二、助行器使用注意事項

三、助行器價格是多少
市面上的助行器種類眾多,有輪式助行器、支腳式助行器等多種,不同種類的助行器價格有所不同,此外,助行器的材質、品牌等也會影響到它的價格,一般便宜的在八十多元到一兩百元左右,功能型的助行器會貴一些,可能要四五百元以上。要購買助行器的話,一般在醫院附近的大型藥店或醫療器械店就可以買到,也可以在網上電商平臺購買,購買時要注意根據使用者的身體狀況、使用環境、需求等挑選合適的助行器,并考慮助行器的質量、助行器品牌等因素。
四、助行器行走的正確方法
助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)(zou)的方法主要(yao)有兩種:1、三步(bu)(bu)(bu)法:抬頭挺胸,雙手同(tong)時將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)1步(bu)(bu)(bu)(25~30cm)。患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)抬高后(hou)邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)半步(bu)(bu)(bu),約在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架橫(heng)向(xiang)(xiang)中線處。雙手臂伸直握緊助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架把手,支撐身(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)與患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),如此重復向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)(zou)。三步(bu)(bu)(bu)走(zou)(zou)的順序(xu)(xu)是(shi):助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)→患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)→健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi),步(bu)(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)順序(xu)(xu)為:先(xian)提起助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)放在(zai)一(yi)臂處,患(huan)(huan)腿向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu),健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)腿邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)與患(huan)(huan)腿在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。2、四(si)步(bu)(bu)(bu)法:抬頭挺胸,雙手同(tong)時將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)1步(bu)(bu)(bu)(25~30cm)。患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)抬高后(hou)邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu),落在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架橫(heng)向(xiang)(xiang)的中線處。再次向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架1步(bu)(bu)(bu)。雙手臂伸直支撐身(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi),超過(guo)患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)位置,落在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架與患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)之間(jian)。四(si)步(bu)(bu)(bu)走(zou)(zou)的順序(xu)(xu)是(shi):助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)→患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)→助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)→健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi),步(bu)(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)順序(xu)(xu)為:雙手將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)舉起,向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)一(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu),患(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)抬高后(hou)邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu),再次向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu),雙手臂支撐身(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)。
五、助行器的作用
1、支持(chi)體重(zhong):偏(pian)癱、截癱后,患者肌(ji)力(li)減弱或雙下(xia)肢無力(li)不能(neng)支撐(cheng)體重(zhong)或因(yin)關節疼(teng)痛不能(neng)負重(zhong)時,走(zou)路助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)起(qi)到替代作(zuo)(zuo)用。2、保持(chi)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng):如老年人(ren)、非(fei)中(zhong)樞(shu)性失調的(de)下(xia)肢無力(li)、下(xia)肢痙攣前伸(shen)不佳(jia)、重(zhong)心(xin)移(yi)動(dong)不能(neng)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)等(deng)障礙,助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)幫助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)他們保持(chi)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)。3、增強肌(ji)力(li):經常使(shi)用走(zou)路助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)器(qi),由(you)于要支撐(cheng)身體,需要較強的(de)肌(ji)力(li),因(yin)此(ci),對上肢伸(shen)肌(ji)有(you)增強肌(ji)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。
