1、建蓮
建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子,簡稱“建(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”,產(chan)(chan)于福建(jian)北部山區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)、建(jian)陽(yang)、浦城(cheng)、崇(chong)安(an)等縣。這些(xie)縣在歷(li)史(shi)屬(shu) 建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)府管轄,因此(ci),所產(chan)(chan)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子統(tong)稱為(wei)(wei)“建(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”。 建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)的(de)(de)(de)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塘(tang)一般都選擇土層厚、土質肥、水(shui)質好(hao), 以及避內向陽(yang)的(de)(de)(de)地塊。池(chi)(chi)塘(tang)中有(you)泉眼(yan),池(chi)(chi)水(shui)冬暖(nuan)夏涼,給蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子生長創造(zao)了極(ji)(ji)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)條件。尤其是建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)城(cheng)關西門(men)外著名的(de)(de)(de)“百口蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塘(tang)”,池(chi)(chi)池(chi)(chi)相連,泉水(shui)潺(chan)潺(chan),每當盛夏,葉綠花綠,映入眼(yan)目。這一帶(dai)所產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)極(ji)(ji)好(hao)。據《建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)縣志(zhi)》記載,建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)栽培蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子始于五代梁朝,至今已有(you)1000多年的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi),聞名全國也已 300多年。建(jian)寧(ning)(ning)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子的(de)(de)(de)品質、藥(yao)性(xing)兼優,被稱為(wei)(wei)“蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)中上品”。建(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)技術十分講究(jiu),必須(xu)是當天采(cai)(cai)收,當天加(jia)工(gong)。從去(qu)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)蓬(peng)、破蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)殼、剝蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膜,到(dao)挖(wa)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)心(xin), 要求在一分鐘(zhong)內完成(cheng)。接著再經太陽(yang)曬、炭(tan)火(huo)烘(hong)烤等工(gong)序。采(cai)(cai)取上述工(gong)藝加(jia)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子即為(wei)(wei)馳名中 外的(de)(de)(de)“穿心(xin)白蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”。
2、明溪肉脯干
明溪肉脯(fu)(fu)干是客(ke)家風(feng)味(wei)食品(pin)(pin),歷史悠(you)久,載(zai)譽五百余年(nian), 居(ju)“閩西八(ba)大干”之首,馳名海內外(wai)(wai)。系精(jing)選鮮豬后腿(tui)瘦(shou)肉,以傳統(tong)工藝,上乘調味(wei)品(pin)(pin),通過(guo)削片、腌漬(zi)、炭火精(jing)心烘烤(kao)而(er)成。本品(pin)(pin)風(feng)味(wei)獨特、營養豐富,產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)具(ju)有不(bu)干不(bu)燥、松(song)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)錦甜(tian)、原(yuan)汁原(yuan)味(wei)、熏香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、醬香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、麻辣(la)、回味(wei)悠(you)長等特點。明溪肉脯(fu)(fu)干是用精(jing)瘦(shou)牛(niu)肉浸(jin)腌于面制(zhi)的(de)醬油(you)中,加以丁香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、茴香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、桂(gui)皮、糖等配料,經1周左右,再(zai)掛歷在(zai)通風(feng)處晾干,然(ran)后放入(ru)(ru)烤(kao)房熏烤(kao)而(er)成。制(zhi)成后色、香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、味(wei)俱佳,既有韌性又易嚼松(song),入(ru)(ru)口(kou)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)甜(tian),其味(wei)無窮。 除肉脯(fu)(fu)干之外(wai)(wai),還(huan)有肉松(song),表(biao)面看來淡黃色疏松(song)宛如淡馬菰,入(ru)(ru)口(kou)則芳香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)甘甜(tian),為佐餐佳肴(yao),清代時列為上京貢品(pin)(pin)。 產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)包裝(zhuang)精(jing)美,攜帶方便(bian),是旅游、宴席佐餐的(de)美味(wei)佳肴(yao),亦是饋贈(zeng)親友(you)的(de)高級(ji)禮品(pin)(pin)。
3、寧化米仁
米(mi)仁(ren),又稱(cheng)薏(yi)(yi)苡、薏(yi)(yi)米(mi)等,是我國古老(lao)的(de)栽培作物,在寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)種(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)歷史悠久,明崇(chong)禎版《寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣(xian)志(zhi)(zhi)》中便有薏(yi)(yi)苡的(de)記(ji)載。古時寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)人稱(cheng)其為“彌陀(tuo)粟”。寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)米(mi)仁(ren)具(ju)(ju)有煮后糯軟、粘香、細膩、軟滑、氣馨甘爽(shuang)等特點(dian)。該縣(xian)年種(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)薏(yi)(yi)米(mi)300-600公(gong)頃(qing),年總(zong)產(chan)(chan)量700-1400噸(dun),年產(chan)(chan)值(zhi)1000-2000萬元。為了(le)提(ti)升寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)米(mi)仁(ren)的(de)知(zhi)名度和競爭(zheng)力(li),寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣(xian)去年開始向國家農(nong)業部申報(bao)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品地(di)(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)(zhi)登記(ji)保(bao)護(hu),經過初審(shen)、專家評審(shen)和公(gong)示,今年獲得國家農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品地(di)(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)(zhi)登記(ji)保(bao)護(hu)。為做好米(mi)仁(ren)的(de)推廣種(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi),寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣(xian)還從臺(tai)灣和本省引進薏(yi)(yi)米(mi)新品種(zhong)(zhong)6個(ge),并在該縣(xian)中沙、曹坊(fang)、淮土等三個(ge)鄉鎮建立(li)薏(yi)(yi)米(mi)品種(zhong)(zhong)認定和豐產(chan)(chan)性(xing)栽培試驗示范基地(di)(di)千余畝。據了(le)解,農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品地(di)(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)(zhi),是指標(biao)示農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品來源于特定地(di)(di)域,并以(yi)地(di)(di)域名稱(cheng)冠名的(de)特有農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品標(biao)志(zhi)(zhi)。獲得國家農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品地(di)(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)(zhi)登記(ji)保(bao)護(hu)后,將對(dui)進一步打(da)響寧(ning)(ning)(ning)化(hua)米(mi)仁(ren)品牌,打(da)造成(cheng)具(ju)(ju)有市場競爭(zheng)力(li)的(de)特色產(chan)(chan)業具(ju)(ju)有深遠的(de)意義(yi)。
4、龍池硯
龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan):龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)作的(de)歷史悠久,迄今已有(you)七八百(bai)年(nian)了。因硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)石產(chan)(chan)地(di)在理(li)學名家楊時(shi)故(gu)里(li)“龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)團”一(yi)帶(dai),故(gu)名“龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)”。龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)作工藝多系祖傳,純屬手工生產(chan)(chan),硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工很注重選料,因料構圖,講究(jiu)整體布局、雕(diao)刻刀法等。因此,加(jia)工一(yi)方好的(de)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)臺非歷時(shi)數日不能得以(yi)成,真可謂(wei)“精工細作”。其(qi)工藝硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)雕(diao)刻精美(mei)(mei)、花樣(yang)豐富。所以(yi),到了將樂,怎么能不帶(dai)回(hui)一(yi)方精美(mei)(mei)的(de)龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)置于案上呢。文房瑰(gui)寶“龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)”,素有(you)“閩(min)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)精品”之稱,是我國著名古硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)之一(yi)。其(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)作始于大唐(tang),行于北宋。因宋代理(li)學家楊時(shi)(號龜山先生)著書及為太師與(yu)太子習字喜用家鄉這(zhe)一(yi)名硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),故(gu)又名“龜山硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)”它以(yi)其(qi)材質優良,制(zhi)(zhi)作精細,造型美(mei)(mei)觀(guan),堅固(gu)而擁而久享其(qi)名,深(shen)得書家畫師、文人學士所鐘愛(ai)。制(zhi)(zhi)作龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)龍(long)(long)池(chi)(chi)石產(chan)(chan)自將樂,其(qi)質地(di)紋理(li)縝密,松結適度,堅中帶(dai)柔,成硯(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)后光澤瑩亮,溫(wen)滑細膩,以(yi)物擊之,鏗鏹悅耳(er)。
5、明溪金線蓮
明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)縣最大的(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)種(zhong)(zhong)植企業(ye)“福(fu)建(jian)省明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)金(jin)(jin)草種(zhong)(zhong)業(ye)公司”計劃在明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)態經(jing)濟園區(qu)內征地(di)100畝,準備建(jian)設集組培、原(yuan)料、深(shen)加工于一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)現(xian)代加工企業(ye),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)口服液(ye)與(yu)(yu)(yu)膠囊等產(chan)品(pin)。2007年(nian),明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)縣農辦與(yu)(yu)(yu)省林業(ye)科技(ji)試驗中心(xin)合作,于當年(nian)成(cheng)功馴(xun)化臺灣金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian),并開始大規模種(zhong)(zhong)植。而與(yu)(yu)(yu)臺灣金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)一(yi)同進行實(shi)驗的(de)(de)取(qu)自于漳州的(de)(de)福(fu)建(jian)本土金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)本地(di)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)卻(que)由于生(sheng)(sheng)根難、生(sheng)(sheng)長周(zhou)期(qi)長、圃地(di)移植及溫(wen)室(shi)移栽(zai)成(cheng)活率低(di)、發病率高(gao)(gao)、組培污(wu)染(ran)率高(gao)(gao)等問(wen)題未能(neng)即時馴(xun)化。經(jing)過科技(ji)人員的(de)(de)持續(xu)攻堅,目(mu)前漳州的(de)(de)福(fu)建(jian)本土金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)明(ming)(ming)溪(xi)本地(di)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)均(jun)被馴(xun)化,并已(yi)開始大面積(ji)繁(fan)育。金(jin)(jin)絲(si)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)中氨(an)基(ji)酸組成(cheng)、成(cheng)分、含(han)(han)量(liang)及抗衰老活性(xing)微量(liang)元素的(de)(de)含(han)(han)量(liang)均(jun)高(gao)(gao)于西(xi)洋參(can),《本草綱目(mu)》中稱金(jin)(jin)線(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)具有養血、涼(liang)血、護肝(gan)、清熱解毒之(zhi)功效,是歷代皇室(shi)宮廷(ting)的(de)(de)養生(sheng)(sheng)御品(pin)。
6、清流豆腐皮
清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)特產(chan)(chan)(chan)豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi):清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)縣(xian)(xian)盛產(chan)(chan)(chan)豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)歷史悠久(jiu),遐爾聞名。清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)具有(you)香、醇、甜、韌、一煮就熟(shu)、久(jiu)煮不糊、食用方便等(deng)特點,是(shi)高(gao)蛋白低脂肪(fang)的(de)綠色食品。豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)是(shi)做菜的(de)主料,中國(guo)是(shi)一個有(you)著幾千年的(de)悠久(jiu)歷史的(de)文明(ming)古國(guo),中國(guo)的(de)菜肴在(zai)全(quan)世界的(de)美食中也(ye)是(shi)一花(hua)獨放,芬芳流(liu)(liu)香。豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)性味甘、淡、平,有(you)清(qing)(qing)肺養(yang)胃、止(zhi)咳(ke)、斂汗的(de)作(zuo)用,主治(zhi)肺熱咳(ke)嗽、便秘等(deng)癥。豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)與健脾養(yang)胃、止(zhi)渴(ke)除煩(fan)的(de)粳米及(ji)冰(bing)糖共煮成粥,具有(you)益氣(qi)通便、保(bao)(bao)胎順產(chan)(chan)(chan)、滑胎催生的(de)作(zuo)用。產(chan)(chan)(chan)婦(fu)臨(lin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)前食用,可使胎滑易產(chan)(chan)(chan)、縮短產(chan)(chan)(chan)程,是(shi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)婦(fu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)前保(bao)(bao)健佳品。 2007年12月24日,國(guo)家(jia)(jia)質檢(jian)總局以(yi)2007年第200號公告,正(zheng)式批準對(dui)“清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)豆(dou)腐(fu)皮(pi)”實施地理標志產(chan)(chan)(chan)品保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu),保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)范圍為清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)縣(xian)(xian)現轄行政區域。這是(shi)清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)縣(xian)(xian)首個獲得國(guo)家(jia)(jia)地理標志保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,也(ye)是(shi)清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)縣(xian)(xian)首個國(guo)家(jia)(jia)級(ji)品牌(pai),改變了清(qing)(qing)流(liu)(liu)無國(guo)家(jia)(jia)級(ji)品牌(pai)的(de)歷史。
7、明溪淮山
明(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)又(you)(you)名(ming)山(shan)藥,當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)屬稱(cheng)(cheng)薯(shu)子,明(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)種植歷史(shi)悠久,當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)農民(min)有種植淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)傳統習慣,是(shi)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要優(you)勢特色農產品(pin)(pin),具有口感(gan)好、品(pin)(pin)質優(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點。其營(ying)養豐富,內含人(ren)體必需的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多種營(ying)養成份(fen),是(shi)鮮美的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)素食(shi)珍品(pin)(pin),也(ye)是(shi)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)乃至福建省餐(can)桌(zhuo)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)名(ming)菜。目前,該(gai)縣(xian)正(zheng)在實施(shi)淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)標(biao)準化生產、淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)良種工程(cheng)等項目,明(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)通(tong)過了農業部無公害(hai)農產品(pin)(pin)認證(zheng)。“明(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)1號”品(pin)(pin)種被福建省品(pin)(pin)種審定委員會認定為(wei)新品(pin)(pin)種。淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)在明(ming)溪(xi)栽培(pei)歷史(shi)悠久,明(ming)朝正(zheng)德年(nian)間已(yi)有種植淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)記載,“時稱(cheng)(cheng)薯(shu),又(you)(you)稱(cheng)(cheng)雪薯(shu)、小薯(shu)”。民(min)間相傳:五代人(ren)氏(shi)—莘七娘(niang),總兵夫人(ren),又(you)(you)稱(cheng)(cheng)惠利夫人(ren),在其夫死后,承(cheng)夫志率兵出(chu)征,凱旋(xuan)歸來(lai);其精通(tong)醫術;將鮮淮(huai)(huai)(huai)山(shan)在表面粗糙(cao)石(shi)塊上(shang),進行來(lai)回推磨,形成糊狀物,配(pei)入(ru)紅(hong)菇或(huo)香菇末,再添入(ru)肉末,加工出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“薯(shu)子羹”,解決(jue)了當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)小孩缺(que)乳(ru)和疾病(bing)困苦的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)難題,也(ye)為(wei)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)創造了一道(dao)名(ming)肴,流傳至今。
8、尤溪金柑
金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(俗名金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)、綠(lv)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)),果(guo)(guo)(guo)實呈圓(yuan)形(xing),冬季成(cheng)熟(shu),是柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)水果(guo)(guo)(guo)類中(zhong)之珍(zhen)品(pin)。 尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)(xian)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)最(zui)早(zao)植于八(ba)字橋(qiao)(qiao)洪(hong)(hong)牌(pai)村(cun)。據(ju)清康(kang)熙五十年(nian)(1711年(nian))《尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)(xian)志》載:“金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie),實長(chang)曰(yue)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)棗,圓(yuan)曰(yue)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)。又(you)有(you)山金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie),俗名金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)豆。”可(ke)見(jian)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)在尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)至(zhi)少有(you)270多年(nian)的栽培歷史。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),八(ba)字橋(qiao)(qiao)和(he)管前(qian)二鄉,種(zhong)植面(mian)積逾(yu)萬畝,總產(chan)(chan)達1100多噸(dun),被譽為福(fu)建“金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)之鄉”。尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)(xian)現(xian)已(yi)成(cheng)為全國金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)四大產(chan)(chan)地之一(yi)。 尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)形(xing)美(mei)色鮮,汁(zhi)多肉嫩,甜酸可(ke)口,尤(you)以八(ba)字橋(qiao)(qiao)“三洪(hong)(hong)”(即洪(hong)(hong)牌(pai)、洪(hong)(hong)村(cun)、洪(hong)(hong)田三村(cun))所產(chan)(chan)質量(liang)最(zui)佳。其果(guo)(guo)(guo)肉含有(you)多種(zhong)維(wei)生素、碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪(fang)、礦物質等,營養(yang)價值在柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)桔(jie)(jie)(jie)水果(guo)(guo)(guo)類中(zhong)名列前(qian)茅。金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)除鮮食外,還(huan)可(ke)加工成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)、果(guo)(guo)(guo)醬、罐(guan)(guan)(guan)頭(tou)、蜜(mi)餞(jian)。尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)(xian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)頭(tou)廠(chang)和(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)制品(pin)廠(chang),已(yi)將其制成(cheng)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)頭(tou)、果(guo)(guo)(guo)醬出售(shou)。廈門、福(fu)州等地廠(chang)家,以尤(you)溪(xi)(xi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)為原料,加工成(cheng)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)頭(tou)和(he)蜜(mi)餞(jian),遠銷東(dong)南亞(ya)、歐美(mei)等國。
9、建寧黃花梨
建(jian)(jian)寧(ning)(ning)黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)是早熟(shu)梨(li)(li)(li)中精品(pin),如今每到夏(xia)季黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)成熟(shu)時,每天都有數百輛大大小(xiao)小(xiao)的(de)車輛把建(jian)(jian)寧(ning)(ning)黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)運送(song)到福(fu)建(jian)(jian)和廣(guang)東、浙江(jiang)等(deng)省內外(wai)大中城市(shi)銷售,每年產量約7萬(wan)噸(dun)。黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)產業(ye)崛起(qi)于(yu)上(shang)世紀(ji)八(ba)十年代中后期。據統計(ji),1977年全縣果(guo)樹面積僅(jin)1454畝,產量約3890公斤。改革開(kai)放以來,建(jian)(jian)寧(ning)(ning)縣立足山(shan)地(di)(di)、氣(qi)候等(deng)資源(yuan)優勢(shi),連續四次邀請(qing)專家對(dui)原(yuan)先從浙江(jiang)農(nong)業(ye)大學、杭州(zhou)市(shi)錢江(jiang)果(guo)園等(deng)單位引進(jin)的(de)黃(huang)花、杭青、新世紀(ji)、二宮白、晚三(san)吉(ji)、菊水等(deng)16個(ge)試種(zhong)品(pin)種(zhong)進(jin)行鑒評,最終(zhong)黃(huang)花、杭青、新世紀(ji)等(deng)5個(ge)優良品(pin)種(zhong)落戶(hu)建(jian)(jian)寧(ning)(ning)。黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)由(you)于(yu)果(guo)肉白色,肉質(zhi)細脆,汁多味甜,品(pin)質(zhi)上(shang)乘,深(shen)受省內外(wai)廣(guang)大消費者(zhe)的(de)青睞,堪稱(cheng)南(nan)方(fang)(fang)早熟(shu)梨(li)(li)(li)中的(de)精品(pin)。為調(diao)動廣(guang)大干群發展(zhan)黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)的(de)積極性,建(jian)(jian)寧(ning)(ning)縣在資金借貸、苗木扶持(chi)、山(shan)場審批等(deng)方(fang)(fang)面相(xiang)應(ying)制定了一系列(lie)優惠政策,不斷壯大基地(di)(di)規(gui)模(mo),為黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)產業(ye)化發展(zhan)創造條件,形成了以黃(huang)花梨(li)(li)(li)為主,獼猴桃為輔,其它果(guo)類(lei)相(xiang)搭配(pei)的(de)果(guo)類(lei)布局。
10、大田高山茶
大(da)田(tian)茶(cha)葉生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)歷史悠久,400年(nian)前,已有(you)茶(cha)樹與茶(cha)貿(mao)易的(de)(de)文字(zi)記(ji)載,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)上(shang)(shang)(shang)興于上(shang)(shang)(shang)世(shi)紀八十年(nian)代,旺于2000年(nian)以(yi)后。現(xian)可(ke)查閱的(de)(de)最早(zao)縣志為(wei)明朝(chao)萬(wan)歷辛(xin)亥(hai)三(san)十九(jiu)(1611)年(nian)版(ban)《大(da)田(tian)縣志》。該版(ban)卷之(zhi)(zhi)八記(ji)錄有(you):“貨之(zhi)(zhi)屬:……茶(cha)、茶(cha)油……;木之(zhi)(zhi)屬:松、柏、……茶(cha)……。”元朝(chao),大(da)田(tian)縣廣平人郭居敬著(zhu)的(de)(de)《百香詩(shi)》之(zhi)(zhi)一《茶(cha)》,為(wei)大(da)田(tian)最早(zao)的(de)(de)茶(cha)詩(shi),距(ju)今至(zhi)少有(you)640年(nian)歷史,說明大(da)田(tian)人對(dui)茶(cha)道早(zao)已深(shen)悟怡然(ran)。 大(da)田(tian)境內立體氣候(hou)明顯,垂直溫差顯著(zhu),常年(nian)云(yun)霧(wu)繚(liao)繞。海拔千米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)山峰(feng)有(you)175座, 600米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)茶(cha)園面積(ji)6.6萬(wan)畝,其中90%以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)茶(cha)園面積(ji)在海拔高(gao)(gao)度800米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)—1200米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)之(zhi)(zhi)間。大(da)田(tian)高(gao)(gao)山茶(cha)通過長期不懈的(de)(de)努力發展,面積(ji)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)量、品質等均得到同步的(de)(de)提升,在省內外茶(cha)葉消費者中獲(huo)得較好(hao)的(de)(de)聲(sheng)譽,2010年(nian)大(da)田(tian)縣茶(cha)葉生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)區(qu)域確認為(wei)“中國高(gao)(gao)山茶(cha)之(zhi)(zhi)鄉”、“全國綠色食(shi)品茶(cha)葉標準化生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地(di)縣”、“國家級茶(cha)葉標準化示范縣”。
