1、建蓮
建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子,簡稱“建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”,產(chan)于福建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)北(bei)部山區(qu)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)陽(yang)、浦城、崇安等縣(xian)(xian)。這些縣(xian)(xian)在歷史屬 建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)府管轄(xia),因(yin)此,所(suo)產(chan)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子統稱為“建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”。 建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)的(de)(de)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塘(tang)一(yi)(yi)般都選(xuan)擇土層(ceng)厚(hou)、土質肥、水質好(hao)(hao), 以及避內向陽(yang)的(de)(de)地塊。池塘(tang)中(zhong)有(you)泉眼(yan),池水冬暖夏(xia)(xia)涼,給蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子生長創造了極好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)條件。尤其是(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)城關西門外(wai)著名的(de)(de)“百口蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塘(tang)”,池池相連(lian),泉水潺潺,每當盛夏(xia)(xia),葉(xie)綠花綠,映(ying)入眼(yan)目。這一(yi)(yi)帶所(suo)產(chan)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)極好(hao)(hao)。據《建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)志》記(ji)載,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)栽培蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子始(shi)于五代梁朝,至今已有(you)1000多(duo)年的(de)(de)歷史,聞名全(quan)國(guo)也(ye)已 300多(duo)年。建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)寧(ning)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子的(de)(de)品質、藥性兼優,被稱為“蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)中(zhong)上(shang)品”。建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)十分講究,必須(xu)是(shi)當天采(cai)收(shou),當天加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。從去蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)蓬(peng)、破蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)殼、剝蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膜,到挖蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)心, 要求在一(yi)(yi)分鐘(zhong)內完成。接著再經(jing)太陽(yang)曬(shai)、炭火烘烤等工(gong)(gong)序(xu)。采(cai)取上(shang)述(shu)工(gong)(gong)藝加(jia)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)子即為馳名中(zhong) 外(wai)的(de)(de)“穿心白(bai)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)”。
2、明溪肉脯干
明(ming)溪肉脯(fu)干(gan)是客家風味(wei)(wei)食(shi)品(pin),歷史(shi)悠久,載(zai)譽五百余(yu)年, 居“閩西八(ba)大干(gan)”之(zhi)首(shou),馳(chi)名海內外。系(xi)精(jing)(jing)選鮮豬后(hou)腿瘦肉,以(yi)傳統(tong)工藝,上乘(cheng)調味(wei)(wei)品(pin),通過削(xue)片、腌漬(zi)、炭火精(jing)(jing)心烘(hong)烤(kao)而成(cheng)(cheng)。本品(pin)風味(wei)(wei)獨特、營養(yang)豐富,產(chan)品(pin)具(ju)有(you)不干(gan)不燥、松香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)錦(jin)甜、原汁原味(wei)(wei)、熏(xun)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、醬香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、麻辣、回味(wei)(wei)悠長等特點。明(ming)溪肉脯(fu)干(gan)是用精(jing)(jing)瘦牛肉浸腌于面制的(de)(de)醬油中(zhong),加以(yi)丁香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、茴香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、桂皮、糖(tang)等配(pei)料,經(jing)1周左右,再掛歷在通風處晾干(gan),然后(hou)放入烤(kao)房熏(xun)烤(kao)而成(cheng)(cheng)。制成(cheng)(cheng)后(hou)色(se)、香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、味(wei)(wei)俱佳(jia),既有(you)韌(ren)性又易嚼松,入口香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)甜,其味(wei)(wei)無窮(qiong)。 除肉脯(fu)干(gan)之(zhi)外,還有(you)肉松,表面看來(lai)淡(dan)黃色(se)疏松宛如(ru)淡(dan)馬(ma)菰,入口則芳香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)甘甜,為(wei)佐餐佳(jia)肴,清代時列為(wei)上京貢品(pin)。 產(chan)品(pin)包裝精(jing)(jing)美(mei)(mei),攜帶方便(bian),是旅游、宴席佐餐的(de)(de)美(mei)(mei)味(wei)(wei)佳(jia)肴,亦是饋(kui)贈(zeng)親(qin)友的(de)(de)高(gao)級禮(li)品(pin)。
3、寧化米仁
米仁,又稱薏(yi)(yi)(yi)苡、薏(yi)(yi)(yi)米等(deng)(deng),是我國(guo)古老的(de)(de)栽(zai)培作物(wu),在寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)種(zhong)植歷史悠久,明崇禎版《寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣志(zhi)》中(zhong)便有(you)薏(yi)(yi)(yi)苡的(de)(de)記(ji)(ji)載。古時寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)人稱其為“彌(mi)陀粟”。寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)米仁具有(you)煮后糯軟、粘香、細膩、軟滑、氣馨甘(gan)爽(shuang)等(deng)(deng)特點。該(gai)縣年(nian)(nian)(nian)種(zhong)植薏(yi)(yi)(yi)米300-600公頃,年(nian)(nian)(nian)總產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量700-1400噸,年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)值1000-2000萬元。為了(le)提升(sheng)寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)米仁的(de)(de)知名(ming)(ming)度(du)和(he)(he)競(jing)爭力,寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣去年(nian)(nian)(nian)開(kai)始向國(guo)家農(nong)(nong)(nong)業部申報農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)志(zhi)登記(ji)(ji)保(bao)護,經過初審、專家評審和(he)(he)公示(shi)(shi),今年(nian)(nian)(nian)獲得(de)國(guo)家農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)志(zhi)登記(ji)(ji)保(bao)護。為做好米仁的(de)(de)推廣種(zhong)植,寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)縣還(huan)從(cong)臺(tai)灣(wan)和(he)(he)本省引進薏(yi)(yi)(yi)米新品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)6個,并在該(gai)縣中(zhong)沙、曹坊、淮土等(deng)(deng)三(san)個鄉鎮建(jian)立(li)薏(yi)(yi)(yi)米品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)認定(ding)和(he)(he)豐(feng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)性栽(zai)培試驗示(shi)(shi)范基地(di)(di)千(qian)余畝(mu)。據(ju)了(le)解,農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)志(zhi),是指(zhi)標(biao)示(shi)(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)來源(yuan)于特定(ding)地(di)(di)域(yu),并以地(di)(di)域(yu)名(ming)(ming)稱冠名(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)特有(you)農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)標(biao)志(zhi)。獲得(de)國(guo)家農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)志(zhi)登記(ji)(ji)保(bao)護后,將對(dui)進一(yi)步打響寧(ning)(ning)化(hua)米仁品(pin)(pin)牌(pai),打造(zao)成具有(you)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭力的(de)(de)特色產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業具有(you)深(shen)遠的(de)(de)意義。
4、龍池硯
龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan):龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)制作的(de)(de)歷史悠(you)久,迄今已有(you)七八百(bai)年了。因(yin)(yin)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)石(shi)產地在理學(xue)名(ming)家(jia)楊時(shi)故里“龍(long)(long)池團”一(yi)帶,故名(ming)“龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)”。龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)制作工(gong)藝多系祖傳,純屬手(shou)工(gong)生(sheng)產,硯(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)很(hen)注重選料,因(yin)(yin)料構圖,講究整體布(bu)局、雕(diao)刻刀法等。因(yin)(yin)此,加工(gong)一(yi)方好的(de)(de)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)臺(tai)非歷時(shi)數(shu)日(ri)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)得以(yi)成(cheng),真可謂“精(jing)工(gong)細(xi)(xi)作”。其工(gong)藝硯(yan)(yan)(yan)雕(diao)刻精(jing)美、花樣豐富。所(suo)以(yi),到(dao)了將樂(le),怎么能(neng)(neng)不(bu)帶回一(yi)方精(jing)美的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)置(zhi)于(yu)(yu)案上(shang)呢。文(wen)房瑰寶“龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)”,素有(you)“閩硯(yan)(yan)(yan)精(jing)品”之(zhi)稱,是我國著名(ming)古硯(yan)(yan)(yan)之(zhi)一(yi)。其制作始于(yu)(yu)大唐(tang),行于(yu)(yu)北宋。因(yin)(yin)宋代理學(xue)家(jia)楊時(shi)(號(hao)龜(gui)山(shan)先生(sheng))著書(shu)(shu)及為太師(shi)與太子習字(zi)喜(xi)用家(jia)鄉(xiang)這一(yi)名(ming)硯(yan)(yan)(yan),故又名(ming)“龜(gui)山(shan)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)”它以(yi)其材(cai)質優(you)良,制作精(jing)細(xi)(xi),造型美觀,堅(jian)固而擁而久享其名(ming),深(shen)得書(shu)(shu)家(jia)畫師(shi)、文(wen)人學(xue)士所(suo)鐘愛。制作龍(long)(long)池硯(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)池石(shi)產自將樂(le),其質地紋理縝(zhen)密,松結適度,堅(jian)中帶柔,成(cheng)硯(yan)(yan)(yan)后光(guang)澤瑩亮,溫滑細(xi)(xi)膩,以(yi)物擊之(zhi),鏗鏹悅耳。
5、明溪金線蓮
明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)最(zui)大的(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)種(zhong)(zhong)植企業“福(fu)(fu)建省明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)草(cao)種(zhong)(zhong)業公司”計劃在(zai)明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)生態經(jing)濟園區(qu)內征地(di)100畝,準(zhun)備建設集組培(pei)、原料、深加(jia)工于(yu)一體的(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)現代加(jia)工企業,生產金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)口服液與(yu)(yu)膠囊等產品。2007年,明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)農辦與(yu)(yu)省林(lin)業科技試驗中心(xin)合(he)作(zuo),于(yu)當年成(cheng)(cheng)功馴(xun)化(hua)臺(tai)灣(wan)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian),并開始大規模種(zhong)(zhong)植。而與(yu)(yu)臺(tai)灣(wan)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)一同進行實驗的(de)(de)取自于(yu)漳州的(de)(de)福(fu)(fu)建本(ben)土(tu)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)與(yu)(yu)明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)本(ben)地(di)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)卻由于(yu)生根難、生長(chang)周期長(chang)、圃地(di)移植及溫(wen)室(shi)移栽成(cheng)(cheng)活率(lv)低(di)、發病率(lv)高(gao)、組培(pei)污染率(lv)高(gao)等問題未能即時馴(xun)化(hua)。經(jing)過科技人員的(de)(de)持續攻堅,目前(qian)漳州的(de)(de)福(fu)(fu)建本(ben)土(tu)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)與(yu)(yu)明(ming)溪(xi)(xi)本(ben)地(di)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)均被馴(xun)化(hua),并已(yi)開始大面積繁育。金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)絲蓮(lian)(lian)中氨基酸組成(cheng)(cheng)、成(cheng)(cheng)分、含(han)量及抗衰老活性微量元素的(de)(de)含(han)量均高(gao)于(yu)西洋參,《本(ben)草(cao)綱目》中稱金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)蓮(lian)(lian)具(ju)有養血、涼血、護肝、清熱解毒之功效,是(shi)歷代皇室(shi)宮廷的(de)(de)養生御品。
6、清流豆腐皮
清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)特產豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi):清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)縣盛產豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)歷史悠久(jiu),遐爾聞名(ming)。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)具有(you)(you)香、醇、甜(tian)、韌、一煮(zhu)就熟、久(jiu)煮(zhu)不糊、食(shi)用方便(bian)(bian)等(deng)特點,是(shi)高蛋白低脂肪的(de)(de)(de)(de)綠色食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)。豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)是(shi)做菜的(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)料,中國(guo)是(shi)一個有(you)(you)著(zhu)幾千(qian)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)悠久(jiu)歷史的(de)(de)(de)(de)文明古國(guo),中國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)菜肴在全(quan)世界的(de)(de)(de)(de)美食(shi)中也是(shi)一花獨放(fang),芬芳流(liu)香。豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)性味甘、淡、平,有(you)(you)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)肺養胃(wei)、止咳、斂汗的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用,主(zhu)治肺熱咳嗽、便(bian)(bian)秘等(deng)癥。豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)與健(jian)脾(pi)養胃(wei)、止渴除煩(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粳(jing)米及冰(bing)糖共煮(zhu)成粥,具有(you)(you)益氣通便(bian)(bian)、保胎順產、滑胎催(cui)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用。產婦(fu)臨產前食(shi)用,可使胎滑易產、縮短產程,是(shi)產婦(fu)產前保健(jian)佳品(pin)(pin)(pin)。 2007年12月24日,國(guo)家質檢總局以2007年第200號公告,正(zheng)式批準對“清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)豆(dou)(dou)腐(fu)(fu)皮(pi)”實施地理標(biao)志(zhi)產品(pin)(pin)(pin)保護,保護范圍(wei)為清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)縣現轄(xia)行政區域。這是(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)縣首個獲得國(guo)家地理標(biao)志(zhi)保護產品(pin)(pin)(pin),也是(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)縣首個國(guo)家級(ji)品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌,改變(bian)了清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)流(liu)無國(guo)家級(ji)品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷史。
7、明溪淮山
明(ming)(ming)(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)又名山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)藥,當地(di)(di)屬稱薯子,明(ming)(ming)(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)種(zhong)(zhong)植歷史悠久,當地(di)(di)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)有種(zhong)(zhong)植淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)的(de)傳(chuan)統習慣(guan),是當地(di)(di)的(de)主要優勢(shi)特色農(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),具有口感好(hao)、品(pin)(pin)質優的(de)特點(dian)。其(qi)營養豐富,內(nei)含(han)人(ren)體必需的(de)多種(zhong)(zhong)營養成份,是鮮美的(de)素食珍品(pin)(pin),也是當地(di)(di)乃至福建省(sheng)餐桌上的(de)一(yi)道的(de)名菜。目前,該縣正在實施(shi)淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)標準(zhun)化生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)、淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)良種(zhong)(zhong)工程等項目,明(ming)(ming)(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)通過了(le)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)部無公(gong)害農(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)認證。“明(ming)(ming)(ming)溪(xi)淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)1號”品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)被福建省(sheng)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)審(shen)定委員會認定為(wei)(wei)新品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)。淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)在明(ming)(ming)(ming)溪(xi)栽培(pei)歷史悠久,明(ming)(ming)(ming)朝正德年間(jian)已有種(zhong)(zhong)植淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)的(de)記(ji)載,“時(shi)稱薯,又稱雪薯、小薯”。民(min)(min)間(jian)相傳(chuan):五代人(ren)氏(shi)—莘七娘,總兵夫(fu)人(ren),又稱惠利夫(fu)人(ren),在其(qi)夫(fu)死后,承夫(fu)志率(lv)兵出征,凱(kai)旋歸來(lai);其(qi)精通醫術;將鮮淮(huai)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)在表面粗糙石塊上,進行來(lai)回(hui)推磨,形成糊狀物(wu),配入(ru)紅菇(gu)或香菇(gu)末(mo)(mo),再添入(ru)肉末(mo)(mo),加工出的(de)“薯子羹”,解決了(le)當地(di)(di)小孩(hai)缺乳和疾(ji)病困苦的(de)難題,也為(wei)(wei)當地(di)(di)創(chuang)造了(le)一(yi)道名肴,流傳(chuan)至今。

金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)(俗(su)名金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)、綠(lv)桔(jie)),果(guo)實呈(cheng)圓形(xing),冬(dong)季成(cheng)熟,是(shi)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)桔(jie)水(shui)果(guo)類(lei)中之珍品(pin)(pin)。 尤溪(xi)縣(xian)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)最(zui)早植于八(ba)字(zi)橋洪牌村。據清康(kang)熙(xi)五十年(1711年)《尤溪(xi)縣(xian)志》載(zai):“金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie),實長(chang)曰金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)棗,圓曰金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)。又有山金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie),俗(su)名金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)豆。”可(ke)見(jian)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)在(zai)尤溪(xi)至(zhi)少有270多年的栽培(pei)歷史。近年來,八(ba)字(zi)橋和(he)管前二鄉,種植面積逾萬畝(mu),總(zong)產(chan)達1100多噸,被譽為福(fu)建“金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)桔(jie)之鄉”。尤溪(xi)縣(xian)現已(yi)成(cheng)為全國金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)四(si)大產(chan)地之一(yi)。 尤溪(xi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)形(xing)美色鮮,汁多肉嫩,甜酸可(ke)口,尤以八(ba)字(zi)橋“三洪”(即(ji)洪牌、洪村、洪田三村)所產(chan)質(zhi)量最(zui)佳。其(qi)果(guo)肉含有多種維生(sheng)素、碳水(shui)化合(he)物、蛋(dan)白質(zhi)、脂肪、礦物質(zhi)等(deng),營養價值在(zai)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)桔(jie)水(shui)果(guo)類(lei)中名列前茅。金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)除鮮食外,還(huan)可(ke)加工(gong)成(cheng)果(guo)汁、果(guo)醬(jiang)(jiang)、罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)、蜜餞。尤溪(xi)縣(xian)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)廠(chang)和(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)制(zhi)品(pin)(pin)廠(chang),已(yi)將(jiang)其(qi)制(zhi)成(cheng)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)、果(guo)醬(jiang)(jiang)出售。廈(sha)門、福(fu)州(zhou)等(deng)地廠(chang)家,以尤溪(xi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)為原料(liao),加工(gong)成(cheng)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)柑(gan)(gan)(gan)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)和(he)蜜餞,遠銷東南亞、歐美等(deng)國。
9、建寧黃花梨
建(jian)寧(ning)黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)是早熟(shu)(shu)梨(li)中(zhong)精品(pin),如今(jin)每(mei)到夏季黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)成熟(shu)(shu)時(shi),每(mei)天(tian)都(dou)有(you)數(shu)百輛(liang)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)小(xiao)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)車(che)輛(liang)把建(jian)寧(ning)黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)運送到福建(jian)和廣(guang)(guang)東、浙江等(deng)(deng)省內外(wai)大(da)(da)中(zhong)城市銷售,每(mei)年(nian)(nian)產量約7萬(wan)噸。黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)產業崛起于上世紀八十年(nian)(nian)代中(zhong)后期。據統(tong)計,1977年(nian)(nian)全縣(xian)(xian)果(guo)(guo)樹面積僅1454畝,產量約3890公斤。改革開放以來,建(jian)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)立足山地、氣候等(deng)(deng)資源優勢,連續四次邀請專家對原先從(cong)浙江農業大(da)(da)學、杭州市錢(qian)江果(guo)(guo)園(yuan)等(deng)(deng)單(dan)位引進的(de)(de)(de)黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)、杭青(qing)、新世紀、二宮(gong)白(bai)、晚三吉、菊水等(deng)(deng)16個試種品(pin)種進行(xing)鑒評,最(zui)終黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)、杭青(qing)、新世紀等(deng)(deng)5個優良品(pin)種落戶建(jian)寧(ning)。黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)由于果(guo)(guo)肉(rou)白(bai)色,肉(rou)質細(xi)脆,汁(zhi)多味甜(tian),品(pin)質上乘(cheng),深受(shou)省內外(wai)廣(guang)(guang)大(da)(da)消費者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)青(qing)睞,堪稱(cheng)南方早熟(shu)(shu)梨(li)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)精品(pin)。為(wei)調(diao)動廣(guang)(guang)大(da)(da)干群發(fa)展黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)的(de)(de)(de)積極性,建(jian)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)在(zai)資金(jin)借貸、苗木扶持、山場審批等(deng)(deng)方面相應制(zhi)定了一系列優惠政策,不斷壯(zhuang)大(da)(da)基(ji)地規模,為(wei)黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)產業化發(fa)展創造條件,形成了以黃(huang)花(hua)(hua)梨(li)為(wei)主,獼(mi)猴桃(tao)為(wei)輔(fu),其(qi)它(ta)果(guo)(guo)類相搭配的(de)(de)(de)果(guo)(guo)類布局。
10、大田高山茶
大(da)田(tian)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)葉(xie)(xie)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)歷史悠久,400年(nian)(nian)前,已有茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)樹與(yu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)貿易的(de)(de)文(wen)字記載,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)上興于上世紀八(ba)十(shi)年(nian)(nian)代,旺于2000年(nian)(nian)以后(hou)。現可查閱的(de)(de)最早縣(xian)(xian)(xian)志為明朝(chao)萬歷辛(xin)亥三十(shi)九(1611)年(nian)(nian)版《大(da)田(tian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)志》。該版卷之八(ba)記錄(lu)有:“貨之屬:……茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)、茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)油……;木之屬:松、柏、……茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)……。”元朝(chao),大(da)田(tian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)廣平人郭(guo)居敬著(zhu)的(de)(de)《百香詩》之一(yi)《茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)》,為大(da)田(tian)最早的(de)(de)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)詩,距今至少有640年(nian)(nian)歷史,說明大(da)田(tian)人對茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)道(dao)早已深悟怡然(ran)。 大(da)田(tian)境內(nei)立(li)體氣候明顯,垂直溫差顯著(zhu),常(chang)年(nian)(nian)云霧繚繞(rao)。海(hai)拔(ba)(ba)千米以上的(de)(de)山峰有175座, 600米以上的(de)(de)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)園面(mian)(mian)積(ji)6.6萬畝(mu),其中(zhong)(zhong)90%以上茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)園面(mian)(mian)積(ji)在海(hai)拔(ba)(ba)高(gao)度800米—1200米之間。大(da)田(tian)高(gao)山茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)通過長期不懈(xie)的(de)(de)努力發展,面(mian)(mian)積(ji)、產(chan)量、品質等(deng)均得到(dao)同步的(de)(de)提升,在省內(nei)外(wai)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)葉(xie)(xie)消費(fei)者中(zhong)(zhong)獲得較好的(de)(de)聲譽,2010年(nian)(nian)大(da)田(tian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)葉(xie)(xie)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)區域確(que)認為“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)高(gao)山茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)之鄉(xiang)”、“全國(guo)綠色食品茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)葉(xie)(xie)標準(zhun)化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)基地縣(xian)(xian)(xian)”、“國(guo)家級茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)葉(xie)(xie)標準(zhun)化(hua)示范縣(xian)(xian)(xian)”。
