一、eps電源是什么
EPS電(dian)源又(you)稱EPS、消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)應(ying)急電(dian)源、EPS應(ying)急電(dian)源,全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急電(dian)力供給),國(guo)家新標準(zhun)為(wei)GB17945-2010《消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)應(ying)急照明(ming)與疏散指(zhi)示系統》。
EPS電源是(shi)當今重要建筑物中(zhong)為(wei)了電力保障和消防安全而(er)采用的一(yi)種應急電源。它主要由輸(shu)入輸(shu)出單元、充電模塊、電池組(zu)、逆變器、監控器、輸(shu)出切換裝置等(deng)部(bu)分組(zu)成。廣泛應用于節能供(gong)電、大(da)樓照(zhao)明、道(dao)(dao)路交通照(zhao)明、隧道(dao)(dao)照(zhao)明、電力、工礦(kuang)企(qi)業、消防電梯(ti)等(deng)。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源可以作為(wei)電(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統的備(bei)用電(dian)源,在主電(dian)源失效(xiao)時提(ti)供緊急(ji)電(dian)力(li)(li)供應,確保設備(bei)的正常運行。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應急電源(yuan)的快(kuai)速啟(qi)動(dong)和(he)自動(dong)切(qie)換(huan)特(te)性,使(shi)得其在(zai)電力突然中(zhong)斷或故障發生時能(neng)夠迅(xun)速切(qie)換(huan)到備(bei)用電源(yuan),保(bao)證關鍵(jian)設備(bei)的持續供電。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當(dang)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi)(shi),由市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)過互投裝(zhuang)置給重要負載供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)進行市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然后(hou)再由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組向逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)提供(gong)直流(liu)能源(yuan)(yuan)。在(zai)這(zhe)里,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)一個僅(jin)需向蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組提供(gong)相當(dang)于10%蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組容(rong)量(Ah)的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)小功率直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),它并不具備直接向逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)提供(gong)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)能力。此(ci)時(shi)(shi),市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)由EPS的(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)旁路和轉換(huan)開關(guan)所組成的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統向用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)應急負載供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此(ci)同(tong)時(shi)(shi),在(zai)EPS的(de)(de)(de)邏輯(ji)控(kong)制板的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)控(kong)下,逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)停止工作處于自動關(guan)機狀態。在(zai)此(ci)條件下,用(yong)戶負載實(shi)際(ji)使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)是(shi)(shi)來自電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)(de)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此(ci),EPS應急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)也是(shi)(shi)通常說的(de)(de)(de)一直工作在(zai)睡眠狀態,可以(yi)有效的(de)(de)(de)達到節能的(de)(de)(de)效果。
2、當市電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷或(huo)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超限(±15%或(huo)±20%額定(ding)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)時,互(hu)投(tou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)將立即投(tou)切至逆變器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組所(suo)提(ti)供(gong)的直流能源(yuan)的支持下,此時,用戶負載所(suo)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)通過(guo)EPS的逆變器(qi)轉換的交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),而不(bu)是(shi)來自(zi)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3、當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)恢復正常工作時(shi),EPS的控制中心發出信號對逆變器執行自動關機操作,同時(shi)還(huan)通(tong)過它(ta)的轉換開關執行從(cong)逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)向(xiang)交(jiao)流旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的切換操作。此后,EPS在經交(jiao)流旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)通(tong)路(lu)向(xiang)負載(zai)提供(gong)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)的同時(shi),還(huan)通(tong)過充電(dian)(dian)器向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)池組充電(dian)(dian)。
