一、eps電源是什么
EPS電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)又(you)稱(cheng)EPS、消防應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),全稱(cheng)Emergency Power Supply(緊急(ji)電(dian)力(li)供給),國(guo)家新標(biao)準為GB17945-2010《消防應(ying)急(ji)照明(ming)與(yu)疏(shu)散(san)指示系統》。
EPS電(dian)源(yuan)是當今重要(yao)建筑物中(zhong)為了電(dian)力保障和消防安全而采用的一種應(ying)急電(dian)源(yuan)。它(ta)主要(yao)由輸(shu)入輸(shu)出單元、充電(dian)模塊(kuai)、電(dian)池組、逆(ni)變器(qi)、監(jian)控器(qi)、輸(shu)出切換裝置等(deng)(deng)部分(fen)組成(cheng)。廣泛應(ying)用于節能供電(dian)、大樓照(zhao)明、道路交通照(zhao)明、隧道照(zhao)明、電(dian)力、工(gong)礦企業、消防電(dian)梯等(deng)(deng)。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急(ji)(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)可以作為電(dian)力系統(tong)的(de)(de)備用電(dian)源(yuan),在主電(dian)源(yuan)失效時提(ti)供(gong)緊急(ji)(ji)電(dian)力供(gong)應,確保設備的(de)(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運行(xing)。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。

三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi),由(you)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經過互(hu)投裝置給重要負載供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同時(shi)進行市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然后再由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組向逆(ni)變器(qi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)能源(yuan)。在這里,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)個僅需向蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)相當于10%蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組容量(liang)(Ah)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)小功率直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),它并不(bu)具備(bei)直接向逆(ni)變器(qi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)。此(ci)時(shi),市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經由(you)EPS的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)旁路和(he)轉換(huan)開關(guan)所組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)向用戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種應(ying)急(ji)負載供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此(ci)同時(shi),在EPS的(de)(de)(de)(de)邏輯(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)板的(de)(de)(de)(de)調控(kong)下,逆(ni)變器(qi)停(ting)止工(gong)作(zuo)處于自(zi)動關(guan)機狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)。在此(ci)條件下,用戶(hu)負載實(shi)際使用的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)來自(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因(yin)此(ci),EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)也是(shi)通常說的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)直工(gong)作(zuo)在睡(shui)眠狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),可以有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)達(da)到節能的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。
2、當(dang)市(shi)(shi)電供電中斷或市(shi)(shi)電電壓超限(±15%或±20%額定輸入(ru)電壓)時(shi),互投裝置(zhi)將立即(ji)投切至逆變(bian)器供電,在電池組(zu)所(suo)提供的(de)直流(liu)能源的(de)支持(chi)下,此時(shi),用戶負載所(suo)使用的(de)電源是(shi)通過EPS的(de)逆變(bian)器轉換的(de)交流(liu)電源,而不是(shi)來(lai)自市(shi)(shi)電。
3、當市電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓恢復正常(chang)工作時,EPS的控(kong)制中(zhong)心發出信號對逆(ni)變器(qi)執行自動關(guan)機操(cao)作,同時還通(tong)過(guo)它的轉換開(kai)關(guan)執行從逆(ni)變器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)向交流旁路(lu)(lu)供電(dian)(dian)的切換操(cao)作。此后,EPS在(zai)經交流旁路(lu)(lu)供電(dian)(dian)通(tong)路(lu)(lu)向負載提(ti)供市電(dian)(dian)的同時,還通(tong)過(guo)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)向電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組充電(dian)(dian)。
