EPS應(ying)(ying)(ying)急電(dian)源(yuan)持續(xu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)時間需要視具體情(qing)況而定。根據(ju)《消防應(ying)(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)(zhao)明和疏散指示(shi)系統 GB17945-2010》規(gui)定,在市電(dian)中斷時,EPS應(ying)(ying)(ying)急電(dian)源(yuan)可(ke)以持續(xu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)不(bu)能低于90分鐘,這(zhe)不(bu)僅滿足(zu)在發生(sheng)火(huo)災疏散時的應(ying)(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)(zhao)明,也要為(wei)消防人員的救援照(zhao)(zhao)明等(deng)需要。
一般情況下,普通照明燈的EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)中(zhong)斷時(shi)間不(bu)能(neng)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)5秒。對于高危險(xian)工作區及關鍵工作區的應(ying)急照明,EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)中(zhong)斷時(shi)間不(bu)能(neng)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)0.25秒。EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的最長充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間不(bu)能(neng)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)24小(xiao)時(shi),且(qie)連(lian)續過(guo)(guo)(guo)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)能(neng)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)0.05C5A。
根(gen)據《民用建筑電(dian)氣設計標準 GB51348-2019》規定(ding),部(bu)分消防設備(bei)對EPS應急電(dian)源也有(you)著不同的供(gong)電(dian)時間要求:
火災自動報警(jing)裝置不能低于180(120)分(fen)鐘(zhong)。
消火(huo)栓、消防泵(beng)及水幕泵(beng)不能低(di)于(yu)180(120)分鐘。
自動(dong)噴水系統(tong)不能低于60分鐘。
水噴霧和泡(pao)沫滅火(huo)系統不能低于30分鐘。
滅火和(he)干粉(fen)滅火系統不能低于30分鐘。
防、排煙設備不能低于90、60、30分鐘。
火災應急廣播不能低于90、60、30分鐘。
消防(fang)電梯不能低(di)于180(120)分鐘。
由(you)此(ci)(ci)可見,EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源持續供電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間對不同的消(xiao)防設備也(ye)有著不一樣的要(yao)求,所以在采購EPS消(xiao)防應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源時(shi),一定(ding)要(yao)弄清楚其使用場所及相(xiang)關的要(yao)求規定(ding)。此(ci)(ci)外,定(ding)期檢(jian)查和(he)維(wei)護(hu)EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源也(ye)是(shi)確保其正常工(gong)作和(he)延長供電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間的重要(yao)措施。
二、EPS消防應急電源標準新要求
1、應急(ji)照(zhao)明集中EPS電源(yuan)應設模擬主電源(yuan)供電故障的(de)自復式試驗按(an)鈕(或幵關),不(bu)應設影響應急(ji)功(gong)能(neng)的(de)開關。
2、應(ying)急照明集(ji)中EPS電(dian)(dian)源應(ying)顯(xian)示主電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
3、應(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)明集中EPS應(ying)(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)源應(ying)(ying)設主電(dian)(dian)(dian)、充電(dian)(dian)(dian)、故(gu)障和應(ying)(ying)急狀(zhuang)態指示燈,主電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態用(yong)(yong)綠色(se),故(gu)障狀(zhuang)態用(yong)(yong)黃色(se),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態和應(ying)(ying)急狀(zhuang)態用(yong)(yong)紅色(se)。
4、應(ying)急照明集(ji)中EPS電源每個輸(shu)出支(zhi)路均應(ying)單(dan)獨保(bao)護,且任一支(zhi)路故障(zhang)不應(ying)影響其他(ta)支(zhi)路的正常工作。
5、應(ying)(ying)(ying)急照明集中(zhong)EPS電(dian)源(yuan)主電(dian)和備(bei)電(dian)不應(ying)(ying)(ying)同時輸出(chu),并能以手(shou)動、自動兩種方(fang)式(shi)轉(zhuan)人(ren)(ren)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急狀態,且應(ying)(ying)(ying)設只有人(ren)(ren)員可操作的強制應(ying)(ying)(ying)急啟(qi)動按鈕,該按鈕啟(qi)動后,應(ying)(ying)(ying)急照明集中(zhong)電(dian)源(yuan)不應(ying)(ying)(ying)受過放電(dian)保護的影響。
6、應(ying)急照明集中EPS電源應(ying)能(neng)在空載(zai)、滿(man)載(zai)10%和超載(zai)20%條件下(xia)正常工作,輸(shu)出特性(xing)應(ying)符(fu)合制造商的規定(ding)。
7、當(dang)串接(jie)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)大于等(deng)于12V時(shi)(shi),應(ying)急照明集中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源應(ying)對電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組分段(duan)(duan)保護(hu),每段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組)額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不應(ying)大于12V,且在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組)充滿電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),每段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)均(jun)不應(ying)小于額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。當(dang)任(ren)一段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)小于額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)急照明集中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源應(ying)發出故(gu)障聲、光(guang)信(xin)號并指(zhi)示相應(ying)的部(bu)位。
8、應急照明集中EPS電源在下述情況下應發出故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)(sheng)、光信號(hao),并指(zhi)示故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的類型;故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)(sheng)信號(hao)應能手動(dong)(dong)消(xiao)除,當有新的故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)信號(hao)時(shi),故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)(sheng)信號(hao)應再啟(qi)動(dong)(dong);故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)光信號(hao)在故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)排除前應保持。故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)條件如下所(suo)述:
a)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器與電(dian)(dian)池之間連接線開路。
b)應急輸出回(hui)路開(kai)路。
c)在應急狀態下(xia),電池電壓低于過放保護電壓值。
