一、什么是直流屏
直(zhi)流屏(ping)是(shi)直(zhi)流電(dian)源操作系統的(de)(de)簡(jian)稱(cheng)。通(tong)用名為智能免維護直(zhi)流電(dian)源屏(ping),簡(jian)稱(cheng)直(zhi)流屏(ping),通(tong)用型號為GZDW。簡(jian)單地說(shuo),直(zhi)流屏(ping)就(jiu)是(shi)提(ti)供(gong)穩定直(zhi)流電(dian)源的(de)(de)設備。在輸入380V電(dian)源時直(zhi)接(jie)轉化為220V,市(shi)電(dian)和備用電(dian)均(jun)無輸入時,直(zhi)接(jie)轉化為蓄電(dian)池供(gong)電(dian)——直(zhi)流220V:實際上(shang)也可以說(shuo)是(shi)一種工業專用應急電(dian)源。
二、使用直流屏有什么好處
用(yong)直流(liu)(liu)屏的好處是直流(liu)(liu)屏可以不用(yong)考(kao)慮三(san)相平衡(heng)的問題;直流(liu)(liu)屏安全(quan)又可靠(kao)。直流(liu)(liu)屏可以在交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源正常的情(qing)況下給蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組事先充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian),當(dang)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源停電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,由蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池饋電(dian)(dian)(dian),仍(reng)能保(bao)證(zheng)斷路器的操作(zuo)、控(kong)制、保(bao)護和監控(kong)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
三、直流屏的作用
直流屏的作用是用來供應這種直流電源。發電廠和變(bian)電站中(zhong)的電力操作電源現今采(cai)用的都是(shi)直流電源,它為控制(zhi)負荷和動力負荷以及直流事故照明負荷等提供(gong)電源,是(shi)當代(dai)電力系(xi)統控制(zhi)、保護的基礎。
直流屏主(zhu)要應用(yong)(yong)于電力(li)系(xi)統中(zhong)小(xiao)型發電廠、水電站(zhan)、各類變電站(zhan),和(he)其(qi)他使用(yong)(yong)直流設備的(de)用(yong)(yong)戶(如石化(hua)、礦山、鐵路等(deng)(deng)),適用(yong)(yong)于開關分合(he)閘(zha)及(ji)二(er)次回路中(zhong)的(de)儀(yi)器、儀(yi)表、繼電保護和(he)故障照明等(deng)(deng)場合(he)。
四、直流屏的工作原理
直流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統(tong)由交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、直流(liu)(liu)饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、監控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)。其(qi)中交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)主(zhu)要由交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)單元(yuan)組成(cheng)(cheng)。整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)由充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊(kuai)和隔(ge)離二(er)極管組成(cheng)(cheng)。直流(liu)(liu)饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)由降壓(ya)硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘分(fen)路和控(kong)制(zhi)分(fen)路組成(cheng)(cheng),監控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)由監控(kong)模塊(kuai)和配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監控(kong)組成(cheng)(cheng)。
系統交流(liu)輸入(ru)正常時(shi),兩(liang)路(lu)交流(liu)輸入(ru)經交流(liu)切換控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)選擇其(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)路(lu)輸入(ru),并(bing)通過交流(liu)配電(dian)(dian)單元給(gei)各個(ge)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊供電(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊將三相(xiang)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉(zhuan)換為220V或110V的直流(liu),經隔(ge)離二極(ji)管(guan)隔(ge)離后并(bing)聯輸出,一(yi)方(fang)面給(gei)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),另一(yi)方(fang)面通過合閘分(fen)路(lu)和控制分(fen)路(lu)給(gei)負載提供正常的直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源。
交(jiao)流輸入停電或異常(chang)時,充(chong)電模(mo)塊停止(zhi)工作,由電池(chi)通過合閘(zha)分路和控(kong)制分路給負(fu)載供電。交(jiao)流輸入恢復正常(chang)以后,充(chong)電模(mo)塊對電池(chi)充(chong)電。
