一、什么是直流屏
直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源操作系統的(de)簡稱。通用(yong)名為(wei)智能免維護(hu)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源屏(ping)(ping),簡稱直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping),通用(yong)型號為(wei)GZDW。簡單地(di)說(shuo),直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)就是(shi)提供穩定直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)設備(bei)。在輸入380V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源時直(zhi)接(jie)轉化(hua)為(wei)220V,市電(dian)(dian)(dian)和備(bei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)均無輸入時,直(zhi)接(jie)轉化(hua)為(wei)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)——直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)220V:實際上也(ye)可以說(shuo)是(shi)一種(zhong)工業專用(yong)應急電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
二、使用直流屏有什么好處
用直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)屏的(de)(de)好處是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)屏可(ke)以(yi)不用考慮(lv)三(san)相平衡的(de)(de)問題;直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)屏安全(quan)又(you)可(ke)靠。直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)屏可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電源(yuan)正常的(de)(de)情況下給蓄電池(chi)組事先充滿電,當交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電源(yuan)停電時,由蓄電池(chi)饋電,仍能(neng)保證斷路器的(de)(de)操作、控制、保護和監控用電。
三、直流屏的作用
直流屏的作用是用來供應這種直流電源。發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠和變電(dian)(dian)站中的電(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)源現今(jin)采用的都是直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,它為控制(zhi)負荷和動力負荷以及直(zhi)流(liu)事故照明負荷等提(ti)供電(dian)(dian)源,是當(dang)代電(dian)(dian)力系統控制(zhi)、保護(hu)的基礎。
直流屏主要應用于電力系統中小型發(fa)電廠、水電站(zhan)、各(ge)類變電站(zhan),和(he)其他(ta)使用直流設(she)備的用戶(如石(shi)化、礦山、鐵(tie)路等(deng)),適(shi)用于開關(guan)分合閘及二(er)次回路中的儀器、儀表、繼電保護(hu)和(he)故障(zhang)照明等(deng)場合。
四、直流屏的工作原理
直流(liu)(liu)屏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力操(cao)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、監(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。其中交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)主要由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)單元組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊和(he)隔離二極管組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。直流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)降壓硅鏈、絕緣檢(jian)測、合閘分(fen)(fen)(fen)路和(he)控(kong)制分(fen)(fen)(fen)路組(zu)(zu)(zu)成,監(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)模塊和(he)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。
系統交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)入正常時(shi),兩(liang)路(lu)(lu)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)入經交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)切(qie)換控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)選擇(ze)其中一路(lu)(lu)輸(shu)入,并通過交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)配電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元給(gei)各個充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊供電(dian)(dian)。充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊將三相交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或(huo)110V的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu),經隔離二極管隔離后(hou)并聯輸(shu)出,一方面給(gei)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),另一方面通過合閘分路(lu)(lu)和控制分路(lu)(lu)給(gei)負載提供正常的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。
交流(liu)輸入(ru)停電或異常時,充(chong)電模(mo)塊停止工作,由(you)電池(chi)通過(guo)合閘分(fen)路和控制(zhi)分(fen)路給負載供電。交流(liu)輸入(ru)恢復正常以后,充(chong)電模(mo)塊對電池(chi)充(chong)電。
