1、星形接線方式
在電(dian)(dian)力系統中(zhong)(zhong),星(xing)形(xing)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)可(ke)分為帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)兩種情況。其中(zhong)(zhong)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)的優勢在于(yu)可(ke)以進行分相(xiang)(xiang)投切,從而補償電(dian)(dian)網負荷(he)的三相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)平衡。對于(yu)不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)來說,其需要兩相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)才能形(xing)成(cheng)回路(lu)。和(he)星(xing)形(xing)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)同的是(shi),它們的三相(xiang)(xiang)基波(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)對稱,所以三相(xiang)(xiang)基波(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)合成(cheng)值為零;而3次諧波(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)則(ze)由線(xian)(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)決定(ding),三相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的3次諧波(bo)(bo)(bo)大小相(xiang)(xiang)等,方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)同,在線(xian)(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)抵消(xiao),因此電(dian)(dian)容(rong)支路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)沒(mei)有3次諧波(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
2、三角形接線

星形(xing)接線(xian)和三角(jiao)形(xing)接線(xian),是電(dian)(dian)力補償(chang)電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)常見(jian)的(de)接線(xian)方(fang)式。目前企業常用的(de)接線(xian)方(fang)式是三角(jiao)形(xing)接線(xian),因為它可以實現分(fen)相(xiang)補償(chang),解決三相(xiang)不平(ping)衡的(de)問題。
二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容器接(jie)線柱(zhu)一般(ban)有三(san)個(ge),分別標注為(wei)U、V、W,分別對應電(dian)(dian)容器內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)三(san)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。正確(que)的(de)接(jie)法是U接(jie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)容器內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)U極(ji),V接(jie)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)V極(ji),W接(jie)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)W極(ji)上。同時(shi),還(huan)需(xu)要(yao)接(jie)地(di)線連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)容器本體和接(jie)線盒之間的(de)金屬橋。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而保證電(dian)容(rong)(rong)充分放電(dian)除了需要電(dian)容(rong)(rong)本身設計有(you)一定(ding)的放電(dian)裝置,使(shi)退出(chu)運行后的電(dian)力電(dian)容(rong)(rong)殘余(yu)電(dian)壓不超過65V,還需要工作人員檢修前用接地線再次(ci)放電(dian)。此外,當電力電容器(qi)組(zu)超過1000V時可(ke)以搭(da)配(pei)電壓互感器(qi)使用,通(tong)過一次繞(rao)組(zu)進行再(zai)次放電。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因為若電容放電回(hui)路安裝有熔斷器(qi)(qi)等器(qi)(qi)件,當熔斷器(qi)(qi)出現熔斷故障需要斷開時會對(dui)相關操作人員造成安全危害。
3、電力電容需接地
當(dang)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)組接入電(dian)(dian)網時,每臺電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)都應對(dui)地絕緣(yuan)且絕緣(yuan)水(shui)平要高于系統額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya);當(dang)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)網標稱電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相同(tong)時則需(xu)將電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)外(wai)殼接地,若額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)網標準電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)則需(xu)加裝絕緣(yuan)支架。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
如果想單獨提高某一用電設備的功率因數可以為相關電力電容器組設置(zhi)單獨(du)的控制及保護裝置(zhi)。
