1. 晶(jing)體管用來驅動繼電(dian)器(qi),必須將(jiang)晶(jing)體管的發射極接地。具體電(dian)路如下:

NPN晶(jing)(jing)體管驅動時(shi):當晶(jing)(jing)體管T1基極被輸(shu)入高電(dian)平(ping)時(shi),晶(jing)(jing)體管飽和導通,集電(dian)極變為低電(dian)平(ping),因此繼電(dian)器線圈(quan)通電(dian),觸點RL1吸(xi)合。
當晶體管T1基極被輸入(ru)低電平時,晶體管截(jie)止,繼電器(qi)線圈斷(duan)(duan)電,觸點(dian)RL1斷(duan)(duan)開(kai)。
PNP晶體管驅動電路目(mu)前沒有采用,因此在(zai)這里(li)不(bu)作介(jie)紹。
1.2 電路中各元(yuan)器件的作用(yong):
晶(jing)體(ti)管T1可視為控制(zhi)開關,一(yi)般選取VCBO≈VCEO≥24V,放大倍(bei)數β一(yi)般選擇在(zai)120~240之(zhi)間。。電(dian)阻(zu)R1主要起限流作用,降(jiang)低晶(jing)體(ti)管T1功(gong)耗,阻(zu)值為2 KΩ。電(dian)阻(zu)R2使晶(jing)體(ti)管T1可靠截止,阻(zu)值為5.1KΩ。二極管D1反向續流,抑制(zhi)浪涌,一(yi)般選1N4148即可。
2 集成電(dian)路2003驅動(dong)繼電(dian)器

2.1 工作原理簡介
根據集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路驅動器(qi)2003的輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)輸(shu)(shu)出特性,有人把(ba)它簡(jian)稱(cheng)叫“驅動器(qi)”“反(fan)向器(qi)”“放(fang)大器(qi)”等,現在(zai)常(chang)用(yong)(yong)型號為:TD62003AP。當2003輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)端為高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)時,對(dui)應的輸(shu)(shu)出口輸(shu)(shu)出低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線圈通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸點吸(xi)合(he);當2003輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)端為低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)時,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線圈斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸點斷開;在(zai)2003內部已集(ji)成(cheng)起反(fan)向續(xu)流作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)的二極管(guan),因此可直接用(yong)(yong)它驅動繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。
2.2 檢(jian)修 判斷2003好壞的方法非常簡單(dan),用萬(wan)用表直流檔(dang)分別測量(liang)其輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)和輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)電(dian)壓(ya),如(ru)果(guo)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan)1~7是(shi)(shi)低電(dian)平(ping)(0V),輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)10~16必然(ran)是(shi)(shi)高電(dian)平(ping)(12V);反之,如(ru)果(guo)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan)1~7是(shi)(shi)高電(dian)平(ping)(5V),輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)10~16必然(ran)是(shi)(shi)低電(dian)平(ping)(0V);否則,驅動器(qi)已壞。
測(ce)試條(tiao)件:1.待機;2.開機。
測試(shi)方法(fa):將萬用表調至(zhi)20V直流檔,負表筆接電控板地線(7812穩壓塊散熱片),正(zheng)表筆分別輕觸2003各(ge)腳(jiao)。
