一、什么是接觸器
接觸器分為交流接(jie)觸器(電(dian)壓(ya)AC)和直流接(jie)觸器(電(dian)壓(ya)DC),它應用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)力、配電(dian)與(yu)用(yong)電(dian)場(chang)合(he)。接(jie)觸器廣義上是指工業電(dian)中利(li)用(yong)線(xian)圈流過電(dian)流產(chan)生磁場(chang),使(shi)觸頭閉合(he),以達到控制負載的電(dian)器。
二、什么是繼電器
繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)自(zi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),它(ta)適用于遠距離接通和分斷交、直流(liu)小容量(liang)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),并在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力驅動(dong)系統(tong)中供控制(zhi)、保(bao)護(hu)及信(xin)號(hao)轉換(huan)用。控制(zhi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)入量(liang)通常(chang)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),也可以是溫度(du)、壓力、速度(du)等非(fei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),輸(shu)(shu)出量(liang)則(ze)是觸點(dian)動(dong)作時發(fa)出的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)或(huo)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)參數變(bian)化(hua)。繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)特點(dian)是當其輸(shu)(shu)入量(liang)的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)達到一(yi)定程序時,輸(shu)(shu)出量(liang)才會發(fa)生(sheng)階躍性的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)。
三、接觸器和繼電器的區別
1、觸點容量不同
接觸(chu)器的(de)觸(chu)點容量(liang)大于(yu)繼電器,接觸(chu)器的(de)觸(chu)頭沒有低(di)于(yu)10A的(de),而繼電器的(de)容量(liang)則最高不(bu)會超過5A。
2、觸點數設計不同
接觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)的(de)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)數不(bu)是成(cheng)對(dui)設(she)計,三組常開(kai)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)為主觸(chu)(chu)點(dian),再加(jia)上輔(fu)助(zhu)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)常開(kai)和(he)常閉。繼(ji)電器(qi)的(de)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)數是成(cheng)對(dui)設(she)計,且沒(mei)有輔(fu)助(zhu)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)的(de)。
3、作用不同
繼電(dian)(dian)器的(de)作用(yong)(yong)是起到(dao)信號的(de)檢測、轉換以(yi)及傳送等作用(yong)(yong),而且它的(de)觸(chu)點通(tong)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)比較小,常(chang)(chang)用(yong)(yong)在控制電(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)。接(jie)觸(chu)器的(de)作用(yong)(yong)就(jiu)是起到(dao)接(jie)通(tong)或(huo)是切斷(duan)主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路的(de)作用(yong)(yong),其通(tong)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)較大常(chang)(chang)用(yong)(yong)在主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),使大功率負載得電(dian)(dian)或(huo)失電(dian)(dian)。
4、滅弧裝置不同
接觸器(qi)和繼電(dian)器(qi)一個(ge)最重要的區(qu)別(bie)就是接觸器(qi)都(dou)有(you)滅(mie)弧(hu)裝置,而繼電(dian)器(qi)沒(mei)有(you)的。
5、附加產品不同
繼電器衍生品(pin)多也就是附(fu)加(jia)產品(pin)多,接(jie)(jie)觸器比較單一且(qie)沒有什(shen)么額外(wai)附(fu)加(jia)產品(pin)。繼電器能設計成時間繼電器、速度繼電器、計數(shu)器等(deng),接(jie)(jie)觸器就沒有。
6、使用不同
接觸器有時可以當(dang)繼電器使用(yong),但繼電器往往不能當(dang)接觸器使用(yong)。
