廣埠屯小(xiao)學(xue)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)于1955年,是武漢市(shi)辦(ban)學(xue)水平示(shi)范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。近(jin)年來,創(chuang)立(li)(li)以(yi)(yi)“雅行教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”鮮明(ming)特色的文明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,探索構建(jian)(jian)文明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)(jian)設常態化創(chuang)新(xin)之路。武漢市(shi)洪(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)區青(qing)鋒小(xiao)學(xue)于2016年更名(ming)為廣埠屯實驗小(xiao)學(xue),廣埠屯實驗小(xiao)學(xue)地處洪(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)、青(qing)山(shan)(shan)(shan)、武昌三區交(jiao)界(jie)處的和平鄉。洪(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)區教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局介(jie)紹,讓優(you)質中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)開“連鎖”,組成1+X名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)團,是今年推(tui)進義務教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)優(you)質均衡發展(zhan)、治理(li)薄(bo)弱學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的又一種新(xin)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。據了解(jie),1+X集(ji)團辦(ban)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),集(ji)團由1所名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)牽(qian)頭,X所學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)參與組建(jian)(jian)以(yi)(yi)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)命名(ming),集(ji)團學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內部采取總(zong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)加(jia)分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的管理(li)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),集(ji)團總(zong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)與分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)間相(xiang)互獨(du)立(li)(li),采取“多(duo)個法(fa)人、獨(du)立(li)(li)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區、完整(zheng)建(jian)(jian)制、資源共享、自主(zhu)管理(li)”的運作(zuo)方式(shi)(shi)。
學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)領導班子以身作則,率(lv)先垂范(fan),國(guo)家關工委、團中(zhong)(zhong)央、省委宣傳部(bu)先后來校(xiao)(xiao)調研,對此給予好(hao)評。思想(xiang)道德(de)為首,興文(wen)(wen)(wen)明之風。創新(xin)思想(xiang)模式,開展(zhan)“做(zuo)(zuo)一個有(you)道德(de)的(de)人”等(deng)(deng)活動,以獨具特(te)色(se)的(de)“三(san)小(xiao)”——“小(xiao)崗位、小(xiao)家政、小(xiao)導游”活動,提升(sheng)學(xue)生人文(wen)(wen)(wen)素養(yang)、道德(de)修養(yang)。活動陣地(di)為實,成文(wen)(wen)(wen)明之行。開展(zhan)《風景(jing)這邊(bian)“讀”好(hao)》、“書香校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)”、“陽光雨(yu)露伴成長”、“雅行項(xiang)目建(jian)設(she)”等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明知識,踐行文(wen)(wen)(wen)明行為。教(jiao)師隊伍(wu)為導,澆文(wen)(wen)(wen)明之花。打造“全(quan)員育(yu)(yu)人、全(quan)程(cheng)育(yu)(yu)人、全(quan)面育(yu)(yu)人”“三(san)全(quan)”教(jiao)師,設(she)計入學(xue)課程(cheng),啟動一年級好(hao)習慣養(yang)成教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動;設(she)計系列(lie)畢業(ye)課程(cheng)——感恩系列(lie)、暢想(xiang)系列(lie)、體(ti)驗系列(lie),為做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)一名初中(zhong)(zhong)生做(zuo)(zuo)準(zhun)備。校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)為根,固文(wen)(wen)(wen)明之本。開展(zhan)朝讀經典活動,在保障(zhang)、途徑(jing)、手(shou)段等(deng)(deng)方面不斷創新(xin),做(zuo)(zuo)到知到切身處,入腦入心(xin),被(bei)命名為武漢市經典誦讀示范(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。環(huan)境(jing)建(jian)設(she)為基(ji),譜文(wen)(wen)(wen)明之歌。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以“學(xue)園(yuan)(yuan)、花園(yuan)(yuan)、樂園(yuan)(yuan)、家園(yuan)(yuan)“為目標(biao),打造文(wen)(wen)(wen)明校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),通過“中(zhong)(zhong)華五千年文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)路線(xian)圖”“讀書長廊”等(deng)(deng)豐富(fu)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)內涵,構建(jian)全(quan)新(xin)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)場境(jing)。
