一、什么是電磁閥
電磁閥是用電磁控制的工業設備,是用來控制流體的自動化基礎元件,屬于執行器,并不限于液壓、氣動。用在工業控制系統中調整介質的方向、流量、速度和其他的參數。品牌電磁閥可以配(pei)合(he)不同的(de)電路來實現(xian)預(yu)期的(de)控(kong)制(zhi),而(er)控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)精度和靈(ling)活性都能夠保證。
二、電磁閥工作原理
電(dian)磁(ci)閥里有密閉的(de)腔,在不(bu)同位置開(kai)(kai)有通(tong)孔(kong),每(mei)個(ge)孔(kong)連接不(bu)同的(de)油(you)(you)管(guan),腔中間是(shi)(shi)活塞,兩面是(shi)(shi)兩塊電(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie),哪(na)面的(de)磁(ci)鐵(tie)線圈通(tong)電(dian)閥體(ti)就(jiu)會被吸(xi)引到哪(na)邊,通(tong)過控制(zhi)閥體(ti)的(de)移動來開(kai)(kai)啟(qi)或關(guan)閉不(bu)同的(de)排油(you)(you)孔(kong),而進油(you)(you)孔(kong)是(shi)(shi)常開(kai)(kai)的(de),液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)(you)就(jiu)會進入不(bu)同的(de)排油(you)(you)管(guan),然后通(tong)過油(you)(you)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)來推動油(you)(you)缸的(de)活塞,活塞又帶(dai)動活塞桿,活塞桿帶(dai)動機(ji)械(xie)裝(zhuang)置。這樣(yang)通(tong)過控制(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie)的(de)電(dian)流通(tong)斷就(jiu)控制(zhi)了機(ji)械(xie)運(yun)動。
三、電磁閥有幾種類型
1、電磁閥從原理上分為三大類:
(1)直動式電磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁線圈產(chan)生電(dian)磁力(li)(li)把關(guan)閉(bi)件從閥座上提起,閥門(men)打開;斷電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁力(li)(li)消失(shi),彈簧把關(guan)閉(bi)件壓在閥座上,閥門(men)關(guan)閉(bi)。
特(te)點:在真空、負壓(ya)、零壓(ya)時(shi)能正常(chang)工(gong)作,但通徑一般不超過25mm。
(2)分步直動式電磁閥
原理(li):它是一種直(zhi)動(dong)和先導(dao)(dao)式相結(jie)合的原理(li),當(dang)入口與出(chu)口沒(mei)有壓(ya)(ya)差時,通(tong)電(dian)后,電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把先導(dao)(dao)小閥(fa)(fa)和主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)件依次向(xiang)上提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開。當(dang)入口與出(chu)口達到啟動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)差時,通(tong)電(dian)后,電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)先導(dao)(dao)小閥(fa)(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)下腔壓(ya)(ya)力(li)上升,上腔壓(ya)(ya)力(li)下降,從而利用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)差把主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)向(xiang)上推開;斷電(dian)時,先導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)利用(yong)彈簧力(li)或(huo)介質壓(ya)(ya)力(li)推動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)件,向(xiang)下移動(dong),使閥(fa)(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)。
特(te)點:在零壓(ya)差或(huo)真(zhen)空(kong)、高壓(ya)時亦能可動(dong)作,但功率較大,要求必(bi)須水平安裝。
(3)先導式電磁閥
原(yuan)理:通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)磁力把(ba)先導孔(kong)打開,上腔室壓力迅(xun)速下降,在關(guan)(guan) 閉件(jian)周(zhou)圍形(xing)成(cheng)上低下高的壓差(cha),流(liu)體(ti)壓力推動(dong)關(guan)(guan)閉件(jian)向上移(yi)動(dong),閥門(men)打開;斷電(dian)(dian)時,彈簧力把(ba)先導孔(kong)關(guan)(guan)閉,入口(kou)壓力通(tong)(tong)過旁通(tong)(tong)孔(kong)迅(xun)速腔室在關(guan)(guan)閥件(jian)周(zhou)圍形(xing)成(cheng)下低上高的壓差(cha),流(liu)體(ti)壓力推動(dong)關(guan)(guan)閉件(jian)向下移(yi)動(dong),關(guan)(guan)閉閥門(men)。
特(te)點:流體壓力范圍上(shang)限較高,可任意安裝(需定制)但(dan)必須滿足(zu)流體壓差條件(jian)。
2、電磁閥從閥結構和材料上的不同與原理上的區別,分為六個分支小類:直(zhi)動(dong)膜片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)、分步直(zhi)動(dong)膜片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)、先導膜片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)、直(zhi)動(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)、分步直(zhi)動(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)、先導活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)。
