一、電動推桿和電液推桿的區別
電液推(tui)桿(gan)是一種集機(ji)、電、液為一體的(de)液壓(ya)驅(qu)動機(ji)械手,適用(yong)于需要往復推(tui)拉直線(或(huo)往復旋(xuan)轉一定角度(du))運動,也可(ke)(ke)用(yong)于需要上(shang)升、下(xia)降或(huo)夾(jia)緊工作物的(de)場所,并可(ke)(ke)實現(xian)遠距離危(wei)險(xian)地區(qu)的(de)集中(zhong)或(huo)自動控制,目前主要應用(yong)在冶金(jin)機(ji)械行業(ye)。
電動推桿是一種(zhong)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)動機的(de)旋轉運(yun)動轉變為(wei)推桿的(de)直線(xian)往復運(yun)動的(de)電(dian)(dian)力(li)驅動裝置(zhi)。可用(yong)(yong)于各種(zhong)簡單或(huo)(huo)復雜(za)的(de)工藝流程中做為(wei)執行(xing)機械使用(yong)(yong),以實現遠距離控(kong)制、集中控(kong)制或(huo)(huo)自動控(kong)制。電(dian)(dian)動推桿是通用(yong)(yong)型的(de)輔助(zhu)驅動裝置(zhi),目前電(dian)(dian)動推桿已廣(guang)泛(fan)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)于電(dian)(dian)力(li)、機械、冶金、交通、礦山、石油、化(hua)工、起重、運(yun)輸、建(jian)筑(zhu)、糧飼加(jia)工等行(xing)業。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動推(tui)桿與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)推(tui)桿同樣(yang)都是(shi)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的旋轉運動轉化為直線(xian)運動的設備。不同的是(shi)一個是(shi)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye),一個是(shi)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機械(xie),它們的主(zhu)要區別是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)推(tui)桿是(shi)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)傳動,速度(du)不穩(wen)定,精度(du)很差,而且(qie)時間長了(le)還會漏液(ye)(ye),需要不時補充,造成浪(lang)費與(yu)污(wu)染。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動推(tui)桿由于(yu)是(shi)機械(xie)的剛(gang)性傳動具有(you)性能可靠,動作(zuo)靈敏(min),運行平(ping)穩(wen),推(tui)拉(la)力相同,環(huan)境適應性好等特點。
二、電動推桿和電液推桿的優缺點
1、電液推桿
優點:電(dian)(dian)(dian)液推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿可(ke)以帶負荷啟動(dong),而電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)執行(xing)機構卻很困難。同一臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)液推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿在(zai)其額定的(de)推(tui)(tui)(tui)、拉力(li)范圍內,其推(tui)(tui)(tui)、拉力(li)可(ke)無(wu)級調節,所以驅動(dong)里范圍廣,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿和(he)氣缸(gang)則無(wu)法辦到。
缺點:連(lian)接(jie)部(bu)分的液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油的泄漏是(shi)很難避免的,運動平滑,減(jian)少傳輸效率。當液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油污染,將插頭信道的液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)元(yuan)件,是(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統的失敗的主要原(yuan)因。
2、電動推桿
優點:只需簡單地(di)將推桿(gan)安(an)裝在支架上(shang),接通電(dian)源,即(ji)可(ke)使用。正常使用時可(ke)長期免維護。多點定位,往復推壓伸縮、限位信號輸(shu)出。
缺(que)點(dian):由于行程開關容易失靈(特別在潮濕(shi)環境(jing)中),離(li)合器調節傳遞的力矩誤差大、因而停位不準,過(guo)載保(bao)護不可靠,經常(chang)燒壞電動機或損壞傳動零(ling)件(jian),且離(li)合器過(guo)載脫離(li)時噪音超(chao)限。
