開工交底是(shi)裝(zhuang)修(xiu)過程的(de)(de)一個重(zhong)要步驟,是(shi)裝(zhuang)修(xiu)公(gong)司向施(shi)工隊交代設(she)計圖紙,設(she)計注(zhu)意事(shi)項以(yi)及(ji)確定設(she)計圖紙可施(shi)工的(de)(de)過程。交底圓(yuan)滿可以(yi)減(jian)少后(hou)期(qi)很(hen)多裝(zhuang)修(xiu)糾紛問(wen)題的(de)(de)出(chu)現。因(yin)此,開工交底時,業主要確認施(shi)工內容,有不合理(li)的(de)(de)地方及(ji)時對設(she)計師(shi)提(ti)出(chu),同時,設(she)計師(shi)和監理(li)要確保房屋情況。

根據設(she)(she)計(ji)師的(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)圖確(que)定現場的(de)設(she)(she)備,哪(na)些需要保留下(xia)來。裝修公(gong)司與業主(zhu)所(suo)簽的(de)裝修合同(tong)中應該(gai)把要保留的(de)設(she)(she)備的(de)數量、品質及保護(hu)方式等寫明。

裝(zhuang)修工(gong)(gong)(gong)程設計(ji)的(de)項目很多,每個項目都有對應的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。確認施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)對于家裝(zhuang)的(de)每一個工(gong)(gong)(gong)種都是(shi)必(bi)須的(de),比如說(shuo)(shuo)木工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)清楚細(xi)木工(gong)(gong)(gong)制品的(de)造型(xing);瓦(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)弄(nong)明白貼(tie)瓷磚時腰線要(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)裝(zhuang)在哪個位置;油漆工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)知道墻(qiang)面(mian)(mian)漆要(yao)(yao)(yao)刷幾(ji)遍;水(shui)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)知道水(shui)電(dian)路的(de)走向,插座開(kai)關(guan)的(de)位置在哪;水(shui)暖工(gong)(gong)(gong)還要(yao)(yao)(yao)確定上(shang)下水(shui)的(de)走向是(shi)否要(yao)(yao)(yao)變(bian)化,衛浴(yu)潔具等是(shi)否需要(yao)(yao)(yao)移(yi)位。這(zhe)些(xie)內容若(ruo)是(shi)能用(yong)(yong)文字(zi)解釋清楚就(jiu)用(yong)(yong)文字(zi)表面(mian)(mian),若(ruo)是(shi)寫出來不(bu)明確,就(jiu)用(yong)(yong)草圖或(huo)正(zheng)規設計(ji)圖來說(shuo)(shuo)明。
1、施工現場需要保留的設備
