變壓器的原理
變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)原理并不復(fu)雜(za),它利用了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應原理。當其中(zhong)(zhong)一塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)有(you)(you)一些(xie)不定量的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流通過(guo),便會產(chan)(chan)(chan)生變動(dong)的(de)(de)磁(ci)場。根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)互感原理,這變動(dong)的(de)(de)磁(ci)場會使第二塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢差。假如第二塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)是一條(tiao)閉(bi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)一部(bu)份(fen),那(nei)么該閉(bi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路便會產(chan)(chan)(chan)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力于是得(de)以(yi)傳送。在通用的(de)(de)變壓(ya)器中(zhong)(zhong),有(you)(you)關(guan)的(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)是由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)組成線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan),因(yin)為線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)所產(chan)(chan)(chan)生的(de)(de)磁(ci)場要比(bi)一條(tiao)筆直的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)大得(de)多。當初級線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)通有(you)(you)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流時,鐵(tie)芯中(zhong)(zhong)便產(chan)(chan)(chan)生交流磁(ci)通,使次(ci)(ci)級線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)感應出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。初級線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)、次(ci)(ci)級線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)VS,VP和兩(liang)者的(de)(de)繞線(xian)的(de)(de)匝數NS,NP之間有(you)(you)正(zheng)比(bi)的(de)(de)關(guan)系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的(de)(de)這個性質使它成為轉換電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要設備。由于變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器遵守這兩條定律,它不會是放大器。如果(guo)處在變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器兩方的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)有所(suo)不同,那么流(liu)經(jing)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器兩方的(de)(de)電流(liu)也會不同,而兩者(zhe)的(de)(de)差(cha)距(ju)則成反比。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)能直接看到鐵(tie)芯和線圈,大多使用硅(gui)橡膠(jiao)套(tao)管,適(shi)用于(yu)配電用,容(rong)量大都在(zai)1600KVA以下(xia),電壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)10KV以下(xia),也(ye)有(you)個(ge)別做(zuo)到35KV電壓(ya)(ya)等級的。油式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)只能看到變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼,大部分使用瓷套(tao)管,可用于(yu)高壓(ya)(ya)電路,可以從小(xiao)到大做(zuo)到全(quan)部容(rong)量,電壓(ya)(ya)等級也(ye)做(zuo)到了所有(you)電壓(ya)(ya)。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)壓(ya)器的電(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級是固定的,常見的有1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等(deng)等(deng)。變(bian)壓(ya)器的容(rong)量等(deng)級按照(zhao)R10優先系數來計算(suan)的,可分(fen)為小型變(bian)壓(ya)器、中(zhong)型變(bian)壓(ya)器、大型變(bian)壓(ya)器、特大型變(bian)壓(ya)器這四個等(deng)級。
