變壓器的原理
變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)原理并(bing)不(bu)復雜,它(ta)利(li)用(yong)了電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)原理。當其中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)塊導電(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些不(bu)定量的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過(guo),便會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)變(bian)(bian)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場。根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)(de)互(hu)感(gan)原理,這變(bian)(bian)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場會(hui)使(shi)第二塊導電(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)勢差。假如第二塊導電(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)閉合(he)電(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)份,那么該(gai)閉合(he)電(dian)(dian)路便會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。電(dian)(dian)力于是得(de)以傳送(song)。在通用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)中(zhong),有(you)關的(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)是由電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)組(zu)成線(xian)(xian)圈,因為線(xian)(xian)圈所產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場要比一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)筆(bi)直的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)大得(de)多。當初級(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈中(zhong)通有(you)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)時,鐵芯中(zhong)便產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)交(jiao)流(liu)磁(ci)(ci)通,使(shi)次級(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈中(zhong)感(gan)應(ying)出電(dian)(dian)壓。初級(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈、次級(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓VS,VP和(he)兩者的(de)(de)(de)繞線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)匝數NS,NP之(zhi)間有(you)正比的(de)(de)(de)關系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的這個性質(zhi)使它(ta)成為轉換電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的重要設備。由(you)于(yu)變壓(ya)(ya)器遵守(shou)這兩條定律,它(ta)不(bu)(bu)會(hui)是(shi)放(fang)大(da)器。如果處在(zai)變壓(ya)(ya)器兩方的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)有(you)所不(bu)(bu)同,那么流經變壓(ya)(ya)器兩方的電(dian)流也(ye)會(hui)不(bu)(bu)同,而兩者的差距則(ze)成反比。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)能直接(jie)看到(dao)鐵芯和線圈,大(da)多使(shi)用硅橡(xiang)膠套(tao)管(guan),適(shi)用于配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用,容(rong)量大(da)都在(zai)1600KVA以下(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)10KV以下(xia),也有個別(bie)做(zuo)到(dao)35KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級的。油(you)式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)只能看到(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼,大(da)部分使(shi)用瓷套(tao)管(guan),可(ke)用于高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)以從小到(dao)大(da)做(zuo)到(dao)全部容(rong)量,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級也做(zuo)到(dao)了所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)等級是(shi)固(gu)定的(de)(de),常見的(de)(de)有1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等等。變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)容量(liang)等級按照(zhao)R10優先系數來(lai)計(ji)算(suan)的(de)(de),可分為(wei)小型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、中(zhong)型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、大型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、特(te)大型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)這四個等級。
