蓬(peng)萊第(di)一(yi)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)地(di)(di)處(chu)渤海(hai)、黃(huang)海(hai)之(zhi)濱,與馳(chi)名中(zhong)外的蓬(peng)萊閣相(xiang)鄰,學(xue)(xue)校建筑精美,環(huan)境優(you)雅(ya),人文氣息濃郁,是(shi)煙臺市重點高中(zhong),山東省規范化學(xue)(xue)校。學(xue)(xue)校占(zhan)地(di)(di)12萬(wan)平方米,總(zong)建筑面積達6萬(wan)多平方米,綠化面積2萬(wan)多平方米。現有在(zai)(zai)職(zhi)教師(shi)371人,其中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)職(zhi)高級教師(shi)55人,一(yi)級教師(shi)90人。在(zai)(zai)校學(xue)(xue)生人數近4000人,70個班級。

高(gao)素(su)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍自1995年以(yi)(yi)來,學(xue)(xue)校實(shi)施“名(ming)牌帶(dai)動戰略”,讓(rang)有較(jiao)高(gao)業務能力和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育理論水(shui)(shui)(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)擔(dan)任新教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),力爭使(shi)新教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)入校后一年熟悉教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)常規,三年熟悉學(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)材和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)規律。隨著辦學(xue)(xue)規模的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)擴(kuo)大(da),青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)量增加,2004年,又進(jin)一步實(shi)行“青藍工程”,新老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)結師(shi)(shi)(shi)徒對子,以(yi)(yi)老(lao)帶(dai)新。學(xue)(xue)校鼓勵并創造(zao)條件讓(rang)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續深造(zao)與(yu)自我充實(shi)相(xiang)結合,教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)科研雙(shuang)肩挑,不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)高(gao)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)業務水(shui)(shui)(shui)平。先后有3人獲(huo)全國優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)稱號。60人獲(huo)省、市級優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能手稱號。教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)歷水(shui)(shui)(shui)平99%達到本科以(yi)(yi)上,研究生課程進(jin)修(xiu)班學(xue)(xue)員(yuan)30余名(ming)。
1、采用競爭和(he)激勵機(ji)制(zhi),優(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)管理(li)(li)(li)。學(xue)校制(zhi)訂(ding)了《蓬(peng)萊一(yi)(yi)中教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量(liang)(liang)末(mo)位(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)示及末(mo)位(wei)(wei)(wei)淘汰(tai)管理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法》、《蓬(peng)萊一(yi)(yi)中職(zhi)(zhi)員工(gong)作質量(liang)(liang)末(mo)位(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)示及末(mo)位(wei)(wei)(wei)淘汰(tai)管理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法》、《常規管理(li)(li)(li)要求與檢查標準》等一(yi)(yi)系列辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法,規范教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)和(he)服務(wu)行(xing)為;采用全員聘任(ren)制(zhi),讓(rang)全體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)競爭上(shang)崗(gang);以(yi)校內結構工(gong)資制(zhi)激活(huo)干勁,充(chong)分(fen)調(diao)動(dong)了教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作積(ji)極性;開展多種形式的(de)(de)評優(you)(you)選佳活(huo)動(dong),倡導(dao)同(tong)質競爭,加速了教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)的(de)(de)優(you)(you)化(hua);嚴格實行(xing)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)管理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法,提高班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)的(de)(de)能動(dong)性。實行(xing)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)承諾制(zhi),制(zhi)訂(ding)了《班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)常規管理(li)(li)(li)考核辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法》,把(ba)績效與班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)津貼掛鉤,分(fen)等級,月兌(dui)現,極大地調(diao)動(dong)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)積(ji)極性。
2、深化(hua)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作,強(qiang)化(hua)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)常(chang)規(gui)(gui)管(guan)理。創新德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)模式(shi),開展主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),諸如禮儀教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、誠(cheng)信教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)等等。同時,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)建設(she),形成(cheng)(cheng)濃郁的文化(hua)氛圍,以此影(ying)響熏陶感染學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),形成(cheng)(cheng)現代人格。利(li)用(yong)班會教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)和談心活動大(da)力促進學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想品質的提(ti)高。德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作方式(shi)由(you)強(qiang)制(zhi)性、整(zheng)體(ti)化(hua)向(xiang)自主(zhu)(zhu)性、個體(ti)化(hua)轉變。加(jia)(jia)大(da)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)常(chang)規(gui)(gui)管(guan)理的力度,通過對宿舍(she)、校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)秩序、行為(wei)規(gui)(gui)范的常(chang)抓不懈,優化(hua)了教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)環境(jing),創造了良好的校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)風氣。
3、加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li),努(nu)力提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量(liang)。我校緊緊圍繞“解放(fang)思想、科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究、優化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、狠抓(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)”的(de)(de)思路展(zhan)開(kai)工作,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)優化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)模式,采取(qu)級部負責制(zhi)(zhi),責、權、利充分(fen)下(xia)放(fang),學(xue)(xue)校制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)《蓬(peng)萊一(yi)中(zhong)關于加強級部管(guan)理(li)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)級部主任責任制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)意見》,進一(yi)步強化(hua)(hua)級部職能(neng)(neng),使級部這一(yi)實(shi)(shi)體的(de)(de)潛能(neng)(neng)得(de)到大程度(du)的(de)(de)發(fa)揮;二(er)是(shi)(shi)優化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍,制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)了(le)《新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)考(kao)核管(guan)理(li)辦法》和(he)《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)訓制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)》,形(xing)成了(le)一(yi)整套培(pei)訓機制(zhi)(zhi),以此來打(da)造一(yi)支有創(chuang)新精神(shen)的(de)(de)研(yan)究型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍;三(san)是(shi)(shi)優化(hua)(hua)高考(kao)科(ke)(ke)類(lei)。我們調整了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)和(he)藝術的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue),加強了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)班生(sheng)源質量(liang),擴(kuo)大了(le)藝術生(sheng)的(de)(de)數量(liang),以獲取(qu)高考(kao)的(de)(de)大利益;四(si)是(shi)(shi)優化(hua)(hua)課(ke)時安排和(he)課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue),留有足夠的(de)(de)時間給學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進行知(zhi)識的(de)(de)消(xiao)化(hua)(hua),從提(ti)高課(ke)堂效(xiao)率和(he)培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)力入(ru)手,加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究。同時強化(hua)(hua)各項(xiang)落(luo)實(shi)(shi),其中(zhong)包括(kuo)重點抓(zhua)好文(wen)理(li)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、調整完善高三(san)復習思路、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)測試的(de)(de)時效(xiao)性和(he)指導(dao)作用、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)高考(kao)目標等等。由于措施得(de)力,管(guan)理(li)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)成績大幅度(du)提(ti)高。五是(shi)(shi)以科(ke)(ke)研(yan)促發(fa)展(zhan),積極(ji)開(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究,積極(ji)申報國(guo)家(jia)、省(sheng)、市(shi)各級科(ke)(ke)研(yan)課(ke)題(ti),做(zuo)到人人有課(ke)題(ti),全(quan)員參與,提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)水(shui)平。
4、加強干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍建設,提(ti)(ti)高管理(li)質(zhi)量(liang)。我們花大(da)氣力,狠抓了(le)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍建設,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)(fa)揮領(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)模范帶頭作(zuo)用,取(qu)得了(le)明顯(xian)成效。其中包(bao)括抓干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍的(de)(de)思路創(chuang)新、抓領(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)落實、抓班子(zi)的(de)(de)團隊(dui)精(jing)(jing)神。通過請(qing)進(jin)來、走出去、摘(zhai)發(fa)(fa)資料、集中交流等學習(xi)形式(shi),提(ti)(ti)高干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)形象(xiang)、自律形象(xiang)、能力形象(xiang),各科室(shi)和級(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)在全體(ti)教職工會議上(shang)提(ti)(ti)出自己的(de)(de)工作(zuo)承諾(nuo)和質(zhi)量(liang)指標承諾(nuo),讓全體(ti)教職工對領(ling)導(dao)(dao)分(fen)管的(de)(de)工作(zuo)進(jin)行監(jian)督。同(tong)時為了(le)加強管理(li)力度(du),學校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)實行包(bao)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)年級(ji)分(fen)工責(ze)任(ren)(ren)制、領(ling)導(dao)(dao)首問(wen)責(ze)任(ren)(ren)制,大(da)大(da)提(ti)(ti)高了(le)工作(zuo)落實力度(du)。干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)成員工作(zuo)熱(re)情(qing)高,精(jing)(jing)神狀態好,協同(tong)意識和同(tong)心進(jin)取(qu)的(de)(de)團隊(dui)精(jing)(jing)神得到(dao)進(jin)一步增強。
5、加強綜合管理,提高服務質量。學(xue)校工會、共青(qing)團、婦委會等群眾組織,在(zai)黨委領導下,相互支持(chi),共同合作(zuo)(zuo),為教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)出了很大(da)貢獻。
