蓬萊第(di)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)地處渤海(hai)、黃海(hai)之(zhi)濱(bin),與馳名中(zhong)(zhong)外的蓬萊閣(ge)相鄰,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建筑精美(mei),環境優雅,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文氣息濃郁,是煙臺市重點高中(zhong)(zhong),山東(dong)省(sheng)規范化學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地12萬(wan)平方米,總(zong)建筑面積(ji)達6萬(wan)多平方米,綠(lv)化面積(ji)2萬(wan)多平方米。現(xian)有在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)師(shi)371人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),其中(zhong)(zhong),在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)高級教(jiao)師(shi)55人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),一(yi)級教(jiao)師(shi)90人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。在(zai)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數近4000人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),70個(ge)班(ban)級。

4、加(jia)強(qiang)干部(bu)(bu)隊伍建設,提高管理質量。我們花大(da)氣力,狠抓(zhua)了干部(bu)(bu)隊伍建設,充分發(fa)揮領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)的(de)模(mo)范帶(dai)頭作用,取得了明顯成效(xiao)。其中(zhong)包括抓(zhua)干部(bu)(bu)隊伍的(de)思路(lu)創新、抓(zhua)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作落實(shi)、抓(zhua)班子的(de)團隊精(jing)神。通過請進(jin)(jin)來、走出(chu)去(qu)、摘發(fa)資料、集中(zhong)交(jiao)流等學習形(xing)式,提高干部(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作形(xing)象(xiang)、自律形(xing)象(xiang)、能力形(xing)象(xiang),各科室(shi)和(he)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)在全體教職工(gong)(gong)會議(yi)上提出(chu)自己的(de)工(gong)(gong)作承(cheng)諾和(he)質量指標承(cheng)諾,讓全體教職工(gong)(gong)對領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)分管的(de)工(gong)(gong)作進(jin)(jin)行監督。同(tong)時(shi)為了加(jia)強(qiang)管理力度,學校領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)實(shi)行包級(ji)部(bu)(bu)的(de)年級(ji)分工(gong)(gong)責(ze)任制、領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)首問(wen)責(ze)任制,大(da)大(da)提高了工(gong)(gong)作落實(shi)力度。干部(bu)(bu)成員工(gong)(gong)作熱情(qing)高,精(jing)神狀態(tai)好,協同(tong)意識和(he)同(tong)心進(jin)(jin)取的(de)團隊精(jing)神得到進(jin)(jin)一步增強(qiang)。
5、加(jia)強綜(zong)合管理,提(ti)高服務(wu)質量。學校工會、共青(qing)團、婦(fu)委會等群(qun)眾(zhong)組織,在黨委領(ling)導(dao)下(xia),相互支持,共同(tong)合作(zuo),為(wei)教育教學工作(zuo)做出(chu)了(le)很大貢獻。
