海陽四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是海陽市(shi)級高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。創建(jian)于(yu)1957年(nian),1979年(nian)被(bei)確定為縣(xian)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),原校(xiao)址(zhi)在小紀鎮駐地,2001年(nian)9月搬(ban)(ban)至東(dong)(dong)村(cun)原海陽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等職(zhi)業中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)址(zhi),2007年(nian)搬(ban)(ban)至原東(dong)(dong)村(cun)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)址(zhi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)投(tou)資千萬余元,改造(zao)了(le)餐廳,建(jian)造(zao)了(le)氣勢恢宏的(de)規范化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)大樓,另一座(zuo)綜合(he)實驗大樓正在緊鑼(luo)密鼓的(de)籌備建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);在強化(hua)標注化(hua)校(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)同(tong)時,積極(ji)引進的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)儀器,每(mei)個班(ban)級都配有多媒體教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)(she)(she)備,每(mei)個教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工都配有一臺辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)筆(bi)記本電腦(nao)。現如今擁有兩座(zuo)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓、一座(zuo)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)樓、一座(zuo)實驗樓、一座(zuo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生公(gong)(gong)寓(yu),一個標準田徑賽場和(he)籃球場,校(xiao)園(yuan)布局合(he)理,動靜分明,分為教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、生活、運(yun)動、綜合(he)服(fu)務四大區域;環境優(you)美,綠(lv)樹成蔭,花草遍地;整個校(xiao)園(yuan)宛如一幅優(you)美校(xiao)園(yuan)風情畫。
學(xue)校(xiao)堅持以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)研(yan)為(wei)先(xian)導,從改革課堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)入(ru)手(shou),不(bu)斷探索(suo)“減負增效(xiao)”、實施素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)路子(zi)。我校(xiao)是山(shan)東(dong)省“學(xue)生能(neng)力培養研(yan)究”實驗基地,承接了(le)多項(xiang)課題(ti)的(de)(de)研(yan)究任務;課題(ti)“學(xue)案導學(xue)、任務驅動法”獲(huo)得山(shan)東(dong)省基礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)研(yan)優(you)秀成(cheng)果一(yi)(yi)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)。自(zi)(zi)建(jian)校(xiao)以(yi)來,涌現一(yi)(yi)批(pi)國家、省、市(shi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能(neng)手(shou)和優(you)質課執教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)者(zhe)(zhe)。其中(zhong)有2人(ren)次(ci),10多人(ren)次(ci)獲(huo)省級(ji)(ji)(ji)獎(jiang),30多人(ren)次(ci)獲(huo)市(shi)一(yi)(yi)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育工作者(zhe)(zhe)、模范教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、師(shi)(shi)德標兵(bing)、優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、創新人(ren)物(wu)、名(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)長(chang)(chang)、名(ming)(ming)(ming)師(shi)(shi)和政府(fu)特(te)(te)殊(shu)津(jin)貼、有突(tu)出貢(gong)獻的(de)(de)優(you)秀人(ren)才等(deng)(deng)評(ping)選(xuan)中(zhong),有2位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受(shou)表(biao)彰(zhang),5位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受(shou)省級(ji)(ji)(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang),10余(yu)名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受(shou)地市(shi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)組織形式上(shang),實行(xing)班內分(fen)層次(ci)、全部(bu)學(xue)生導師(shi)(shi)制、特(te)(te)長(chang)(chang)生點(dian)(dian)對點(dian)(dian)輔(fu)導制、學(xue)困生手(shou)把手(shou)輔(fu)導制等(deng)(deng)多形式教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)。我校(xiao)自(zi)(zi)1993年以(yi)來,連(lian)續八(ba)次(ci)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)海陽市(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書育人(ren)單位”和海陽市(shi)“十佳文明(ming)學(xue)校(xiao)”;學(xue)校(xiao)黨支部(bu)連(lian)續七次(ci)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)海陽市(shi)“黨支部(bu)”。1993年被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育單位”“煙(yan)臺市(shi)基層組織”;1993年、1995年兩次(ci)榮獲(huo)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書育人(ren)單位”;1997年被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)黨支部(bu)”;高(gao)考(kao)本科(ke)上(shang)線率一(yi)(yi)直名(ming)(ming)(ming)列前茅(mao)。
海陽四中歷經半(ban)(ban)個(ge)世紀的風雨,半(ban)(ban)個(ge)世紀的磨(mo)礪,積(ji)淀形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)自己獨特的校(xiao)(xiao)園文化底蘊。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)堅持以(yi)(yi)“學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)展(zhan)為本,為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)才奠基(ji)”的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)理(li)念,以(yi)(yi)“厚(hou)德,博(bo)學(xue)(xue),尚美,篤行(xing)”為校(xiao)(xiao)訓,以(yi)(yi)“文明,樸(pu)實(shi),合(he)作,進取”為校(xiao)(xiao)風,以(yi)(yi)“博(bo)學(xue)(xue)樂教(jiao)(jiao),厚(hou)生(sheng)(sheng)善導”為教(jiao)(jiao)風,以(yi)(yi)“樂學(xue)(xue)善思,明理(li)強(qiang)能(neng)”為學(xue)(xue)風。早在(zai)八、九(jiu)十年代,四中人(ren)就以(yi)(yi)純(chun)樸(pu)的優良品質(zhi)和出色(se)的成(cheng)(cheng)績,成(cheng)(cheng)為山東基(ji)礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)育的一(yi)面(mian)旗幟(zhi)。時代雖已(yi)變遷,但純(chun)樸(pu)的品質(zhi)卻被四中人(ren)一(yi)以(yi)(yi)貫之地傳承了下(xia)來,并能(neng)融合(he)時代精神,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)優秀的校(xiao)(xiao)園文化。
自四(si)中(zhong)建校(xiao)(xiao)以來,海陽四(si)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)習實踐科學(xue)(xue)發(fa)展(zhan)觀,落(luo)實素質(zhi)教(jiao)育、落(luo)實課(ke)程(cheng)方案、規范(fan)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)行(xing)為。以“培養(yang)可(ke)持續(xu)發(fa)展(zhan)的學(xue)(xue)生,早就可(ke)持續(xu)勝任的教(jiao)師,創辦(ban)可(ke)持續(xu)攀高(gao)的學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),實施可(ke)持續(xu)提升(sheng)的教(jiao)育”為辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)宗旨,牢固樹立大(da)安全觀和大(da)質(zhi)量(liang)觀,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)工作逐(zhu)步走上(shang)規范(fan)化(hua)、精(jing)細化(hua)、人(ren)文化(hua)軌道,內部(bu)發(fa)展(zhan)潛力得到(dao)深入挖掘。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實行(xing)扁平化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,把全校(xiao)(xiao)分為南北兩(liang)部(bu),每部(bu)各(ge)有(you)三級(ji),縮(suo)短管(guan)(guan)理(li)鏈(lian)條,做(zuo)到(dao)“人(ren)人(ren)都(dou)管(guan)(guan)事(shi),事(shi)事(shi)有(you)人(ren)管(guan)(guan)”,同一級(ji)部(bu)一分為二,合作中(zhong)有(you)競爭(zheng),極大(da)調動了廣大(da)教(jiao)師的積極性,提高(gao)了管(guan)(guan)理(li)質(zhi)量(liang)。
