舟山連島工程金塘大橋項目位于舟山金塘島與寧波鎮海間的灰鱉洋海域,起點為金塘小嶺(K28+957),在客運碼頭南約200m下海,跨越瀝港水道、灰鱉洋,然后南偏前進至寧波鎮海,于新泓口閘西北側登陸前行,上跨鎮海測新海塘、鎮海測老海塘(規劃化工區主干道),斜交莊俞路并沿莊俞路中心線向前延伸,終點位于老海塘西側426m(K49+977)。大橋長21.020千米,建設規模巨大,氣象、水文、地形、地質條件復雜,風大浪急,橋位于海洋環境中,受海水侵蝕的問題突出,因而對橋梁建設要求高,施工難度大。

金(jin)(jin)塘大橋(qiao)(qiao)包含主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔橋(qiao)(qiao)、東通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔橋(qiao)(qiao)、西通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔橋(qiao)(qiao)、非通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔橋(qiao)(qiao)、淺水區引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)、金(jin)(jin)塘側引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)、鎮海側引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao),大橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)21.020km,建設規模巨大,氣象、水文、地形(xing)、地質條件復雜(za),橋(qiao)(qiao)位處于海洋環(huan)境(jing)中,受海水侵蝕的問(wen)題突出。主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔為主(zhu)(zhu)跨620m五(wu)跨鋼(gang)箱(xiang)梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),其它為整孔吊裝、懸臂(bei)澆(jiao)筑或整孔支(zhi)架及移動模架現澆(jiao)的預應力混凝(ning)土連續(xu)(xu)剛構及連續(xu)(xu)橋(qiao)(qiao),下部(bu)主(zhu)(zhu)要采用鋼(gang)管樁和鉆孔灌注樁、現澆(jiao)墩(dun)身和預制墩(dun)身結構。

金塘大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)于(yu)06年(nian)4月(yue)(yue)動(dong)工興建(jian),總(zong)投資77億元,定于(yu)2009年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)22日正式(shi)通(tong)車(che),貨輪擦碰(peng)致(zhi)舟(zhou)山跨海大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)延遲通(tong)車(che),是舟(zhou)山大(da)(da)(da)陸連島(dao)工程五座主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)中最長(chang)的一座,也是繼青(qing)島(dao)膠州(zhou)灣大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、杭州(zhou)灣跨海大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、東(dong)海大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)之后中國第四(si)長(chang)的跨海大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。

建筑設計

大(da)(da)橋(qiao)長(chang)21.020千米,建(jian)設規模巨大(da)(da),氣象、水文、地形、地質條件(jian)復(fu)雜,風大(da)(da)浪急,橋(qiao)位于海(hai)(hai)洋環境(jing)中(zhong),受(shou)海(hai)(hai)水侵蝕(shi)的問(wen)題(ti)突出(chu),因而對橋(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)建(jian)設要(yao)求高(gao)(gao),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度大(da)(da)。具體表(biao)現為:大(da)(da)橋(qiao)防(fang)撞等級要(yao)求很高(gao)(gao),找出(chu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)合(he)理的防(fang)撞方案非(fei)常關鍵;施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)需(xu)要(yao)解(jie)決(jue)懸臂抗風穩定性的問(wen)題(ti),需(xu)作(zuo)大(da)(da)量科研和論證;大(da)(da)橋(qiao)非(fei)通航孔橋(qiao)共需(xu)470片60米的預(yu)制(zhi)箱梁(liang)(liang),每片箱梁(liang)(liang)自重1575噸(dun),制(zhi)作(zuo)要(yao)求高(gao)(gao)、難(nan)度大(da)(da)。為解(jie)決(jue)制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的人(ren)員、物資(zi)(zi)、機械組織配合(he)和海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)耐久性混凝土配合(he)比等一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列技術(shu)難(nan)題(ti),掌握(wo)第一(yi)(yi)手施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)料和技術(shu)數據(ju),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位在正式預(yu)制(zhi)前先制(zhi)作(zuo)了兩片節段梁(liang)(liang)進(jin)行箱梁(liang)(liang)預(yu)制(zhi)模擬(ni)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)試(shi)驗(yan),然后根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)得出(chu)的各項(xiang)數據(ju)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步完善施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。

大(da)(da)體積混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)容易產生(sheng)裂(lie)(lie)縫,這是橋(qiao)梁施工(gong)中的(de)世界(jie)性難(nan)題(ti)(ti)。迄今(jin)為(wei)止,國(guo)內大(da)(da)部分制(zhi)(zhi)梁場的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作都是靠人工(gong)來完成的(de),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)誤(wu)差大(da)(da),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)箱梁的(de)高質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)很難(nan)保證(zheng)。金(jin)塘制(zhi)(zhi)梁場創新地(di)采(cai)用(yong)“大(da)(da)范圍多點測(ce)量(liang)(liang)、分段(duan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)”的(de)方法,將整個箱梁分為(wei)4段(duan)進(jin)行(xing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),每(mei)段(duan)在不同側面各(ge)安裝一(yi)個數(shu)字(zi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度傳感器(qi),對應于每(mei)個傳感器(qi)安裝一(yi)組蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)出口,使用(yong)電(dian)動(dong)閥進(jin)行(xing)反(fan)饋控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),這樣每(mei)一(yi)片混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)箱梁就(jiu)有(you)8個測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)點和8個控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回路,相對接近實(shi)際的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度分布情況。同時(shi),采(cai)用(yong)微機自動(dong)化技術控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)養護的(de)全過程,較(jiao)好地(di)解(jie)決了(le)海工(gong)耐久混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)薄(bo)壁箱梁的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)早期開裂(lie)(lie)問題(ti)(ti),使大(da)(da)型(xing)預制(zhi)(zhi)箱梁的(de)施工(gong)技術水平和質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)得到(dao)進(jin)一(yi)步提升(sheng)。

建設者根(gen)據預制梁場布置及使用要求,與國內橋(qiao)梁機械設備制造公司聯合研制開發了兩臺可(ke)橫跨3片梁、聯合作業的(de)DLT900t輪胎式搬(ban)運(yun)機,可(ke)以在(zai)預制場內以直行(xing)(xing)、斜行(xing)(xing)和橫行(xing)(xing)等(deng)多種運(yun)行(xing)(xing)模式完成箱梁的(de)起吊、臺座間的(de)轉移以及裝船等(deng)工作。這一(yi)擁(yong)有自主知識產權的(de)國內當時最大跨度、最大噸位的(de)兩機同步聯動搬(ban)運(yun)機,把(ba)大型(xing)構件陸上移運(yun)技術(shu)推上了一(yi)個新高度。

金(jin)塘大(da)橋所處的(de)(de)海(hai)域是船舶進出寧波北侖等港口的(de)(de)重要國際航(hang)道(dao)和錨地,航(hang)運繁忙(mang)。為(wei)此,指揮部專門開展了金(jin)塘大(da)橋橋墩及(ji)基(ji)礎防(fang)船舶撞(zhuang)擊及(ji)設施(shi)研究(jiu)工(gong)作(zuo)。據(ju)介(jie)紹(shao),金(jin)塘大(da)橋的(de)(de)兩座(zuo)主通航(hang)孔橋索塔(ta)高210米,索塔(ta)承臺以(yi)自身抗撞(zhuang)為(wei)主,利用鋼(gang)套箱(xiang)(xiang)防(fang)護,以(yi)確保萬(wan)無(wu)一失。而單個雙壁防(fang)撞(zhuang)鋼(gang)套箱(xiang)(xiang)就有半(ban)個足(zu)球場那么大(da),重1600噸,采用陸上(shang)制(zhi)作(zuo)、浮平臺上(shang)拼裝、海(hai)上(shang)整體吊裝的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)方法(fa)。

建設沿革

浙江省舟山連島工程建設指揮部:你部《關于申請設置金塘大橋航標的的函》(浙舟連指函〔2009〕1號)已收悉。為保障金塘大橋和過往船舶的航行安全,按照交通部海事局2007年8月頒布的《中國海區可航行水域橋梁助航標志(試行)》和《關于實施<中國海區可航行水域橋梁助航標志>(試行)的指(zhi)導(dao)意見》(海航測〔2008〕345號)的規定以及其它有關標準(zhun),結合金(jin)塘大橋附(fu)近水域和通航實際情(qing)況,經(jing)審查,現(xian)批復如下:

一(yi)、金塘大橋通(tong)航(hang)孔航(hang)道航(hang)標

1.主通(tong)航(hang)孔航(hang)道(dao)橋區水上助航(hang)標(biao)(biao)志同意(yi)在(zai)主通(tong)航(hang)孔航(hang)道(dao)共設置11座(zuo)(zuo)助航(hang)標(biao)(biao)志,其(qi)中(zhong)φ3.0米(mi)的(de)側面標(biao)(biao)燈(deng)浮8座(zuo)(zuo)(金(jin)(jin)塘大(da)(da)橋102號——109號),采用同步閃光(guang),燈(deng)質均為閃4秒(miao),φ3.0米(mi)的(de)安全水域標(biao)(biao)燈(deng)浮1座(zuo)(zuo)(金(jin)(jin)塘大(da)(da)橋101號),AIS航(hang)標(biao)(biao)2座(zuo)(zuo)(金(jin)(jin)塘大(da)(da)橋101號、109號)。

2.西通航(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)道橋(qiao)區水上助航(hang)(hang)(hang)標志同意在西通航(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)道設置8座(zuo)φ2.4米(mi)的側(ce)面(mian)標燈浮(金塘大橋(qiao)201號(hao)——208號(hao)),采用同步閃光(guang),燈質均為閃(2)6秒。

3.同(tong)意(yi)(yi)東通航孔航道不(bu)設置橋(qiao)區水(shui)(shui)上助航標志。4.技(ji)術參數(shu)和設備配置同(tong)意(yi)(yi)燈浮(fu)(fu)選(xuan)用深(shen)水(shui)(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標,選(xuan)用LED航標燈器(qi),燈光射程不(bu)小(xiao)于3海(hai)里,配置無(wu)源雷達反射器(qi),采用太陽能電(dian)源系統(tong)(tong)(tong)供電(dian)。Φ3.0米深(shen)水(shui)(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標錨系系統(tong)(tong)(tong)采用φ42馬(ma)鞍鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)1節、φ42短鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)1節、φ42半鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)1節、φ42長鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)2節、砼沉石5噸(dun);Φ2.4米深(shen)水(shui)(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標錨系系統(tong)(tong)(tong)采用φ38馬(ma)鞍鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)1節、φ38短鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)1節、φ38長鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)2節、砼沉石5噸(dun)。浮(fu)(fu)身采用多(duo)水(shui)(shui)密隔艙和橡膠護墊(dian)抗撞。AIS航標分別(bie)設置于金塘大橋(qiao)101號和109號燈浮(fu)(fu)上,MMSI分別(bie)為999412302和999412303,自主(zhu)連續發射模式,播發間隔為3分鐘。

二、金(jin)塘大橋(qiao)通(tong)航(hang)孔橋(qiao)梁標(biao)志

2.雷達應(ying)答器(qi)同(tong)意在主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)航(hang)孔(kong)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁主(zhu)(zhu)跨、并且在通(tong)(tong)航(hang)水域凈寬544米(mi)中(zhong)心(xin)點的橋(qiao)(qiao)梁中(zhong)心(xin)位置設(she)(she)置一座雷達應(ying)答器(qi)(金塘(tang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)110號(hao)),工(gong)作波(bo)段選用X波(bo)段,編碼為莫爾斯Q(— —·—),作用距離5海(hai)里。3.橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示航(hang)標同(tong)意在主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)航(hang)孔(kong)兩(liang)座橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)下平臺上(shang)(shang)下游兩(liang)側(ce)各設(she)(she)置一座橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示航(hang)標(金塘(tang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)111號(hao)——114號(hao)),在主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)航(hang)孔(kong)兩(liang)側(ce)邊孔(kong)防撞墩(dun)(dun)(dun)上(shang)(shang)設(she)(she)置四座橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示航(hang)標(金塘(tang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)115號(hao)——118號(hao));西、東通(tong)(tong)航(hang)孔(kong)二座橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)下平臺上(shang)(shang)下游兩(liang)側(ce)各設(she)(she)置一座橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示航(hang)標(金塘(tang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)209號(hao)——212號(hao)、301號(hao)——304號(hao))。所(suo)有橋(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示航(hang)標采用圓(yuan)柱(zhu)體(ti)鋼結(jie)構材料,高度6.9米(mi),直(zhi)徑1.0米(mi),標身(shen)貼3M工(gong)程(cheng)反(fan)光(guang)(guang)膜,黃(huang)紅(hong)黃(huang)橫(heng)紋相(xiang)間。燈器(qi)采用LED燈器(qi),射程(cheng)3海(hai)里,連續(xu)快閃黃(huang)光(guang)(guang),全(quan)部實行同(tong)步(bu)閃光(guang)(guang),采用太陽能(neng)系統(tong)供電。

三、金塘大橋非通航區域警示航標

1.非(fei)通(tong)航區域水上助航標志(zhi)為(wei)了防止船舶穿越(yue)金塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)非(fei)通(tong)航橋(qiao)孔,同(tong)意在沿(yan)大(da)橋(qiao)走向隔(ge)713~1852米,同(tong)時距離橋(qiao)軸線1000米的非(fei)通(tong)航橋(qiao)孔上、下(xia)游水域,設置φ2.4米燈(deng)浮21座(zuo)(金塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)400號——420號),標志(zhi)性質為(wei)禁(jin)航標志(zhi),燈(deng)質為(wei)莫(mo)爾斯(P)黃12秒(miao),采用同(tong)步閃(shan)光。

2.技術參數和設備配置同通航(hang)孔(kong)航(hang)道燈浮標。

四、金(jin)塘大橋水域(通航孔)航標(biao)遙(yao)測(ce)(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)同(tong)意所(suo)有航標(biao)設置(zhi)航標(biao)遙(yao)測(ce)(ce)終端,接入寧波航標(biao)處(chu)監測(ce)(ce)中心和轉給大橋維護(hu)管理單位,航標(biao)遙(yao)測(ce)(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)應(ying)具有工況告(gao)警功能(neng)。航標(biao)遙(yao)測(ce)(ce)遙(yao)控應(ying)符合交通部海事局頒布的相關技術(shu)規范。

五、航標(biao)設(she)備(bei)(bei)備(bei)(bei)品為(wei)便(bian)利航標(biao)日(ri)常(chang)維護(hu),持續保持航標(biao)工作(zuo)正常(chang),同意所(suo)有的航標(biao)設(she)備(bei)(bei)備(bei)(bei)有30%的備(bei)(bei)品。

六、有關要求

1.請(qing)你部在接(jie)文后到我局(ju)寧(ning)波(bo)航標處(chu)辦(ban)理有關設置手續。

2.所采用(yong)的技術和設備(bei)器材均(jun)應符(fu)合相(xiang)關技術規(gui)范要(yao)求(qiu),所設固(gu)定標(biao)志公布位置要(yao)以竣工(gong)后的實際測量位置為準。

3.所(suo)設航標須經我局(ju)對其工作(zuo)效能(neng)驗收合格后方可正式投(tou)入使用。

4.為保障大橋和(he)過往船舶安全(quan),建議你部組織印制大橋和(he)助(zhu)航(hang)標志宣(xuan)傳資料,通過各種渠道廣泛宣(xuan)傳。

5.你部(bu)應委托具備維護能力的單位(wei)對(dui)所(suo)設(she)標(biao)志進行維護保養,對(dui)航(hang)標(biao)設(she)備進行周期養護,以保證其處于良好的使(shi)用狀態,并接受我局對(dui)所(suo)設(she)置航(hang)標(biao)的監督檢查。
