簡介
洪(hong)江(jiang)水(shui)電站位(wei)于湖(hu)南省懷化地區(qu)沅(yuan)水(shui)干流(liu)中上游河段,是沅(yuan)水(shui)干流(liu)開發(fa)規劃(hua)中的重(zhong)要梯級(ji)工程,沅(yuan)水(shui)梯級(ji)開發(fa)的第8級(ji)電站,上距洪(hong)江(jiang)市(shi)21km,下距洪(hong)江(jiang)區(qu)4.5km。
工程以發電(dian)(dian)為主,兼(jian)顧航(hang)運(yun)(yun)、灌溉等綜合效益。壩(ba)址以上(shang)控制流域面(mian)積35500平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公(gong)里,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)流量705立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)年(nian)(nian)(nian)徑流量222億立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)。水(shui)庫(ku)總庫(ku)容3.2億立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),正常蓄水(shui)位(wei)190.00m,汛限水(shui)位(wei)187.00m,調(diao)節庫(ku)容0.75億立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),屬周(zhou)調(diao)節水(shui)庫(ku)。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機(ji)6臺(tai),總容量270MW,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)發電(dian)(dian)量9.7億kW·h。船(chuan)閘設計年(nian)(nian)(nian)過壩(ba)貨運(yun)(yun)量80萬t、木材運(yun)(yun)量25萬立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)。從水(shui)庫(ku)引水(shui)4.08立(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,灌溉農田3333公(gong)頃。
建筑
電站樞紐建筑物從(cong)右(you)至左(zuo)依(yi)次為(wei)(wei)(wei):右(you)岸(an)(an)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、船閘、溢流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、河(he)床(chuang)式(shi)廠(chang)房(fang)和(he)左(zuo)岸(an)(an)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(包(bao)括灌溉取水(shui)口),共22個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程196.50m,全長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)469.65m。右(you)岸(an)(an)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)40.8m,分(fen)(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1號(hao)(hao)(hao)、2號(hao)(hao)(hao)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)(kuan)分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8m、11m,最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)32.5m。左(zuo)岸(an)(an)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)73.1m,分(fen)(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)20號(hao)(hao)(hao)~22號(hao)(hao)(hao)3個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)(kuan)11m,最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)56m。溢流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在河(he)床(chuang)中部,共10個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(4號(hao)(hao)(hao)~13號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)),布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)9孔(kong)開敞式(shi)溢流堰,每孔(kong)凈寬(kuan)(kuan)19m,總(zong)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)225.75m。堰型為(wei)(wei)(wei)WES實用(yong)堰,堰頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程174.00m,設置(zhi)弧形工作門和(he)檢修平(ping)板門。采用(yong)底流消能,消力(li)池由中導墻(qiang)隔為(wei)(wei)(wei)左(zuo)、右(you)消力(li)池。尾(wei)(wei)坎(kan)采用(yong)差動式(shi),左(zuo)、右(you)消力(li)池尾(wei)(wei)坎(kan)高(gao)、低坎(kan)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)166.00m、164.00m和(he)167.00m、165.00m。廠(chang)房(fang)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在河(he)床(chuang)左(zuo)側主河(he)槽,統編為(wei)(wei)(wei)6個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(14號(hao)(hao)(hao)~19號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan))。主廠(chang)房(fang)左(zuo)側和(he)下(xia)游(you)側分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)設有安(an)裝場(chang)和(he)副廠(chang)房(fang),安(an)裝場(chang)上(shang)游(you)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)副廠(chang)房(fang),下(xia)游(you)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)開關站。廠(chang)房(fang)下(xia)游(you)設頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程為(wei)(wei)(wei)187.50m的(de)(de)防洪墻(qiang)。廠(chang)內安(an)裝5臺(tai)單機容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)45MW的(de)(de)貫(guan)流式(shi)水(shui)輪發(fa)電機組。船閘位于右(you)岸(an)(an)階地,統編為(wei)(wei)(wei)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),為(wei)(wei)(wei)Ⅴ級(ji)航道、二級(ji)船閘,閘室有效尺寸80.0m×12.0m×2.0m(長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)×寬(kuan)(kuan)×檻上(shang)水(shui)深)。船閘從(cong)上(shang)至下(xia)依(yi)次為(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)游(you)引航道、上(shang)閘首、一閘室、中閘首、二閘室、下(xia)閘首和(he)下(xia)游(you)引航道,總(zong)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)678.5m。
監控
洪(hong)江水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)計(ji)算機監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統設計(ji)標準是建成安(an)全、可靠(kao)、經濟、實用的全分布全開放的計(ji)算機監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統。整個系(xi)(xi)統技術(shu)性(xing)能、指標達到或超(chao)過《水(shui)(shui)電廠計(ji)算機監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統基本技術(shu)條件》DL/T578-95標準的規(gui)定。
洪(hong)江水電站(zhan)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機監控(kong)系(xi)統由ABB公司中(zhong)標,采用ABBAdvantOCS系(xi)統,該系(xi)統集成了國外較(jiao)新計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機軟(ruan)硬件產品(pin)、網絡(luo)技(ji)術和實時工業控(kong)制(zhi)產品(pin),在水電站(zhan)自動控(kong)制(zhi)領域有(you)著(zhu)廣泛的(de)應用,系(xi)統較(jiao)為成熟,具有(you)良好的(de)可(ke)靠性。
中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)(suo)通過(guo)與ABB公(gong)司合(he)作的方式共同完成(cheng)該項目(mu)。ABB公(gong)司提(ti)供計算機(ji)監控系(xi)統(tong)的基本平臺,系(xi)統(tong)集成(cheng)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院完成(cheng),應用(yong)(yong)軟件、高(gao)級應用(yong)(yong)采用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)(suo)開發的H9000系(xi)統(tong)。2013年中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)(suo)采用(yong)(yong)H9000V4.0系(xi)統(tong)更新了(le)全廠計算機(ji)監控系(xi)統(tong)。
洪江水電站計算機監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)實施該工程后,形成一個完(wan)整的開放網絡型(xing)分層分布的電站實時(shi)閉環過(guo)程控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong),通(tong)過(guo)計算機監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)實現電站的集中監(jian)控(kong)(kong),現地無人值班(少(shao)人值守)。
