簡介
洪江水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)位于(yu)湖南省懷化(hua)地區(qu)沅水(shui)(shui)(shui)干流(liu)中上(shang)(shang)游河段(duan),是沅水(shui)(shui)(shui)干流(liu)開(kai)發規劃中的重要梯(ti)級(ji)工程,沅水(shui)(shui)(shui)梯(ti)級(ji)開(kai)發的第8級(ji)電(dian)站(zhan),上(shang)(shang)距(ju)洪江市21km,下距(ju)洪江區(qu)4.5km。
工程以發電(dian)為主(zhu),兼顧航運(yun)、灌溉等綜合效益。壩址以上控制流域面積35500平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公(gong)里(li),多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均流量705立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均年(nian)徑流量222億(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)總(zong)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容3.2億(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)190.00m,汛限水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)187.00m,調節庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容0.75億(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),屬周調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)。電(dian)站裝機6臺,總(zong)容量270MW,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均發電(dian)量9.7億(yi)kW·h。船閘設計年(nian)過壩貨運(yun)量80萬(wan)t、木材(cai)運(yun)量25萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)。從水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)4.08立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,灌溉農田3333公(gong)頃。
建筑
電站樞紐建筑物從右(you)至左(zuo)(zuo)依次為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei):右(you)岸混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、船(chuan)閘(zha)、溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、河床(chuang)式(shi)廠(chang)房(fang)和(he)(he)左(zuo)(zuo)岸混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(包括灌溉取水口),共22個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)程(cheng)196.50m,全長(chang)469.65m。右(you)岸混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)40.8m,分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1號、2號兩個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)分(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8m、11m,最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)32.5m。左(zuo)(zuo)岸混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)73.1m,分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)20號~22號3個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)頂寬(kuan)11m,最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)56m。溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)布置在河床(chuang)中(zhong)部,共10個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)(4號~13號壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)),布置9孔(kong)開(kai)敞式(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)堰,每(mei)孔(kong)凈(jing)寬(kuan)19m,總長(chang)225.75m。堰型為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)WES實(shi)用(yong)堰,堰頂高(gao)程(cheng)174.00m,設置弧形工作門(men)(men)和(he)(he)檢(jian)修平板門(men)(men)。采(cai)用(yong)底(di)流(liu)(liu)(liu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)能,消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)力(li)(li)池(chi)由中(zhong)導墻隔為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)力(li)(li)池(chi)。尾(wei)坎采(cai)用(yong)差(cha)動式(shi),左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)力(li)(li)池(chi)尾(wei)坎高(gao)、低坎頂高(gao)程(cheng)分(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)166.00m、164.00m和(he)(he)167.00m、165.00m。廠(chang)房(fang)布置在河床(chuang)左(zuo)(zuo)側(ce)主河槽,統編(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)6個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)(14號~19號壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan))。主廠(chang)房(fang)左(zuo)(zuo)側(ce)和(he)(he)下(xia)游側(ce)分(fen)別(bie)設有安裝(zhuang)場和(he)(he)副廠(chang)房(fang),安裝(zhuang)場上(shang)(shang)游布置副廠(chang)房(fang),下(xia)游布置開(kai)關站。廠(chang)房(fang)下(xia)游設頂高(gao)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)187.50m的(de)防(fang)洪墻。廠(chang)內安裝(zhuang)5臺單機(ji)容(rong)量為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)45MW的(de)貫流(liu)(liu)(liu)式(shi)水輪發(fa)電機(ji)組。船(chuan)閘(zha)位于(yu)右(you)岸階地,統編(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)3號壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)Ⅴ級航道、二級船(chuan)閘(zha),閘(zha)室(shi)有效尺寸(cun)80.0m×12.0m×2.0m(長(chang)×寬(kuan)×檻(jian)上(shang)(shang)水深)。船(chuan)閘(zha)從上(shang)(shang)至下(xia)依次為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)(shang)游引航道、上(shang)(shang)閘(zha)首、一(yi)閘(zha)室(shi)、中(zhong)閘(zha)首、二閘(zha)室(shi)、下(xia)閘(zha)首和(he)(he)下(xia)游引航道,總長(chang)678.5m。
監控
洪江水電站(zhan)計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統設計(ji)標準是建(jian)成安全、可靠、經濟、實用的全分布全開放的計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統。整(zheng)個系統技術性能、指(zhi)標達到或超過(guo)《水電廠(chang)計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統基(ji)本技術條件》DL/T578-95標準的規定。
洪(hong)江(jiang)水(shui)電(dian)站計算機監控系(xi)統由ABB公(gong)司中標,采用ABBAdvantOCS系(xi)統,該系(xi)統集(ji)成了國外較(jiao)新計算機軟硬件(jian)產品、網絡技術和實時工業控制(zhi)(zhi)產品,在水(shui)電(dian)站自(zi)動控制(zhi)(zhi)領域有著(zhu)廣(guang)泛的(de)應(ying)用,系(xi)統較(jiao)為成熟(shu),具有良(liang)好的(de)可靠性。
中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)學研(yan)究院自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化研(yan)究所(suo)通過與ABB公(gong)(gong)司合(he)作的(de)方式共同(tong)完成(cheng)該項目。ABB公(gong)(gong)司提(ti)供計算(suan)機監控系統(tong)(tong)的(de)基本平臺,系統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng)、研(yan)制由中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)學研(yan)究院完成(cheng),應用(yong)(yong)(yong)軟件、高級應用(yong)(yong)(yong)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)學研(yan)究院自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化研(yan)究所(suo)開發(fa)的(de)H9000系統(tong)(tong)。2013年中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)學研(yan)究院自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化研(yan)究所(suo)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)H9000V4.0系統(tong)(tong)更(geng)新了全廠計算(suan)機監控系統(tong)(tong)。
洪江水電(dian)站計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)實施該工(gong)程(cheng)后,形成一個完整的(de)開放網絡(luo)型分層分布的(de)電(dian)站實時閉(bi)環過(guo)程(cheng)控(kong)制系統(tong),通過(guo)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)實現電(dian)站的(de)集中監(jian)控(kong),現地無人(ren)值班(ban)(少人(ren)值守)。
