百老(lao)匯的(de)成立,源自(zi)創辦(ban)人– 李波(bo)先生(sheng)將(jiang)新(xin)科技(ji)普及化的(de)熱誠(cheng)。于50年(nian)代(dai),攝影(ying)屬當時一種(zhong)非常昂貴的(de)玩意,而作(zuo)為攝影(ying)師的(de)李波(bo)先生(sheng)便于1949年(nian)在(zai)旺角彌敦道開設(she)店(dian)鋪,提供(gong)售賣菲林、出租相(xiang)機及相(xiang)片(pian)沖矖服務,其后在(zai)旺角山(shan)東街創辦(ban)了(le)百老(lao)匯,讓大眾有機會體(ti)驗科技(ji)所帶來的(de)生(sheng)活趣(qu)味(wei)。
及(ji)(ji)至(zhi)70年代,攝(she)影(ying)及(ji)(ji)影(ying)音器(qi)(qi)材(cai)日(ri)漸(jian)普及(ji)(ji),百(bai)(bai)老(lao)匯(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)服務(wu)漸(jian)趨多(duo)(duo)元化,逐漸(jian)轉(zhuan)型(xing)為售(shou)賣相(xiang)機、菲林(lin)及(ji)(ji)影(ying)音產品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)門(men)店,并于1975年正式注冊成(cheng)(cheng)立「百(bai)(bai)老(lao)匯(hui)(hui)攝(she)影(ying)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)有(you)限公司」。自此(ci)起(qi),百(bai)(bai)老(lao)匯(hui)(hui)認為科(ke)(ke)技發展(zhan)日(ri)新(xin)月異(yi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品勢必成(cheng)(cheng)為大家生(sheng)活上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)必需品,因此(ci)便(bian)積(ji)極(ji)拓(tuo)展(zhan)其業(ye)務(wu)范(fan)疇(chou),由攝(she)影(ying)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)專(zhuan)門(men)店發展(zhan)至(zhi)多(duo)(duo)元化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數碼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)零(ling)售(shou)業(ye)務(wu)。隨著時(shi)代變遷(qian),層(ceng)出不(bu)窮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品不(bu)斷(duan)影(ying)響著我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)活模(mo)式,顧客(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求亦不(bu)斷(duan)轉(zhuan)變,而(er)百(bai)(bai)老(lao)匯(hui)(hui)亦同(tong)步(bu)演(yan)變,已經成(cheng)(cheng)為香港(gang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一站式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)零(ling)售(shou)連鎖店,至(zhi)今擁有(you)約30間門(men)市,聘用1千多(duo)(duo)名員工。百(bai)(bai)老(lao)匯(hui)(hui)時(shi)刻本著「勇(yong)敢嘗(chang)試,不(bu)斷(duan)創(chuang)新(xin)」的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精神,積(ji)極(ji)引入各式嶄新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數碼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品,配(pei)合不(bu)斷(duan)提升的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)零(ling)售(shou)服務(wu)和時(shi)尚(shang)購物(wu)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan),特設「購物(wu)保障(zhang),十天(tian)更換」及(ji)(ji)「電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)腦(nao)化留貨(huo)服務(wu)」,讓顧客(ke)時(shi)刻與科(ke)(ke)技潮(chao)流緊密連系,體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)科(ke)(ke)技如何提升我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)活享受,令生(sheng)活更添樂趣(qu)。
