集團公(gong)司(si)投資(zi)(zi)1.5億元,建成了(le)(le)占地50畝(mu)、建筑總面積2萬平(ping)方米的(de)(de)(de)大型蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)廠,新建了(le)(le)生(sheng)(sheng)鮮(xian)蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、脫(tuo)水蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、蜜餞(jian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)三條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線,于2012年8月正(zheng)(zheng)式投產(chan),具備(bei)了(le)(le)自動化(hua)(hua)分揀、清洗、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、包裝流水作業的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能力。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)步入正(zheng)(zheng)軌后,三條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線每年可加(jia)工(gong)(gong)優質無公(gong)害蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)10萬噸,實現(xian)銷(xiao)售收入1.5億元。同(tong)時,公(gong)司(si)還建成了(le)(le)8000平(ping)方米的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)庫(ku)和低溫加(jia)工(gong)(gong)車間,購(gou)置(zhi)了(le)(le)冷(leng)(leng)藏(zang)車,形成了(le)(le)一套完整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)鏈物流體系。公(gong)司(si)對火燒(shao)坪鄉的(de)(de)(de)37家(jia)冷(leng)(leng)庫(ku)進行了(le)(le)資(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合,蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)冷(leng)(leng)庫(ku)已(yi)具有47000立(li)方米的(de)(de)(de)庫(ku)容(rong)量(liang),可年冷(leng)(leng)藏(zang)30萬噸高山(shan)蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)。公(gong)司(si)今年的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)目前(qian)主要(yao)是以鮮(xian)菜(cai)(cai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、銷(xiao)售為主,脫(tuo)水蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)已(yi)經拿到了(le)(le)訂單,正(zheng)(zheng)在組織采購(gou)原材料,馬上就要(yao)投入生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。
目前“火(huo)燒坪(ping)”高(gao)山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)面積已(yi)達(da)到50多(duo)(duo)萬畝,年(nian)產量100多(duo)(duo)萬噸,蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)年(nian)綜合(he)(he)產值達(da)10多(duo)(duo)億元(yuan)。其中,經集團公(gong)司(si)(si)實行質(zhi)量控管的(de)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)面積已(yi)達(da)10余(yu)萬畝,經營(ying)范圍覆蓋到長陽火(huo)燒坪(ping)及(ji)其周(zhou)邊的(de)五個(ge)鄉鎮,年(nian)產白(bai)(bai)蘿(luo)卜、大白(bai)(bai)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)、結(jie)(jie)球甘(gan)藍(lan)、辣椒(jiao)(jiao)、番茄、四季豆等(deng)各種(zhong)優質(zhi)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)30多(duo)(duo)萬噸。公(gong)司(si)(si)組建(jian)(jian)了4家高(gao)山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)農民專(zhuan)業合(he)(he)作社,與10多(duo)(duo)個(ge)專(zhuan)業合(he)(he)作社簽(qian)訂(ding)了戰略合(he)(he)作協議(yi)。公(gong)司(si)(si)貼近市場(chang)需求,引(yin)進(jin)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)新品(pin)(pin)種(zhong),建(jian)(jian)立(li)“有機蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”基(ji)地,建(jian)(jian)設出口備(bei)案(an)基(ji)地,引(yin)導并(bing)帶動(dong)當(dang)地農戶(hu)調整種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)結(jie)(jie)構,不斷豐富(fu)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)種(zhong)類、提(ti)高(gao)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)檔次(ci),努(nu)力實現(xian)增(zeng)產增(zeng)收,促進(jin)了地方經濟發展。公(gong)司(si)(si)今年(nian)還在賀(he)家坪(ping)鎮紫(zi)(zi)臺(tai)、青崗坪(ping)等(deng)地建(jian)(jian)立(li)了高(gao)山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)示范基(ji)地,種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)了 娃娃菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)、圣女(nv)果、甜椒(jiao)(jiao)、 天津青、夏陽白(bai)(bai)、紫(zi)(zi)甘(gan)藍(lan)、水果黃瓜、生菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)、精(jing)品(pin)(pin)小南瓜等(deng)30多(duo)(duo)個(ge)新品(pin)(pin)種(zhong),這(zhe)些品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)引(yin)種(zhong)成(cheng)功后,可以在全縣的(de)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)基(ji)地大面積推廣。
