上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)成(cheng)立于1992年7月,前身為上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),1998年改制成(cheng)立有(you)限(xian)責(ze)任公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),由原(yuan)信(xin)息產業(ye)部和(he)上(shang)海市人民(min)政(zheng)府共同組(zu)建,承(cheng)擔“國(guo)家軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)產業(ye)基(ji)(ji)地”、“國(guo)家軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)出口基(ji)(ji)地”——上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區規劃建設(she)、經營(ying)管(guan)理和(he)產業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)重要任務(wu),是(shi)上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)的(de)(de)主(zhu)體(ti)。2007年,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)啟(qi)動(dong)進(jin)入資本市場(chang)工作,進(jin)行了股(gu)份(fen)制改造,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)成(cheng)功地召開(kai)了股(gu)份(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)創(chuang)立大(da)會(hui)與股(gu)東(dong)(dong)大(da)會(hui),改制成(cheng)立了上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)。在各級政(zheng)府和(he)股(gu)東(dong)(dong)單位的(de)(de)支持下,上(shang)海浦(pu)(pu)東(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)以滾動(dong)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)(de)模(mo)式先后(hou)打造了郭守敬園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、祖(zu)沖之園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、三(san)林(lin)世博園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、昆山(shan)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、三(san)林(lin)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區優異(yi)的(de)(de)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)研(yan)發(fa)環(huan)境(jing)、自然(ran)生(sheng)(sheng)態環(huan)境(jing)、人文(wen)生(sheng)(sheng)活環(huan)境(jing)、創(chuang)新發(fa)展(zhan)環(huan)境(jing),以及(ji)多層次(ci)、多方位的(de)(de)服務(wu)體(ti)系,吸引了大(da)批國(guo)內外軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)信(xin)息服務(wu)企業(ye)進(jin)駐(zhu)(zhu)。自2000年開(kai)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)以來(lai),園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區入駐(zhu)(zhu)企業(ye)、就業(ye)人數、產值規模(mo)及(ji)上(shang)繳稅收持續增長。
同(tong)時,公司積極探(tan)索資(zi)本市場進入途徑,實施(shi)品牌戰略的(de)(de)資(zi)源(yuan)擴張(zhang),推進“三商(shang)(shang)戰略”(即專注軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)信息(xi)產(chan)業商(shang)(shang)務(wu)空(kong)間的(de)(de)開發建設商(shang)(shang)、專注軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)信息(xi)產(chan)業的(de)(de)集成服務(wu)商(shang)(shang)、專注軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)信息(xi)產(chan)業的(de)(de)科技(ji)投資(zi)商(shang)(shang))的(de)(de)實現。
